The store is neatly organized so don't rush your visit, ensure you have plenty of time to look around throughout every section.

It was my first time ever being to a HomeGoods. I was pretty impressed had lots of Rae Dunn. The only downside was there was stuff everywhere and the isles are really small if they’re busy it’s kind of hard to maneuver around all the items and people. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will be going back . 😊

Love coming here for unique items, I purchased a hanging cat bed for one of my four cats who loves being suspended in the air. He absolutely love this bed! Not everything is overly priced either. I found prices to be fairly reasonable.

Love this Home Goods! The employees are so kind here! I was having a bad day and went into Home Goods to relax only to drop a jar of their marinara sauce and cut myself. The employees their were so nice to me. One helped me with my cut and get clean while I think another cleaned the mess I had made on the ground. 10/10 service.PS: I am also very sorry about making such a mess and appreciate you so much if the employees who helped me are reading this. You really made me day better.

They wouldn't sell a bowl that had a chip in the glass due to safety issues even though I would have bought it for full price. I regret pointing out the chip to see if I could get it marked down. No other similar items in stock.

Take the time to look. They have a lot of great things there! They have paper tape measures hanging on the columns for us to use to measure furniture and picture frames. Pure genius!

Various random house kitsch. Has some useful things and eclectic decor. Does not have specific furniture or specific needs. Mostly for entertainment shopping, gifts, browsing, etc. A nice place for people with a lot of money, free time, and space in their homes.

Came in to get a specific item and decided to browse to see if I wanted anything else. As I was coming out of an isle a employee was speed walking towards my direction for whatever she needed, I halted as not to run into her and said sorry. Then continued down the next isle, apparently this was the isle she needed as she brushed past me to put an item away. I work the exact same job for a different brand, I understand how annoying it is for customers to be in the way while trying to stock. But you didn't say one word to me, you could of at least said excuse me. I was half tempted to put the cart back and walk out, but I know everyone has their bad days, so I decided to buy what I needed and give the store another chance next time.

Cute store! The staff is friendly and the store is well maintained. However, I find the music overwhelming and loud. 😂! I find myself getting very stressed out after only a few minutes of being in there and I just can’t think straight! Maybe it’s because I’m a young mom who goes there for solitude....or when I am there with my kids I can’t hear anything and they are yelling to be heard. I am a musician and no stranger to loud music...I just think a store like this should be more relaxing and not blaring techno pop.

Whoever works on 3:30 August 20. The cashier is very inefficient. I bought two items and returned one. I asked her to process my return, it takes 30 seconds I will bring the item (a coffee table). She does not trust me and does not agree to process. Ask me to check it out first, then I have to bring the table in, get in line again to be processed. I dont know who is right or wrong, but does not appreciate the way customer service works !

So I purchased a flatware set at the Champaign, IL store for my daughter, who was leaving for college. I got home and couldn't find it. Thought maybe I left it in the cart and someone stole it. I spoke with the manager Tim about the loss. He felt so bad that he gave me a whole new set. A couple of days later my daughter called to say she found the set! I returned it, but just wanted Tim to know how much I appreciate his kindness. I return to the store frequently...so many wonderful treasures. Glad this store is now in our town!
