My boys absolutely love this place! I come here for grooming and daycare. Not only are they well priced, but the employees there are amazing. Michael is absolutely wonderful - everyday we come for daycare, my boys can't wait to run out of the car to see Michael! They come home happy and tired, and when I get them groomed, they get the perfect cut! I promise if you come here, you will feel like your dog has a second family. There are fun contests and doggie daycare parties that make Pampered Pet so special. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This place goes above and beyond when it comes grooming. They are more of a stylist for your little guys. Everyone I drop my dog off and commer can he is always happy. Thank you Carmen for loving on our bichon. Mr Tickle will be back soon

I’ve been going here for 2 years with my only issue being the appointment process. But they completely broke my trust today. I had an appointment today and was told to drop off between 8AM and 10AM. I have the emails to prove it if they’d like to say otherwise. Got there at 8, groomer wasn’t there but someone from The Dog Den told me to put my dog in a crate and the groomer would be there shortly. I should’ve listened to my gut here but I didn’t, I thought “maybe they’re just running late, it happens”. Hours are going by and I think, “Maybe they’re just busy. I know them I trust them everything is fine. It wouldn’t be the first time it took a while.” More hours go by and still nothing. I know nobody will pick up when I call because nobody ever does so I go down there. The same employee from The Dog Den tells me the groomer never showed up and they didn’t realize because they weren’t there the entire time. My dog and at least 4 other people’s dogs have been sitting in crates all day with no food, no water, no walks. I know this because the employee from the Dog Den and another dog owner are trying to get his poor dog to drink after a long day. The same water was offered to my dog when I got her out of the crate. She was shaking hard. I triple-checked and nobody tried to contact me. I’m unbelievably upset at myself for not trusting my gut when it said something was wrong, but I’m more upset that a place I trusted and liked would do this to my dog. She’s my world and thinking of her in that crate all day breaks my heart. We will not be back.EDIT: about an hour after posting this review I received an automated email from their website scheduling system that my appointment had been cancelled. I’m preparing myself for the “we’re sorry the email didn’t come through on time.” Last time you cancelled you called, so I won’t believe that. And neither should anyone else.EDIT 2: In response to the owner, I need to repeat that there were 4 OTHER DOGS THERE at 3PM. 5 hours after calls were supposedly made. This was confirmed by The Dog Den employee. I saw them as I took Sookie out of the crate. You didn’t just miss me, you missed at least 4 other owners. I want to be understanding, but this should have never happened and was easily avoidable. No matter how tough things are right now.

We first started taking our dog here this past summer when we needed a doggy daycare for him while we interned in another time. They were our cheapest option and they were always very good to our boy. He came home happy and tired. Furthermore, they were always super good to us---they allowed us to pick him up later than normal on days that we needed to. Even after we finished our summer internships, we continued taking our dog here.Our experience with Pampered Pets has been that they are very sweet and very fair. I've truly always felt that they are not simply there to get our money and I know they've always been sweet to my dog.I would happily recommend their doggy daycare to anyone, especially someone who doesn't want to break the bank on it.

I have been a customer for almost six years, for both dogs and one cat for baths, haircuts and boarding. I have always been very pleased with their service. Good value for money. A safe environment with caring providers. On a rare occasion I have tried other grooming services but have come back to Pampered Pets each time.I highly recommend them and am pleased to note the Vet services to soon be provided.

I am so glad I found Pampered Pet. I had a terrible experience with my Yorkie being groomed at another groomers. I was frantic to find someone who was caring and careful with my Bella. I found that at Pampered Pet. Nada is amazing and she makes sure that Bella is well taken care of. Very satisfied with each visit.

We've been taking our 7 mos old lab puppy, Cheyenne to CU Pampered Pets for the last 3 months. She loves it - she comes home tired, but happy and much better behaved. She loves playing with her "doggy friends" and when I drop her off she enthusiastically greets the staff with kisses (if she can) and her tail wagging. Although i've never had to board her, I'd have no reservations if the need should arise. I've had her groomed several times and have been happy with the results. I would highly recommend CU Pampered pet for daycare, grooming or boarding.

We have been going to pampered pets for many years and would not dream of going anywhere else! The staff is always so kind. Micheal truly cares about the dogs and their well being! Our pooch always comes home happy and tired! We know when we drop him off that he will have a great day, will be attended to, and treated with kindness while out of our care. I cannot imagine anyone having anything but praise for the staff and their attention to our furry family members at Pampered Pets!

As a transient one time doggie daycare customer for a Friday, Saturday and Sunday the staff treated me like a long time customer, the owner accommodated me to take in my precious puppy on Sunday at an earlier time than normal. They certainly treated my dog well as I could tell by his attitude towards them on day 2 and 3. This place is awesome.

One of the best daycare facilities in town. They are also the only one that will actually walk the dogs while in daycare! Additionally the grooming and boarding services are very nice. Our good boy gives Pampered Pets 5 paws.

Everything seemed fine till they changed their rates during one of my services for my two dogs, After they over charged me I never heard the end of it - You quote someone a price you should honor it not berate the customer. I boarded two dogs for about a week and came back to see someone had crossed out my rate and increased it without so much as a verbal notification to me. Really really bad business to try and cheat your customers.

This place was awful. I have a small puppy and dropped him off for two days of doggy day care/one night boarding. First of all, the staff was not friendly with my dog. Secondly, my puppy came back after about 26 hours smelling so foul. Third, once he got in the car he was very out of it and whimpering. And once we got home, he finished a large amount of food that he has never eaten so much in one sittng. Poor customer serivce and not good with my puppy. Will never go back. There are better options out there.

Took my sheltie here once & loved his cut. Took him the second time to get the same service. The groomer Kylie cut my dog like a lion. His hair has still not grown back the same and this was 3+ months ago. The owner offered to fix his cut, and if I did not like it she would give me my money back ($65). I told her I still did not like it, & she offered my in-store credit instead of what she originally offered. I wish I could give this business zero stars.

I've been to pretty much every doggy daycare option in the area, and this is the only place where my dog will run to the door with excitement. The staff is wonderful with the animals, and they have fun events throughout the year such as birthday parties and Halloween contests. Can't say enough about this place.

Louie came home (after a week's stay) happy and content, which hasn't been the case at other places. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they go above and beyond caring for the pets. Affordable too! I am thankful they are near by and will be taking Louie there from now on.

Pampered Pet Grooming is absolutely wonderful, and the people who work there are extremely nice individuals who obviously care about the animals and the work they put into each dog. Very accommodating to anyone's needs or specifications, and the price is always right!

Pampered Pet is one of the cheaper facilites in Champaign but don't let lower cost fool you! My dog goes to daycare there and also gets groomed there. He loves daycare and is always bolting in the door to get to everyone who yells "Benni!!!" when he comes in the door. I know he is well taken care of and loves his pampered pet family. Benni also gets his bath and everything at pampered pet. They take great care of him!! Check it out for sure!

I asked for a teddy bear clip for my poodle and when I picked her up her whole face was shaved. I was extremely disappointed. Moreover, my dog was there for hours and hours. My current groomer has my dog ready in about an hour.

I rather enjoyed my time here, as they offer ideal service. The staff were super friendly and they did just as advertised. I would actually go a bit further and say the service was better then advertised. Overall very nice quality, more then I could ask for.
