The coffee is good while the cost is on the higher side, but the barista that served me was so rude. She spoke to me with such attitude when I was ordering. I’m not sure if she was a regular employee or a manager, but regardless, their customer service sucks. Have had multiple experiences like this, and in all of those experiences the barista was a bratty girl.

They do not have any gluten-free food options other than a repacked brownie, so I wouldn't recommend if you're looking for good and gluten free. Nice space and nice variety of drinks.Dietary restrictions: Not good for gluten free

#1, the best coffee! Forget that giant chain from Seattle, get a great cup here!Nuf said.New store is modern & clean but I miss the old, crowded, one story, unique place that they tore down to build a skyscraper. But that's gone forever. The coffee is still the best.

Loved the atmosphere and place. Great and cheap coffee. Tried my first French press there. Totally blew my mind. All the writings on the wall in the basement floor and restrooms made it very authentically student-friendly. Wonderful staff!

Super friendly staff with plenty of options for patrons. I've been coming here since 2013 and have never been served a weak cup. Admittedly, I don't typically get avant garde drinks, but can vouch for their nitros, pour overs, and teas -- all of which are wonderful.They also have vegan options which is greatly appreciated since Dancing Dog is a bit of a trek from campus.

Quick service and great drinks. I tried the bourbon barrel caramel mocha latte and it was fantastic. Prices are reasonable and they have good daily specials. Great little location to hang out if you can find an open seat as well.

I adore Espresso Royale. It's the most classic type of coffee shop you can find on this campus. The flavor shots and additions you can make to any coffee drink are fantastic, and it's absolute heaven for any coffee enthusiast like myself. The prices are reasonable for the quality of coffee. My only criticism is their recent removal of iced coffee on the menu. Iced Coffee is much better than their cold brew coffee, which I don't care for quite as much.

Solid place and part of an excellent local chain. Coffee very good; and as acid/bitter as Starbucks. Each location reflects the personality of the customers and buildings. Staff does a great job with the hugh waves of students crashing in at regular times.

Good deals on a weekly basis, especially if you keep your eye open. Espresso tends to be a little more burnt that most places (not bad, just a different taste). Overall good coffee, especially for the relatively low price you can get when paying attention to active deals

Some of the girls there are really unfriendly, and almost everytime I go there I always get them being sassy or snappy at me. The ones that arent like that are super nice and helpful. Too bad the girls with attitudes towards me when I've done nothing wrong, bring the quality down. I want coffee not and attitude at 9 in the morning.

Friendly staff, lots of seating, good Wifi, and massive selection of tea (and great lattes). Bathrooms are a bit sketchy and are downstairs, but it's in a great location on campus (and there's street parking where, in the past, they haven't really paid all that much attention to the 2 hour "limit").

Brewed coffee is hit and miss, sometimes tastes like coffee was very old or equipment was not cleaned between brews. Espresso drinks with a pastry are surefire though. Nice place to study if you like background noise.

Their nitro brew machine was down. I was bummed. However, the barista hooked me up with a cold Brew with a shot of Bourbon espresso to simulate what I had originally wanted. It was amazing. Such a nice cool place overall. I highly recommend this coffee place

Relaxing atmosphere, place wasn't too crowded when I was there (at lunch).Beverages are good and are more oriented to Italian cafés compared to Starbucks.Also have good tea.

This is hands down the best Espresoo Royale in town! I've gone here for years and their staff is always amazing! They are very friendly and helpful. They definitely omit an energy of fun and make it a very welcoming place.

The atmosphere was really nice and cozy, but I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate and it was surprisingly bad. It really just tasted like warm milk, with almost no peppermint or even chocolate flavor.
