A very nice, clean, and organized Goodwill thrift store. There is a large women’s section. The men’s section is not quite as large that would be my only feedback, just wish there was more men’s clothing. The home goods section was nice.

Decent selection, prices are high though and some of the staff were weirdly very rude to everyone including their coworkers and would make up reasons why customers' selections cost more than marked. Weird vibe in there, won't go back

Huge selection of womens clothing at a good price. Place is clean but clothing isnt really sorted other than by what it is. There are plenty of other items as well but clothes are the main thing here

Great prices but I would not recommend coming in for men’s clothing. There’s a very small selection (only two racks) and even with the limited selection the sizes were unorganized and there were still a lot women’s clothing within the section. Very frustrating experience.

Guy at the dock was beyond rude from the minute I drove up. I went ahead and left my donation since I way on my way to work but will never go there again. I usually go to Salt and Light. Some of their workers are not overly friendly but never outright rude.

Fat guy at the donation center didn’t help me with anything even after I told him I’m pregnant and can’t lift certain things. Such nice and caring people at the “goodwill”!

The T-shirts are 75% women's cuts, so as someone looking for men's clothes not only is 90% of the entire store women's clothing but even the T-shirt rack in the "men's" section is mostly not going to fit correctly on a male body type.I get that most people in the store are women gender types, but why mix gender types in the men's clothing section?

Decent size goodwill, with a few treasures. Definitely check prices when you are looking though, some items are extremely expensive for rough looking used items.

The store staff are friendly and welcoming. Every time I make a donation though, I witness Russell being rude and condescending to donators. In separate visits I've witnessed him yelling at customers (or me) where to place items, sarcastically answering questions about opening and closing times, and telling them he doesn't care about stuff breaking. As soon as a coworker appeared (possibly manager?), his attitude adjusted. I typically seek another thrift store accepting drop-offs because I dread such an unpleasant interaction.

It's clean and spacious but lighting is terrible. I shop every Goodwill when I travel and always find items but this one is full of junky beat up items. I realize it's second hand,I just never find anything I want to buy.

Filthy dirty place with roaches and nasty bathrooms. This place should be shut down by the health department.This is a great place to go if you want bedbugs. Stained and worn out disorganized clothing, broken furniture and chipped up glassware.Employees are treated badly and treat customers badly in response. No such thing as management. The lines in this place are usually 10 to 12 deep with just a ridiculous amount of slowness. Employees have no motivation to actually help customers. If you can find an employee. Apparently they can’t keep employees anymore. And for good reason, this is worse than working at a town dump.NASTY FILTY OVERPRICED DISGUSTING GROSS RUDE SLOW

This store is not bad, but it was highly disorganized, women's mixed with men? No separate the gender clothing, sneakers like worn out Jordans should not be 40$, the employee that walks around picking little stuff off the floor should be going through the racks and keeping women stuff out the men section and vice versa

This Goodwill has been going downhill for quite a while now. It’s nice and large, but very messy and on organized. And their prices keep going up,up and up. Their shelves are overcrowded because they are over priced. The whole purpose is to get rid of stock quickly so you can put out the new stuff that gets donated. You’re not going get rid of stuff if you overprice it.

Young lady working register just kept interrupting as I tried to ask her a question. She was cutting me off being extremely short just trying to shut me up. I got the impression that she hated being at work. Hated everything about it. Just angry at the world.

The employees were so mean. One growled at me and the cashier was mean about everything even when I went to ask a question. I felt scared being in their presence even. Other than that everything else was fine.

Hard to shop for clothes because the store isn’t at all organized. Especially in the kids section, just seems it’s thrown out there and not organized by size.Would rather go to salt & light or all things kids close by because it’s easier to shop & I want to shop more when a store uses this lovely thing called organization.

This particular day was a Saturday there was a good crowd. I didn't get a chance to buy anything but I just looked around. The checkout line was much too long was really the reason I didn't buy anything. The store has some good stuff in it I will go back on a less crowded day.

I love Goodwill stores and this one is very nice. It is clean and well organized and the staff is friendly. There is always a deal to be found there but I would beware of the "boutique" prices, they are pretty high. It doesn't matter though because there is a very nice selection of their regular merchandise.Stop in and look around, you won't regret it.

Was just waiting in the parking lot until they opened to make a drop off and was told to leave. I just happened to be in the area so I figured I’d wait 15 minutes until they opened and save myself a trip back to town. I exited my vehicle and was going to wait outside and was told to leave. The gentleman there was very rude to me. He said they were closed. I told him that I knew that and I was just waiting. He told me I needed to leave. I don’t understand why there was a problem of me just waiting outside. I was not asking for him to open early or take my things early. I left and went to the Goodwill in Savoy where a young man there was happy to help me. The guy in Champaign needs help. I’m glad I don’t go through life that angry.

It is a large building with parking lot. A lot of clothes, some furniture. I like the senior discount on Wednesdays. Went today and found everything I wanted, but was doubtful on finding. But, they had it all. They accept cash,debit card. The staff was Great ! The place smelled a little funky though . Having the shopping carts really help. Knick knacks, kitchen items, books, they have it all. I would go back.

I did not like the restrooms. Every time I come here the restrooms are dirty and not clean. And need better lighting.it is hard to see while using the restroom.please fix this.

My wife and I went to buy pillows. The written price was 5.99$, but when we went to pay at the cashier, they changed the price to be 9.99$. one lady explained that saying they have the right to estimate the price any time. It is unbelievable for non profit store which is supposed to do business for charity. I think the manger should treat people with honest and trustworthy.

In the shirts for 3.99 was a boutique item for 13.99. I didn't notice that before I went to the register. As soon as I saw that price, I told the clerk I didn't want it. Guess what? They consider that a return and they do not accept returns. The manager, (I came to discover she was), gossiping about her ex boyfriend when a call came in. The caller was told, "we can't go look. We can't leave the register." All the while MS. Manager was leaning on the counter on and on about the boyfriend the entire time. Poor, poor customer service. Over the years I've stopped here ever week. No more. Yuk. Less than 1 star. I'll be contacting corporate offices in the morning. I will not be back.

Selection is just ok. I didn’t have as easy of a time finding nice items as I have at other Goodwills. The store is in desperate need of better organization within each section. Many items of clothing were not organized by size, just all thrown together with a S next to an XXL and so on. I just moved here from San Diego and my favorite San Diego goodwill had their clothing all organized not only by size but by color too! This Goodwill could take some notes!

I think everyone wears my size jeans and shorts. Found other things. Plenty things to choose from. Unorganized, not very clean. Prices go higher every time I've been there. Resale someone's donations at high prices. Some can't afford your resale prices. $100.00 for an old chipped up coffee table. Mine must be worth $200.

Good selection for clothes and home decor. Staff was friendly with everyone and helpful. You really have to search through the rack if you're plus sized but they still have cute things.
