This five below has good merchandise offered in each section however when we went in today to shop the price labels on the items were not correct as they rang up at a higher price. Associate was unwilling to override the items which was unfair. I suggest scanning an item first to see the actual price before believing the sticker

I really appreciate the cashiers at 5 below. I am not the fastest at self checkout. Honestly, I hate using them. The cashiers are always willing to help check you out.

This place can take my paycheck! There’s so much stuff here that I never thought I needed and so much stuff I never they carried. Did y’all know they’ve got incense? And a huge candy section?! I can easily lose an hour here.Their employees are polite and helpful AND let their customers shop without bothering them about sales, etc. Totally recommend for all ages.

I went specifically for phone accessories and found that all the racks were basically empty. Unlike most five belies this location didn’t have a whole lot of selections of anything and not very organized.

I wasn't here long and it was my first time visiting, but I was shopping nearby, and I've always wanted to check the store out. I ended up buying a pair of cute sneakers for $5! They had a wide selection of many varieties of goods. Majority of items were $5 or below, hence their name! I did see some items in their "tech" section for $10 a piece. I want to return when I have more money in my pocket and more time to browse! 😊

The store was well stocked and very clean!!! The employees were my favorite part of shopping here! They were super friendly and super helpful. If you go to a five below store this is definitely the one I recommend!!!

Will never go back to this one. Went to pay at the only non self checkout and God forbid you want to pay with cash. They had no money to give change with. Had to wait until the Manager got off brake over 15 minutes. Her attitude was very condescending and rude with us and her employee ended up just leaving everything on the counter and leaving. If that's the best you can do I'm so sorry for you

Went with my 15 yr old grandson. Was able to find what he wanted; store was clean & well organized.Staff was helpful and professional during checkout. Will visit again -- as anyone who reads my reviews, I only prefer well lit, clean and organized businesses!!

Only my second time here. I was greeted coming into the store. Very friendly worker. She was very helpful showing me where I could find what I was looking for. They didn't have what I came in for, but I did find some great items. I will be back!

Five below is an awesome place to take your kid if you want to reward them for good behavior etc. Most of the items in there are $5, some are less and some are more. They have small toys, wireless Bluetooth headphones, candy, some clothing, seasonal accessories and so forth.

I really like that everytime I go to five below there is always something I can buy! Whether I need it or not! Lol! The only complaint I have is that most of the employees are very rude and need to watch their surroundings. My grandmother is 71 years old and she asked for one of the employees to help her and to see if there were any small bags! The lady just stared at her. This is not what I thought five below was about. Other than that I really love that store! 😀😔🙂

I went in to the store to check it out for the first time today and did not leave with a good impression.First, when entering the store, there was a strong smell of sewage…When I was done browsing, I was trying to find my way to the register only to find out that the end of every isle that lead to the check out was blocked with boxes until near the back of the store. I moved a box to get to an isle that was not blocked, that led to a isle, that led to a register. I was met by a female staff member with blue hair and glasses that pointed to the back of the store and told us we needed to go to the “back of the line” because she couldn’t allow us to “cut in line.” Confused, we looked around and there was NO ONE coming to the register. We were the back of the line…I just kind of stood there, taking in her words, and she proceeded to tell me that it’s “just the rules.”Leaving today, I understand that Champaign’s Five Below Store has unfriendly staff, makes their customers rewalk the length of the store before allowing them to check out because they feel like it, and has a major fire hazard issue that will be reported to authorities.

Rude employees. and i was in this store 2 days ago with my 71 year old grandma when we where at checkout she ask one simple question to one of the employee she looked like she was put out of her way to help my grandma . so my grandma was like forget it since you don't want to help me and prior to checking out normally we would go through where they have the crush rush side can't go that way to go to checkout because they put wrapping paper boxes right there so you can't get through that a MAJOR FIRE HAZARD . we had to walk to where the makeup is to finally go to checkout

Seems like a very large store, but very little selection. For example, went in to get a hardcover spiral bound notebook - they only had journals with preprinted pages OR blank notebooks designed with Billie Eilish all over them. Neither worked for me.

This is a great place to visit when looking for bargains. I'd say that most things here are worth the money, it might not be high end but it's a bargain shop for sure!

Pretty cool! All sorts of stuff in this place. It's like a dollar tree, but it's a $5 tree. Everything from games to posters to tshirts. Great place for piecing together a kids party favors, or easter baskets or stocking stuffers.

Over priced dollar items, the one deal were discounted clearance items that have been damaged or outdated. Also many items were not marked that were over 5 dollars. The clerk was like a robot that repeated the same things and stood at the checkout lanes not helping anyone shop or checkout the auto scanners or answer questions. I will not return here.
