As you can see from my pictures the aisles are full of unopened merchandise and the shelves are blocked and very unorganized. This is the 3rd dollar general I have seen like this. How can you shop in a place you cant even find anything.

It's the nastiest dollar general I've ever been in.. the photos kind of speak for themselves. It's much worse in person, and the place really smells.

There's only one or two things priced correct in this dang store. And the shift lead, high price paid manager on duty was nasty to us. Not mean, nasty...there is a difference. Just because your store is in a bad location doesn't give your employees the right to be nasty to your customers. Please help them out. Thanks

Great customer service with Ms. Alma she has always been pleasant, polite, and energetic. She is a fine definition of customer service. One thing about this particular Dollar General is that it needs to start having more available products on display. I come to the store with a list and only can find maybe one or two items.

So it is 8:15 lights on in the store door to inside unlocked and door to the outside locked called the store X4 only to get unanswered calls then busy signal. There over 10 people waiting. All the dollar general's in Champaign are ghetto and filthy, never stocked and dirty, employees be to busy on phones than doing work. Y'all is a step away from garbage

WORST Dollar General I was ever in anywhere ... store filthy and extremely cluttered .... laundry soap spilled on floor almost completely in one whole isle ..... also laundry soap on floor in front of cash registered which had about 15 customers backed up at it because it was the ONLY one opened ...... the only other employee I saw in the store was on the phone the whole time I that spent in line for 20 minutes waiting to checkout RIDICULOUS.... other than the cashier it doesnt look like any other employee that works in that store does ANYTHING but collect a pay check ..... would never recommend anyone to patronize that store ..... DO YOUR JOB AND WHIP THAT STORE INTO SHAPE ... SAD I HAD TO RATE IT ANY STARS

Four months ago a customer tried to sell me drugs while I waited in line. Today I drove 20 minutes in to town to come to this store to go bargain shopping. I was in the store for 20 minutes when the cashier approached me and told me that my step son and I had to leave. That they had us on camera being suspicious and the police were coming. I don't even live in Champaign any more and hadn't been to town in over a week. I asked to see the manager who promptly lied about who she was and demanded I either spend money or leave. She also refused to let me see "myself" on camera and offered the police again. I not only will NEVER give that location another penny but will make sure everyone avoids it. Its full of hoodrats and drug pushers and the Bradley Ave location is safer and nicer

This store is close to my home and I will go there only if I' really have to. Store is dirty and unorganized. Employees are just there for a paycheck and don't seem to have pride in their job. Shelves and floor is usually cluttered with boxes and merchandise. There have been times when I was there i wanted to start cleaning areas up.

Honestly the messiest most unorganized establishment I’ve ever set foot into. Boxes, racks, merchandise all around the place, in front of aisles blocking carts or anyone from really walking through.

The prices aren't a dollar. There are displayed a bit pricy items. I would go walmart to find reasonable items with prices.
