Has a wide variety of rental equipment for businesses and homeowners. Only complaint would be they need to fix the craters in the lot. Like seriously you could lose a tank in one of them!

This is my goto for propane tank refills. I filled two tanks here recently and both visits were a really good experience. Two different staff members were really nice and friendly. They have a reward system where you fill 3 tanks and the 4th is free. You know you’re getting a good proper fill here. Go here, don’t exchange at gas stations.

Will never rent here again. Honestly a bit mind blown by how my 1st and only experience there just went. I had a flooded crawl space and asked for their recommendations. They gave me 2 sump pumps, 3 fans, and a dehumidifier for $164. That's reasonable...I thought! The larger sump pump would only work for about an hour then need to cool down for 2 hours before it would pump again. This slowed down the process to the point that I was never able to use the dehumidifier or the fans before they were due back. I called and explained the situation and asked if I could have the fans and dehumidifier for another day since I was unable to use them due to the pump malfunctions. She was very nice and told me that would be fine. I brought back the pumps and thanked them for working with me. They were again very kind and said we close at 5:30 tomorrow. Today I bring back the rest of the items and the tell me I owe them $218 more . I obviously questioned the charge and they acted like none of the conversations ever happened. Obviously they have my card so they are going to charge whatever they want so I just continued to be nice instead of flipping out like I wanted to. They dropped the extra charge to $118 which I could have bought better working fans for that. Just not satisfied at all as every other rental company I've worked with has been way more understanding and up front about everything. READ THE FINE PRINT!

Rental City likes to promote the fact it’s been in business for 60+ years but one quickly learns that these people have been in the business for too long and their are really, really tired of being in business. Have used them for a couple of years without any issues. Never very happy to use them, just not a pleasant experience, but I like to support small local companies. Anyways, brought back equipment the last time and trailer was missing a clevis pin, which really isn’t a big deal, but the yard staff was so inexperienced it struck them as whole inexcusable. Got on radios to front office, seemed like they were a total lose for what to do. I stuck another pin I had in and told them I’d drive home and return with the pin, which probably fell off in my driveway while loading. Meanwhile another employee comes out with an extra pin, pulls out my improvised pin, and proceeds in a fit of anger, throw the metal across the yard. When I mentioned this to owners I said to charge me whatever they wanted to replace the pin (a $4-5 part). I said the staff acted like it was the “end of the world” and the owner said “it kind of is.” Her colleague explained that when it happens “1000 times a year it feels like it.” Anyone who runs a business knows that if a problem is arising 1000 times per year they have to start asking if it’s the customers fault or if there’s something wrong on the business side. Or ask themselves: if something happens 1000 times per year (3x per day) that drives me to act bitter and condescending to employees, is this the business I should really be in?

I've rented floor sanders, lawn equipment, and more from the folks. Always fantastic, always great knowledge (and helpful!) people, 2nd generation family owned. There are other places in town that are just fine I'm sure, and I've rented from those too, but you can't go wrong getting your heavy equipment here.

Rented 2 tools, both in great condition. Needed another and it was no hassle. They were flexible with the return date as well.I would give 6/5 stars if I could, next time I need to rent in the area this Rent City is the spot.

Pick-up was easy, they loaded it for us. The equipment worked great and we successfully completed our job. When we returned it they unloaded it. Highly recommend Rental City.

The equipment I have rented as always worked. I have always received personalized instruction on operation when requested. And they found parts for my personal floor nailer. Never had a bad experience doing business with Rental City.

Bad experience. The employees were very disrespectful, wayyy over priced, 2 out of the 8 fans that I rented didn't work, humidifier was on its last thread, would not recommend and definitely will not go back!!
