I am not happy because they are taking all the plus sizes out of the store. You can only go online to buy your clothes. I would love to go into the store and try on my plus size clothes and shop for shoes and pocket books and jewelry. Do not wanted to do it online.

My invoice for Macy’s credit card got lost behind my desk (cat action) and they reported me to credit agencies for a $15 late payment. I called Macy’s and they said it would take 2weeks to respond. Well, some time later I received a letter saying they had to report a late payment by law and that they were unable to change it. Having talked with Transunion several times about such problems (another company having reported me for a $.15 late payment!), they told me to talk to the retailer to have it removed; so I also think Macy’s letter was either lying or totally misinformed.Now, did you get the recent notice about their interest rate increases? Yowsa. The final straw.

Macy's doesn't honor their price adjustment policy. I bought a ring for 1999 on November 26. Soon after, it went on sale for 30% off (that's $599 off). So I called multiple times and was told various times between December 1st and today, the 26th. I was told repeatedly that a manual adjustment was placed and I would have to wait for the credit. 1st I was told it would take one week, then told 14 days and was assured I would get the price adjustment but it's 14 business days. Then I called the 24 and was told it would be taken care of and I'd receive a call Monday to confirm. I call today and they have no record of the multiple calls I have made. Today is the 26th of December. Their return policy is 30 days. Coincidence? I think not.

I find that Macy's has good prices and quality merchandise.I ordered off the internet, and the jeans did not fit. I took them back to the local store and within 3 minutes I had made my return and purchased a product in store that suited my needs.

Not the same. Not to many stores. Only go for the exercise. Food court is little to choose from. Went with the smoothie which was excellent

Ryan was a HUGE help with purchasing our custom 6-piece sectional couch. Very knowledgeable and explained everything from adding an extra piece, getting the custom color we wanted, and so much more. We are excited to get our new couch delivered in 1-2 months. Thank you Ryan!

We went shopping here for baby clothes for a soon to be second grandbaby. Found their baby clothes section where everything in the store was 40-50% off! We were in a wonderland. Very nice clothes, and at incredible discounts. We had the time of our lives. Definitely highly recommended if you can get there while everything is still on sale!

Was just in and bought several clothing items. I also bought my 15 yo daughter a giant swirl candy lollipop at checkout. As we were walking out she opened it and the stick was broken off. I sent her with the receipt and told her they would exchange it quickly since it was obviously already broken under the wrapping. The lady was extremely rude to her and refused to exchange it. I was honestly shocked. I used to shop at Macy's a lot but moved away. I needed something specific so I drove an hour knowing that Macy's would have what I was looking for and they did. However, after how upset and sad my daughter was at how she was treated, I will not be back. This is definitely NOT the Macy's I remember. Seriously, after what I just spent less than 5 mins before, you refuse to just exchange a $6 sucker that probably contains less than 10 cents worth of sugar and food coloring! Hope that was worth being so rude that you made a young girl almost cry and lost a good customer.

I purchased by dad 2 pair of the same boots by mistake for Christmas online from California. He went to the Champaign store to exchange for new sizes and to trade one for a different color. He mentioned that Ariana or Ari helped him. He was so excited about the customer service experience provided by Ari that I had to leave review. Thank you Ari for helping my dad get the correct boots and thank you Macys for hiring such a great employee. I wish we had her last name.

Customer service was Excellent, can't remember the Lady name. But I asked for a floral perfume she suggested the Chance Chanel. It was a $130 but I love it and will be returning to purchase other perfumes.

Went there for the TOYS R US portion of the store because the grandkids wanted certain things. It was awesome, all the cool toys. Whoever put all the kitchenware next to that area was a genius! I ended up buying a new XL air fryer and some accessories for my Kitchen Aid mixer

The lady working was nice. She seemed kinda tired. I was looking for a specific item and she was able to find it for me after a few minutes of saying they don't carry anything like that. She saved my life with finding it.

I don't like this Macy's. I feel like I was profiled and I don't appreciate that. Never have I been standing in the perfume section and had to call out to someone twice before being helped. Then When ringing up my purchase she just assumed that I did not have a Macy's reward account. So now I have to contact customer service in order to get my points. I was going to buy a purse as well to go with the perfume set for a Valentine's gift but I'll wait until I get home to Indianapolis.

Yonghwa was so pleasant and helpful during my shopping excursion this afternoon. Whenever she saw me carrying around items that I was planning to purchase, she came over to me and offered to carry them over to the register for me. This past Saturday I visited the beauty counter to exchange a fragrance I received for Christmas. I came in with no idea what I was looking for and left with the perfect fragrance for me! I left this store upset and will never come back to buy anything from this store even for returning online orders.I came to jewelry section to adjust the watch I bought online. The guy who works there was very negative from the beginning. He said that he did not understand what I said, then the situation escalated to the point I decided to return watch. When I asked him why he was being so rude to me, he said that while he was WAISTING his time on me other clients were waiting to be helped.I returned the watch and will never buy anything from this store. I guess that the local Macy’s is very prosperous store and can afford loosing customers just easily.

I find the best clothing for my job here. I need a specific color with my job, and I need to be formally professional without looking overly sexy at work. I mean this by my chest being covered, no high skirts... stuff like that. I still feel like an attractive professional lady at work without having to express my assets which I admire. I love mostly the Tommy Hilfiger line, but Calvin is good too!
