I love this store and the selection and the employees are great! I just do not have any luck with the fish I buy from here and they do not have any fish guarantee and I always end up losing most of the fish I purchase.

They don't pay attention to their own ad/promotions. I had a buy 4 Lil' from Friskies and I would get 250 points and $5. I bought 6. Never received anything. I thought it might take at few days so I waited before contacted them, but received nothing. I contacted the company (not the specific store) and was given four excuses. 1. no such ad/promotion existed-I showed them it did, 2. Lil soups were not included-I showed them they were, 3. I bought them before the ad/promotion went into effect-I showed them that was wrong, it was in effective when I made the purchase, and 4. the $5 is converted into points-I showed them their ad/promotion does not say that. I have also told them three times that I will not shop here again because this is not the first time something like that has happened. Their solutions is to offer "as a courtesy" (their words) a five dollar gift card. I told them again, that I have already told them that I would not shop there again so that would be worthless and they should send me the money or that amount of money worth of lil soups. Have not heard back from them again.

I don't normally shop here too often cause i find that it's a bit too pricey. However, I know I can always count on this store when I need Hamster food and even cat food when other stores fail to have the items and brands I need. I absolutely love that you're able to bring your pets if desired which makes it a unique and truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff have always been helpful, mostly knowledgeable, and provides the proper balance for a positive shopping experience.

We love shopping Pet Supplies Plus! In my opinion, this location has the best customer service, everyone is so kind and helpful. Their prices are extremely reasonable as well.I bring my nervous Chiweenie in from time to time, and this last time we were in, she was so comfortable with getting attention and being pet- she hardly reacts that well to strangers!They knock it out of the park here- store is always clean and comfortable, not overwhelming, good size with plenty of product.

Employees never seem to want to help. I have complained about this before !Was Just in today 6/27/2023. To get bulk cockatiel food. Third time stopping in to get done. Still none in stock. Have told employees each time. And still no food stocked. What is the problem. Another store in town seems to always have it in stock, but you are just down the street from me. My birds ( Cockatiels, Finches and Parrolett) are hungry. Had to lower my rating to a two star. Get his situation solved and maintained and I will re-evaluate....

Great staff always willing to assist and help you find anything you’re looking for. Awesome product selection; I’m personally thrilled they sell Fromm dog food. They offer curbside pickup during these “unprecedented times”. Plenty of parking. You can bring your furbabies inside on a leash, too! Don’t forget to visit the fishies and reptiles if you’re in the store!

We love PS+ and all the natural/raw/grain free/high quality pet food options. The staff is always very nice and we adopted one of our cats through their partnership with the cat shelter about three years ago. Also once I got to hold a snake. ❤️

I was literally blown away by this pet store’s service! I have my cat shaved every spring and at home in Louisiana the appointments are at least three weeks out but this pet store took my cat the same day I called for the appointment and did so many other things for my cat! I was charged about half of what I always pay at home, amazing! But my highest praise is to the wonderful people working here! Everybody was so nice and friendly and had big smiles! Very much appreciated!!

I was checked out by Ayden and I had to say he did not have customer manners and this is a friendly pet place where no needs such behaviors. No impressed! He picked up wrong items and threw them on the counter. “Bag?” “Receipt? ” and no thank you what so ever.

They are always so helpful and knowledgeable but my experience today went above and beyond! I am not sure if it was a manager but the man with the wonderful facial hair really helped a very pregnant very tired me trying to get dog food after a long day at work. I came in so cranky and he literally made my day with his help! Thank you!

The staff is super friendly and helpful every time I go in. They have everything I'm always looking for for my three corgis. Recently their St CK has been a little low but I don't blame them as COVID has caused a lot of storage delays. Highly recommend shopping here for all your pet needs.

Best pet store! We just brought a puppy into our family. I went to a competitor store, Petsmart. I was turned off immediately by the smell (I get it, its a pet store), it was overwhelming. It was not very well kept, and unorganized. It could be this particular store. I decided to try Pet supplies Plus...what a difference. No off-putting smell, very well stocked and organized. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. Will only go here from now on.

Tony is a nice and knowledgeable guy. They have a small, but healthy selection of basic fish. They have sales frequently on new tanks. Their dog and cat food sections are large and they offer high quality brands across the board, including small mammal supplies. Their animals appear healthy and well cared for. They also offer live foods for reptiles.

As a regular visitor, I definitely recommend the store. It is conveniently located and well stocked. The majority of the staff are helpful and friendly, but there are occasional underachievers. I've dealt with a few workers who seem they're just showing up for a paycheck. But, honestly, you can say that of every business. In the end, their selection and convenience trump the minority of the staff who seem they would prefer to be elsewhere.
