I went there to get a tank lid but they didn't have the size I needed. No big deal! I decided to get 2 female guppies and 1 male guppy for my tank while I was there. When I asked for assistance in getting them from the the tanks I was asked how big my tank is. I told her I have a 29 gallon and she immediately tried to discourage me from buying the fish. Like she really tried to get me to not buy the fish. It was the weirdest thing ever. I've never experienced anti-retail before. If I see her around the tanks I'm not getting any fish. It was clear that she doubted my intelligence and I didn't appreciate it at all. It was an older brown haired woman.

Ordered and paid for an item online. Went to pickup next day at store. Two cashier's working and each line is easily eight people deep. I noticed my item was pulled and ready for pickup as it was sitting on the rack. I was told I had to get in line so they could process order and remove from their system. I informed them that wouldn't be happening and left with my $6 item. The whole purpose of ordering online is for convenience. Fix your stupid system .

Petsmart has always been good to my dog Sunday. Today was our last visit as we’re moving out of state and it will be hard to find a groomer to fill their shoes. Today I was in such a hurry and two associates worked on her as I peaked and watched from outside. They are so gentle and loving and even though my dog is an anxious mess, she still enjoys her time “at the spa”. Thank you Johnathan and Amanda for your kindness and care. Sunday is looking good and ready for a new state!

I have to say, I havent had the best luck at Petsmart before but when I went in the other looking for some very specific items for my Egyptian goldfish! I got the best possible service from Jason and Brandon. They were soooo caring and helped me out with the items I was looking for. They even helped me load them into the cart! They are two very exceptional strapping young men that I will always look for when I go! Don't hesitate to ask for them to help you with all your petting needs!

Took chewy my shih tzu puppy to get a bath, nails filed, puppy trim, teeth brushed. I was very happy with the service. It was his 1st cut & they did a great job!

Tried to buy a goldfish for my daughter and they refused to sell us one because we didn't have a 40 galon tank. She actually said "legally, I can't sell them to you." There is no law protecting a damn goldfish. All this after browsing around in the fish section and being ignored by 2 employees and then having to wait for them to come back because they just walked off. Will not be returning. Consider Sailfin on Neil Street! Friendly staff and very helpful!

They typically have sales on our dogs treats. She is pretty picky. I don't buy my dog food here because it's too expensive but toys and treats always.

Very friendly people at check out and grooming service. I have been taking my golden puppy to them since he was 2 months old and they always did an excellent job freshening him up, even after a wild rolling in the mud. Sarah was the magic performer!

Always have had a great experience in this store. The woman who runs the fish department however clearly has a mental problem....she absolutely refused to sell us fish that she insisted needed a 50 gallon aquarium even though they absolutely do not. Even the petsmart sign itself stated 29 gallon is minimum...she insisted on knowing every detail about our tank before even considering to sell any fish to us....we've owned aquariums for years and know what we are doing...she takes the hobby entirely to seriously. She goes as far as to use a paint marker and write her own personal opinions and absurd claims on the tanks for example stating that tiger barbs are going to grow up to 2 feet long......keep this woman employed if you want to keep preventing customers from buying fish

Adopted two cats here. The store doesn't actually do the adoptions, they just have the animals there for the other agencies. They have a decent selection of items, but not the best. Employees are friendly, although finding one can be challenging, especially if they are at the register. You can bring your pets inside though, which is nice.

I took my 2 dogs in for a bath and brush appointment. This was their first time EVER getting groomed/bathed outside of our own home. The Salon Head, Britni, was fantastic to work with, excellent knowledge of dogs, great service. We will be going back in the future.

I always enjoy coming here! My pup Raven had her first experience here and everyone was very patient and kind. I'm trying to get her to be friendly and try and ignore distractions so this was a great place to do so. Not only did we have a great experience, we plan to bring her back again and again. Our usual dog food was temporarily suspended so I needed a new one. I thought I knew what I wanted, but an extremely nice lady helped me search. She was very patient and even read the ingredients from my choices so I could narrow it down to what's best for my dogs. I just had knee replacement 4 weeks ago so she picked up the giant bag for me and loaded it in my car. She was so nice!!! Love her and her knowledge of dog food and supplements. Will definitely go back!

Brought my dog in to get her nails cut and her paws trimmed up. They offered the Pawdicure and I was told it included the following services; nail trim & grind, feet trim, pad shaving, and ear cleaning. When I picked her up her nails were trimmed and pads shaved but nothing else was done. The hair on her feet was still very long and not trimmed. Not worth it.

This location is very unprofessional. I went to get my pet serviced and they turned me away because my pets vaccinations expired “yesterday”. I asked them why they did not make me aware of this being that I could have schedule at an earlier date and the lady I was speaking too turned around and walked off while I was in the middle of talking and asked for someone else to speak to me. They cancelled my appointment on the spot and when I called the animal hospital where my pet gets his vaccinations and typically gets groomed they let me know that his vaccines actually did not expire until June 17th. I called petsmart back and told them they were wrong and the lady I spoke with said they wouldn’t service me today because someone had already filled my spot. How is that the case when I was just in there speaking with them not even 5 minutes ago? They were rude and unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to go there for the grooming services.
