Nice little truck stop along I-57!! Parking for about 40 trucks so I'm sure it gets tight at night. Staff seems friendly and place always looked clean to me!! Never have any problems when I stop here. Has a subway to get a quick bite to eat!!

This place looks like a dump. The trash cans have well overflowed, there's trash all over the ground near the truck parking, including a mattress. The bathrooms are dirty. Several fuel pumps were down. The parking lot has several large breaks in the concrete that have been there for years, which have become potholes. It seems pretty mismanaged.

Where is the African American lady manager and the African American maintenance lady? They ensured this place was spectacular!! The company should call them back and pay more money.

First visit to a Road Ranger. Will stick with Loves. Place was filthy. No window washer fluid at pumps. No paper towels at pumps. Bathrooms filthy with no soap or paper towels. No hot food. Tried to feed kids at McDonald's, but a very rude, frustrated lady came from behind the counter and yelled, "I'm not taking any more orders. I'm filling the ones that I have taken and I'm done!". Never had such an experience. The place was full, so obviously good place the business, but won't be there long being run like this. Could have added a dozen more disgusting pictures.

Oh boy they need help..this place is gross, I mean DEES-gusting. Bathrooms look like they havent been cleaned in weeks. Sinks are calcified along with backsplash.Toilets smell like death. The store was filthy, floors full of ancient crud and the parking lot..oh boy.I havent seen so much garbage in a lot since I left the south bronx.They need somone to take charge of this place bad.1 star for macdonalds inside.

So sad that my good friend ran out of gas at this stop and have had skull surgery the woman told him and me who was on the phone trying to ask her if they could help him with a few dollars to make it to where I was I would come and pay in daylight and was told no!! Noone can help him sorry.......that was the most rules thing to say to someone who already doesn't feel wanted and shows society has totally lost its faith bit these people sit there smoking cigarettes with their drunk kids and random male friends outside of store cursing and being lowlives....

The owner of this place DOES-NOT-CARE.The fuel pumps are broken and need to be replaced and once you figure out how to get them to work they pump 10 times slower than Loves or TA or any other Road Ranger for that matter.They also removed the non pottable water, and they are absolutely horrible at keeping the water buckets full or clean so you can clean your windshield.So your chances of leaving here with a clean wondshield is probably less than %10.But thats not stopping them from making you pay a small fortune for the food and drinks they sell.Long line for the bathrooms and instead of openning up a shower or 2 to help with the lines they make people wait.Management here is horrible when it comes to customer service.I believe the McDonalds here messes with the food. Was about to bite into a hash brown and found a carpet fiber that was fried into it.Not ordering food here again.How else are you going to find a piece of carpet in your food?Also, someone abandoned a little dolly trailer in the lot taking up a spot that their customers could really use.Been here about a month now.

Stopped here recently. This place is very nasty. Floor is filthy. Coffee was old and bitter. Bathrooms were very nasty. No soap. No towels. Management needs to step it up.

This place needs a serious rework, the bathrooms are decent, the inside of the store itself is average. What is a major turn off to parking here is the garbage everywhere. This is unacceptable...

Staying here tonight & the girls were very nice. Gave me an extra towel & the towels weren't any worse then any other truck stops. The shower was clean and nice hot water. The store was clean and they have been working on getting the trash picked up that the truckers throw out in the truck parking.

What an absolute dive. And nothing is maintained or clean in the whole establishment. Everything from the bathrooms to the coffee makers are just filthy. You really can't read it any higher than two stars. The McDonald's is even closed. I was afraid to wash my hands in the sink it was so dirty.

The parking lot is well lit, there is one space that has caution cones around it. The parking lot is also very clean. Customer service is good. Prices are competitive. It is conveniently located. I would recommend.

Stopped here this morning to get fuel not only were the pumps going 1 gallon an hour no coffee no creamer. Disgusting at 6 AM. Get your stuff together.

I am giving them four stars because of a young woman with burgundy hair named Ty.It took a long while for me to purchase gas because I was using a fleet card.I don't know the name of the initial cashier I was working with. But she seemed Hispanic with dark hair pulled back into a ponytail. Gave me this annoyed look when the machine declined my card for the third time.Yet it was her that didn't know how to properly operate the system with my particular card.Thankfully Ty came over and did everything in a snap. She was very polite and professional. I had to pump the gas first then come in to pay because I was using a company card.Thank you Ty and all the other staff for your help.

When the signage clearly states wear a mask and the employee has it pulled under her nose, it's effectively stating that I hope you catch the virus.Jennie D. 7:50 am, was rude, inconsiderate and didn't even bother greeting me.She scanned, didn't state the price and was going to skip giving me a receipt.A cough can travel as fast as 50 mph and expel almost 3,000 droplets in just one go. A sneezes can travel up to 100 mph and create upwards of 100,000 droplets.I could visibly see the dried droplets on the plexiglass separator, which only covers the upper side of divide.It's clear, Jennie works in a fashion to spread the virus. This must be addressed.

Truckers avoid at all cost. I would rather pay the extra $$$ to fuel somewhere else. They don’t provide free shower even after I got 140gal.Us truckers; I feel like that’s the only win we get nowadays and this Truckstop takes that away from us.

Went this truck stop many times!Never know if fuel pumps are working!Bathrooms are in need of service! CLEANING.Once up on a time was a nice truck stop, wishing for a LOVES to show up across the highway.It’s the manger’s that needs training!!

Everything about the store was basically fairly good. The problem at hand is a manager by the name of Liz, she a white lady about 5’5, about 320 LBs, very thin blonde hair with a nasty attitude. I approached the counter with a $2.00 drink and proceeded to pay for it with my tap pay. After several tries she informed me that it “sometimes work”. I looked behind me and viewed about six other people behind me that need to be service and I was holding it up. I decided to step aside ms and let them go first while I figured it out. The manager then focused her attention on me very loudly and says that she was going to take my drink back and tried to get it from me. I informed her again the second time I was going to pay for it and I was no need to take it back. She then proceeded to be loud and draw all the attention towards me. She asked me loudly how was I going to pay for it and that I wasn’t going to be able to afford it. ( it’s a $2.00 drink and I’m a truck) but she continued until another employee walked up. Very friendly guy and proceeded to help me check out and my tap pay worked. I knew it would because I had been coming in and out of the store all that day and all managers And the head manager and employees where all friendly and professional. It just was Liz who slandered, false imprisoned, discriminated and all most gave me and anxiety attack from the embarrassing outrage behaind a $2.00 drink !! This was unacceptable and needs to be dealt with permanently!!

Did road ranger change shower policy ? I fueled up 135 gallons and the cashier still wanted to charge me for a shower . Il never fill up at any locations again if we are still going to be charged for a shower ... I should have gone to the petro in Effingham...

Come in at 6:53 pm to shower and the rude lady behind the counter said sorry I’m by myself and can’t clean the showers so sorry now after I just paid $1000 in fuel spent another $27 in the store and all she was worried about is the motoring public that needs a snickers bar and 20 in gas most truckers route their selves to the amenities they need when they shutdown and all she was is rude and very unpleasant. How places like this hire such trash

The truck stop itself is ok and the folks in the McDonald's were friendly. But the Road Ranger cashier had such a bad attitude that I'll never buy fuel or stop again at this location.

It's a gamble if they have diesel fuel or not. You won't know until you go inside to set it up (which frequently has to happen as the outside card readers don't work most of the time). Oh, and the clerk said that they're not allowed to block off the fuel pumps if there’s no fuel available, hence why getting fuel can be a gamble.

This place is usually clean and friendly. The bathrooms are small but usually clean. Parking here is small fueling here is easy and surprisingly the fuel island is not block with trucks not fueling. 90% of the employees are friendly. The McDonalds is quick and they are really friendly. Coffee at the plaza is always fresh and always hot. It’s really good coffee. Big coolers for a wide variety of drinks.
