As a 25-yr Walgreen's client (the last 5 were increasingly annoying), moving to CVS in Schnucks last year was like being let out of jail. It was gratifying to find the Springfield Ave Walgreen's most helpful pharmacist (Azza) had relocated there ahead of me.

I'd give less than one star if I could. Not once have I gotten my monthly migraine preventative which has landed me in the emergency room multiple times. Any time I've expressed this with the staff, they dismiss me saying they put it on auto refill for next time and that they don't typically carry it, so that's why it was late this time. I've been on this med for almost a year. I can't even properly say if it's as effective as it can be because of how irregularly they get it to me. Its frustrating when I try multiple times to get it set to refill before I am due for my dose, only for it to not be refilled until a week late.

I can say enough about our pharmacist at the CVS inside Schnucks on north Mattis in Champaign. They have save me over $300 just in the last week. Each time they thought I was paying to much for my meds and they spent the time to get me a better price. My wife has now left Walgreens and getting her meds at CVS and the first time she use CVS they saved her money also. She was shocked at how nice and helpful everyone was to her! She said she never got that at the Walgreens she had been going to for the last 10 years. Thank you CVS!

I am glad I go there they are so helpful I take a lot of medicine and they keep the medicine filled if not ready they will get ready for me while I wait excellent service

I don’t understand how they have good reviews… this is my first time getting a prescription from a cvs due to insurance reasons. They have been rude and not helpful what so ever. The first time I called was on 12/7/22 in the evening and the man I spoke with had a huge attitude. Then I called back on 12/8/22 in the evening, and the lady I spoke with even more bad-mannered than the gentleman the previous day…. If your not good with communication than please stay out of customer service.
