Hello, all! My very 1st time & experience for purchasing furniture at furniture row in April of 2024'. The customer service was amazing. All questions were answered. I didn't feel rushed in making a decision. I was offered products for furniture protection which by purchasing the kit, I was eligible get refills on the kit for 5 years of my purchase. The furniture has a short availability span for furniture arrival at your location for pickup w/in 2 weeks & not 6-8 weeks as other furniture stores has. There is also an option for delivery for an extra fee. There is coffee for your time there. Therefore, I thank the service I had today for my 1st time furniture shopping at Furniture Row! Thank you so much for your service in professionalism, attention, explanations to questions answered! Truly appreciate u!

I visited the store to browse for a sleeper sofa during the Fourth of July sale and came across the perfect one. Andrew Lee at the Champaign location was a delight to work with. He was very informative and helpful in regards to the sofa. I was having a hard time deciding which color I wanted and he suggested taking a pillow from each to the windows for the natural light which helped make my decision easier. The spotlights made the colors appear different. I am waiting to receive the sofa still and will update my review upon delivery and function.Update 11/4/2021: I received my studio sleeper sofa earlier this week and it has been incredible! It was definitely worth the wait. The delivery guys were friendly and handled the sofa with care. It was almost a 200 lbs box and they carried and dropped it off inside gently. My sister and I assembled the sofa ourselves which was super straight forward. The coverings used to wrapped each piece was high quality. I didn't notice any tears or rips to the material and the color was true to the store model. The sleeper portion glided with ease in and out. The cushions are just as comfy as they were in the store. I liked how the cushions were more on the firm side and the back pillows were more squishy. The cushion depth to back rest is something I really enjoyed too. Keeps your posture right while being comfortable too. Overall extremely pleased with this purchase and the staff!

Plenty of options for sofas. Looked at other places, but came back to this one, which was on a nice sale. Sounds like it will come quickly, too. All the salespeople we talked to were very kind and helpful.

I was even able to get my sofa delivered 1 day earlier than expected! The delivery men were courteous and FAST. If you're looking for furniture, start here first!

Have always purchased our couches from this location and easy to get over a decades worth of use from them with children and pets trying to destroy them. Helpful and knowledgeable staff with great discounts. Rod and his sales team were attentive this last time through and when we noticed a deficiency he quickly took additional off the purchase. Will go again.

Updated from 1 starts to 2: The front piece was replaced in a few weeks. The bed sqeaks a bit and one of the small parts came off but I was able to put it back on. Not worth the money. I think other furniture stores might be better supplied in the area.Two problems on a $2000+ platform bed in less than two weeks. First the assembly crew left a leg crooked on the bed. I called and someone was sent over (a week later) to fix it. Inconvenient but fine. Now part of the paneling is coming off. What is going to happen after a month? Who knows. Don’t waste your money here
