I've been coming to this dunkin since they opened in 2019 because it's the closest one to where I live. I'd say there have definitely been ups and downs but this location has been always been amazing! The employees have come and gone over the years but they have always been so nice and friendly, especially the employees currently there who know me by name. And there has only been a handful of times throughout the years where I've ever gotten a bad coffee.The coffee is always amazing, and anything else I've ordered is always good (the hashbrowns are the best ever). Even during the morning rush they are always efficient, we don't sit in line for very long and our coffee/order is always correct and delicious!I'll be going to this location for as long as it's here (hopefully forever) and I 100% recommend it!!!

VERY INCONSISTENT. My dog and I go here here at least 3-5 times per week. My daily total is $10.01. Even in THIS ECONOMY they can’t make consistency a priority. One day you’re handed a glass of milk and syrup (despite paying for espresso PLUS an extra shot of it) and the next it’s made properly. They should be following a protocol so that orders are CONSISTENT regardless of who makes them.

The coffee I got taste like warm cup of milk no hint of coffee to it. I asked for a cup of water for my son and the drive through attendant had the audacity to tell me I should've told her earlier while ordering! Like does it matter ? It's just a cup of water how many hours did it took for u to get one for your regular customer. They don't deserve business specially with this attitude. Never going back.

I asked for cream filled donut . They filled the donut with vanilla frosting ( I’m sure they were out of cream) . I worked at dunking for more than 3 years I know the difference between cream and frosting . Thieves

Ordered a large latte. A simple order. Pulled up to the window, and got charged $4.81 for my latte. Then I was handed a small. I asked why I was charged for a large if I'm being handed a small. The guy said I ordered a small. Okay, so why am I being charged for a large? This confused him, and he became very angry at me. He got a manager and he took care of the situation, or so I thought. After I got home I realized I was charged twice for my one drink. Sucks, this place used to be really good. The new management and employees that fully replaced all the old ones are awful and I won't be back.

After requesting oatmilk and telling the safe I have an allergy, I got my drink and it looked a little different. I asked two more times if it was made with oatmilk and the woman assured me it was. There was no label on it. At work, after 3-4 sips I realized it was cow milk. I had a super important meeting and this almost ruined it. I got sick off of a few sips of a $8 drink because the staff didn’t listen.

Used to be a regular at this location. And by regular I mean 4-5 times a week, never had any issues...I've ordered the same drink for the last 6 years.... Large mocha iced coffee w/ cream and sweetener. Not like it's even that hard of a coffee to make...The last 4 times I've been in this place they've given me either a plain iced coffee with cream, or someone else's order entirely.Not too mention they are extremely rude and act as if youre lying to them when you tell them they messed up your order.Will be going to the one on prospect from now on.

Used to be a regular here but apparently that doesn't mean anything. Was charged for a french vanilla latte and was given black coffee. I called to let them know and they reassured me that it was a french vanilla latte. Despite the fact that I'm literally staring at black coffee right now. Refused any kind of refund so that'll be the last time I go here.

My dog and I go to this direction location everyday so he can get his pup cup and me a little snack and the staff always goes above and beyond to make sure my pup has the best day possible. He’s a big guy so he can be scary but they love him!

All I ever order is an iced matcha latte with almond milk and less ice. For some odd reason someone has managed to mess up my order several times. My biggest complaint is regular milk I can't drink it for health reasons. Today just was too much for me I'll never go back.

When you and/or your staff make the mistake of giving a customer's order to another blame yourselves and only yourselves and no one else but yourselves. Don't ever make excuses that a customer made a mistake in ordering especially when you are being shown absolute and undeniable proof of the order

Since I work here, a few things I can comment on. One you cannot order milk in a cup it's not allowed and does not ring up in the system, you can only order bottled milk, two the app is not always up to date with our store, sometimes things show up on there that we don't have, or have run out of, please do not blame us for that, Thirdly if you come and buy donuts at 6pm at night that we have to prepare 5 am that morning, yes of course it might not taste the same as it does at 7 am, that's just common sense. And lastly if you have trouble understanding the person on the drive thru feel free to double check something when you get to the window to make sure we heard it right if there was any confusion.

I received a moldy sandwich today (9/18/21) around noon. We already had mediocre service when they made both our drinks wrong. Upon inspection of the meal when we got home, everything was barely warm and as soon as I flipped over my sandwich there’s straight up mold on it.I’m very understanding of being short staffed, as I have been in the industry for 12 years, but you can’t give people moldy food.

Service use to be really good and well structured by management when it first opened, but for the past 2 months I’ve had really slow and careless/poor customer service. Orders take extremely long, my bagel was burnt once, and there is no urgency to get food and drinks out to customers. I really wanted to help support this Dunkin but I may just stick to the one on prospect.

The donut quality at this new place is amazing. Definitely best tasting donuts from a dunkin. The problem is that the drive thru us incredibly slow, and sometimes you're kept waiting at the speaker for up to 5 minutes while they're sorting stuff out. I think they just need to hire more help inside since this place gets really busy in the morning. Then it would be a 5 star :)

Terrible customer service. I have had multiple issues with this location failing to take the proper order or messing my order up and arguing with me. The first was when I ordered a hazelnut Americano and the lady tried to hand me a mocha iced coffee. When I told her that was not mine and I ordered hazelnut she told me the cup had been mismarked, removed the sticker then continued to try t ok hand me the wrong drink. I again had to explain to her that the drink was not mine and I wouldn't be taking it nor leaving the drive thru until I got the correct drink? That's when another employee handed her my drink then she handed it to me. The second was when I ordered 3 frozen coffees one with a shot of espresso and they repeated it back to me that we only wanted one with espresso and I said yes. When we got to the window they had only made 2 without the espresso and told me that's all I ordered. When again I said no, we ordered 3 of the same things, they gave me a small cup of espresso! I said no, I ordered 3 of the same one with a shot in it and she continued to argue with me to check my other drinks which I already had and neither had the espresso. They continued to argue with me that's not what I ordered (mind you 2 other people in my car) and told me I didn't pay for it. That's great, but it's not my fault you are not putting in the proper order and this is not the first time I've had the issue here with wrong beverages and then arguing with me. I am beyond thankful they are putting in a Starbucks 2 blocks down on the corner. As a former Starbucks barista, I would have apologized fo the customer, made their drink and offered them a $4 recovery card for the lie inconvenience. I was excited about dunkin being close and cheaper but if this is the service they are giving people I am more than happy to give my business to Starbucks for a bit of a higher price and better customer service.

Donuts were completely stale, what few were actually there. Nothing's in stock, employee attitudes are sour at best, very much a "get your bad food and shut up" vibe. Fast food management/ownership needs to understand that the pandemic isn't going to last forever and people aren't just going to go along with lazy indignant attitudes. It's awful that wages/protections are so low for the food service industry but you need to be doing your job if you're going to make any kind of argument for higher compensation. Just showing up and standing around isn't enough.

I brought my son in that is 3 years old he had to monster trucks. He was excited about getting donut bites. The staff joked with him. My son was able to play with his monster trucks while I was ordering the donuts. It was a great experience. Every time I take him in there to get donuts he has fun

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. THEY WILL GET YOUR ORDER WRONG OR CHARGE YOU FOR WRONG THINGS EVERY SINGLE TIME! my coworkers and i order from this location frequently and almost every time our order has either been completely wrong, things are added and charged to us that we didn't order or things are missing that we did order, but we're still charged. Some of us have reached out to this location and they've been NOTHING BUT RUDE. They turn it around on us, saying that it's our fault THEY got the order wrong. WE WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!! I'D GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!

The staff here are so sweet and really considerate. Dunkin' workers don't have to recommend things to you or remember what you order, this Dunkin' does (then again I'm there Mon-Fri). I haven't had one staff member be anything but completely sweet. On the occasion that I was given the incorrect drink, which was slightly my fault as I may not have said iced (I got the hot version of my drink), the staff member inside remade it as quickly as he could and was very apologetic about the mixup. The drive thru does sometimes back up a little bit, but I think that goes to show that it really is worth waiting because the customer service is amazing. Thank you for being so great! I will definitely be coming back!
