The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The service was excellent. The lady at the register helped me expand my meal by choosing Pick 2 on the menu. The food was amazing. I had the sourdough bread bowl with broccoli and cheddar soup and then the second choice was a half sandwich of a shredded barbecue chicken with cheese on top and a large drink. For dessert I chose the chocolate croissant with chocolate drizzle on the top and chocolate ganache inside. YUM!

The staff is great here, but the food suffers from the overall decline of the Panera brand. At this point, the food is barely worth what you pay for it. If you like Panera in its current state, then this would be considered a solid location.The order kiosks have improved over the last year, but now there are only two instead of four. Not an issue when we ordered but might be doing a lunch or dinner rush.

Came in on an early weekday morning this past week, and ordered a few bagels that were to be eaten later in the day.Got the bagels fresh. They were still fresh about 5 or so hours after purchase. Asiago and plain bagels were a hit!Will be back to this location!

I came in yesterday around 5 o’clock with my husband to get food and the guy who gave us our order. I don’t know his name but he had brown hair and earrings was super nice after overhearing the conversation with the person making sandwiches the team lead who had told him how he was doing a bad job, and if you didn’t listen to him, he was going to move him instead of him being rude and nasty. He smiled at him and said I’m here to work, not be your friend and continued to make orders. And give me and my husband our food. I’m super proud of him, and I will be back to congratulate him in person.

DO NOT ORDER A CATERING ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! They are too understaffed to accommodate large orders. Their website allows you to place an order for delivery starting a 7:00am but you will have a DoorDash person call you to tell you that they do not get paid enough to wait for your order even though it was placed through their website 3 weeks in advance. When I called the lady that answered told me I ordered too many sandwiches way too early and she can’t be the only one to make and deliver my orders. I told her that I would just come pick them up myself but would need to be accommodated for. As I proceeded to pick up my order at 7:45 I then had to wait another 45 min for my order. I talked to the team lead Forest and told them I was very dissatisfied with the service when I called and then having to wait even longer. He told me they would give me half off for both of my orders but wouldn’t be able to do it until the next day due to some system situation. I told him I didn’t want him to just tell me that and the next day it doesn’t happen. He assured me that he will be on the clock and will issue the refund. Here it is a week later and no refund I call and speak with Andrew and he took my order numbers down and said he would make sure the refund was issued. 20 minutes later I receive a call back from the Assistant Manager E Waldoch saying Forest doesn’t have authorization to give that amount back and he was just trying to defuse the situation (trying to get me out of the store) and I will not receive the refund of what was told to me he will only honor $100. Mind you I had two orders totaling up to $812.49. E would not allow me to complete anything I was trying to say and was being difficult when I asked for corporates number saying he couldn’t give me personal phone numbers which I didn’t ask for. All I want is to be given what was told that would be given as I’ve spent over $2,400 there in the past 3 weeks. Corporate please call me!

EVERY SINGLE ORDER I place here for delivery ends up wrong... It’s always missing something. Want a salad AND the dressing? Nope. Want those drinks you paid for? Sorry. Want that side you paid a premium for? Too bad. Ugh...I wait a few months and try again and, nope, wrong again. Ordered lunch for my office staff and they decided we didn’t need the bread that’s included, I guess. Items are literally circled on the receipt as missing. Tried calling twice and no one answers. It’s really unfortunate because when the food IS correct, it’s really good. I just can’t ever seem to get everything I order.

Nice place with great food and big seating area, and enough parking space. Only one complaint, I ordered Rapid Pick-up, for dozen bagels, which should be very easy to fulfill, If, one of the staff could bother enough to get the bagels from the rack to the paper bag. Sadly, no one bothers. Have to wait for 15 min, literally with bagels in front of me, to get my order.

The food was mediocre. I loved my drink but the chicken noodle soup wasn't too awesome. The broth or seasoning they used wasn't that tasty and the chicken in it didn't taste fresh. The turkey bacon avocado sandwich was just okay. At least the avocado was fresh and there was quite a bit of bacon on it compared to the amount that I get at other restaurants. I feel like the lunch items were overpriced for what I got. But the service was good and quick. I ordered via kiosk and my order was ready in about ten minutes. The restrooms were awful and dirty though. One of the stalls were backed up and overfilled and there were paper towels on the floor. Only one stall was able to be used. Overall, I might come here if it was the closest choice I had but I wouldn't come back often.

Husband went to get our pick up order and came back home only to open the bag and see his $5 iced coffee 2/3 full and only 1/3 being coffee and 1/3 whipped cream. I love Panera and have never gotten their coffee but after this experience I’ll likely just stick with the food…. Update 3.13.22 second times I’ve ordered a chocolate chip muffie and got a cookie instead, if it’s out call me and ask if I want a replacement otherwise refund it.

I like this panera bread since the staff is friendly and helpful and it is located in very convenient place for me, however whenever I buy bagels from this store, bagels are not evenly sileced. Top part is very thin and naturally bottom part is very thick. This happened again this morning when I bought a dozen bagels. All of them were sliced perfectly uneven. So before you have your bagel sliced ask for whether the slicer is adjusted for even cut. I have tried to reach manager over the phone to explain that they need to adjust their slicer but nobody picks up or returns my phone calls.

Dined in for the first time in about 3 years on 6/15/2023. very dirty location including bathroom and heavy/lingering odor in restaurant by drinks station and trash area. The water was so hot in the woman’s bathroom on 6/15/2023 that it almost burned my hands. Broken hook in women’s bathroom stall. Dirty bathrooms. Even the DOOR to enter woman’s bathroom felt so grimy and dirty that you could tell it’s likely never been wiped or scrubbed down, ever. Paper towels were out. My bread as side for salad didn’t taste fresh it tasted hard/stale. Added avocado to salad and barely received any. Olives on greek salad tasted old/outdated. Friendly staff at this visit, but I’ve gone through the drive thru at this location many times including recently in 2023 and have had incorrect orders many times and many of the staff wear earbuds when working and have attitude problems. I know working in food service isn’t very fun if it’s not your passion, been there done that, but hey a lot of us do things we don’t wanna do and we don’t have to be quite so rude about it.

The staff at this location is excellent. They are respectful, positive and a joy to interact with. I had an issue with my food and called the store. Relly answered and was professional while making me feel valued. I will most definitely be returning.They fixed the issue in the perfect way.

Everyone was so friendly and super nice customer service. I appreciate helping me with using gift card/credit card patiently, giving us bunch of to go boxes and bags when I asked, and refilling coffee right away when they noticed the coffee I want was empty. I had 6 hrs drive ahead and exhausted driving the same the day before, so I could start drive with heartwarming feeling. Thank you so much. I haven't experienced such a nice service and smile for a long time.

Terrible customer service. The young blonde girl with a nose ring on the line had the absolute worst attitude for no reason when asking for to go containers. I understand young kids work here but I've worked at Panera and her attitude was mortifying. For spending over $60 for my family to dine in we left with over priced food and such poor customer service I literally won't ever be going to a Panera in this area again. Panera is not what it used to be. Don't waste your money at this location.
