The atmosphere is nice, the staff is always nice, but their food and drinks are not what they use to be. I had them remake my drink this morning because the first one was nothing but ice chips. Then the second time it was overly sweet with syrups I couldn’t even taste the coffee. These are easy fixes though, so I hope management does some training.

Usually a good coffee, but they apparently don't have coffee 20 minutes before they close. The kid was very serious when he looked at me and said "We close in 18 minutes you know.". I made a lot of coffee in my life, it doesn't take 18 minutes to make it. I just left and went to the gas station that has one of those fresh grind and brew machines. 3 minutes later I had paid and left.

The coffee is fine. They have a outdoor patio that could accommodate more than 10 ppl. Lots of ppl take there laptop and work here. Come when the weather is nice.

This is my go-to coffee place because it's so close to my office. Friendly staff, great coffee. They've got tables and wi-fi setup inside and out. Daily deals are posted on their board to take advantage of, and coffee for sale by the bag too.

Coffee was well made. Very tasteful. Sell excellent brands of snacks. Nice environment. Coffee was warm, not hot. I got steamed almond milk, which usually keeps it pretty hot. Mens restroom was clean, but smelled like someone hid their dirty underwear somewhere. Employee was very polite and helpful.

Cold Brew tastes like burnt Folgers. The staff didn't say "hi" or "welcome in" or anything. Just stared at us to order. Wasn't really impressed with their wraps either. Too much sauce and super salty.

Good service. I like their green tea. It's a nice place to chat with a friend. I did have to ask for sweetener for my tea but was only given one packet. I like two. It was no longer out for self service.

Always such a welcome place to stop by and visit. Get their Bourbon Barrel coffee if you can—truly worth a drive. A great place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet study time; such a cozy atmosphere!

Great exprso beans transfusion, admittedly satisfying, when one is left in thinking. Of how can one get done, with something so hot as that, that quickly?! I know I'm writing a review for the wrong location because I went to the one on neil. I love this place and love their coffee. Also have been going here for years now. However today I was served a sandwich that I can guarantee had raw bacon on it. It had the consistency of bacon that was fresh out of a package. I called and asked if it was cooked but i didn't believe it. I went home and placed my sandwich in the oven and the bacon went from light pink to a darker pink like it does when it gets cooked. I really hope I don't get sick from this.

I have loved going here for years and would honestly give it a 5 if their hours of operation were more reasonable.I love being out late at cafes when it is calm and I can focus on work. Well, they changed their hours to consistently close early. They lost most of my business :/The hours are different with different espresso royales across the area so make sure to check the hours for them all individually. I believe this one at the village at the crossing closes the earliest.

Starbucks, but better. Baristas are super helpful and patient when ordering and are knowledgeable about drinks. Atmosphere to sit and work on homework was very quiet and peaceful, and they had appropriate taste in music.

Good coffee and good service. It seems always near full on weekdays.It gets loud inside one small group talking & machines are all it takes). Many people study/work there. One star off because most of the time all of the four-top tables are taken by one person with books and a computer. It can be impossible for four people to meet there and get a table.Nice trellised patio outside offers some shade on hot sunny days.

I used to go here a lot, but I went today and didn't recognize any of the 3 employees working. They were so busy chatting with each other it took a long time to order. Then they laid my panini on the counter and called out the wrong order, so it sat there and got cold. Since they didn't offer to warm it up for me, I just microwaved it when I got home. I waited 10 minutes for a sandwich and I was the only customer in line. I won't be going back. It's too bad, I used to love this place!

Nice and laid back environment. Great coffee and vegan zucchini bread, though the slices are much bigger at the location on campus. The staff are really friendly. The only aspect of this specific location that I don't like is that it's a little too noisy, making it a little harder when just a person just wants to read or study. One or two tables are almost always where some MLM soccer mom/corporate climber/youth minister has decided to hold court like it's a study room they checked out at the library. Monopolizing the aural atmosphere of our public spaces for personal gain is an arrogant practice. I would happily tip the servers extra if they asked people to step outside for conversations, phone calls, etc.
