Very disappointed with the treatment I received at the pharmacy. Pharmacist, female asain and clerk for no reason kept trying to service everyone behind me .No acknowledgement . I had to say hey I'm standing here. I have used this pharmacy for15 yrs+ never have been so upset and horrified. I feel racially discriminated against . From the time I walked on the line saw ASAIN Pharmacist looking at me with a disrespectful gaze the looking at clerk to agitate the situation. I had done nothing but walk in to pick up medication. I'm in Healthcare, this is not supposed to happen . Everyone should be respectful and customers should be welcomed and helpedand not ostracized. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! STOP THE HATE AGAINST BLACKS ITS UNFAIR AND A LEVEL OF IGNORANCE THAT SHOULD NOT BE TOLERATED. 1500 LEXINGTON AVENUE, CVS SHAMEFUL!!!!

To the old white woman at the pharmacy, why did you decide to go to the extend to correct the pronunciation of my name? I am a Latina undergraduate student, I checked in at the pharmacy for a shot, and once I said my name the way it’s suppose to be pronounced, you couldn’t understand me? When I gave you the first three letters you said my name in the most American way, and proceeded to say “you did not say your name at all.” To which I didn’t say anything as I was in full understanding that you decided to pronounce my name the way YOU wanted instead of the correct way which I said about 5 times before you got frustrated. The medical field is no place for you.

My most recent visit to this CVS location was a mix of frustration and appreciation. While the pharmacy manager, Mr. Nick Selby, exhibited evident negligence, laziness, and a lack of professionalism, a commendable exception was the clerk, Taylor. Her kindness and understanding during this challenging situation were noteworthy. However, Mr. Selby's conduct during a critical situation left me deeply dissatisfied, and I strongly believe that CVS should consider replacing him with someone who is committed to providing the high standard of customer care expected from such a reputable company

Go somewhere else. I suggest Meijer. Both pharmacists that I dealt with had terrible attitudes. I paid more for my meds because he wouldn’t apply an alternate discount code because they closed in 3 minutes. Doesn’t that mean you’re still open for another 3 minutes? It doesn’t take but a couple of minutes, but he was done, I guess. Told me i could come back the next day, but I needed my medication that night. Meijer would never, but they didn’t have what I needed in stock.

We used to love this pharmacy and it has gone down hill in the past year. Consistent diasappointments with their communication on filling perscriptions and driving there to be told theyre out of the medication, it isnt ready or that they didnt even have the perscription to fill. Tonight was worst experience yet.The pharmacy didn't properly input our infant son's medication or insurance information. Instead of correcting the issue, they would rather attempt to charge you an outrageous out of pocket expense.

Warning. Do not have your elderly parents go to this CVS location. Extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. My mother, 84 years of age, visited the store confused about a refill based on text she received. According to her, a store pharmacist called her a liar on multiple occasions during the conversation. Obviously, this pharmacist did not have the temperament, patients or training to communicate with elderly customers. I called to complain about this behavior to the main pharmacist and inquire how someone working there would not have the patience in communicating with elderly customers. This head pharmacist said his name was Nick. Nick was rude in his response which was irrelevant to my complaint. Nick admitted to being the person who spoke with my mother but hesitantly claimed he did not call her a liar on multiple occasions. He did and then lied me about saying it. As a former law enforcement officer and Champaign-Urbana resident, I informed Nick he should be more careful about insulting someone's grandmother or parent these days since the city has become more violent over the years and not to put his store in jeopardy of someone who was not as patient as me in calling to discuss the matter. Nick, popped off with a smart comment. Wow. When I asked for the regional manager's name to file a complaint, he only gave a 1-800.CVSSHOP tell phone number. I will be reaching out to a regional manager, but just be aware of the type of person who provides leadership, training and advise to the employee's servicing your prescriptions. It's Nick. If rude or unprofessional behavior has happened to you or a parent here, please also file a complaint with the regional supervisor and complete a google review.

Management in the store is very rude. Today I went in there to get detergent and toothpaste after I proceeded to the self checkout to pay and get cash back. After paying, I noticed that option was not provided so I mentioned it to the associate who wanted someone else to assist me. However, because of a previous experience with the manager who assumed I was shoplifting because he did not see my receipt, I did not want him to assist so I said I did not want his help so which he said ,”he did not care” and proceeded to talk and told him he’s looking real crazy right now and he said so was I and when I said he was the one who harassed me the last time he said ,” yes I was”there’s something really wrong with that guy.

Do not fill your prescription here, it will just be a headache trying to get it filled in a timely manner! I had a prescription sent last night and waited all morning for it. I have COVID so my sister went to pick up the script for me. I called the pharmacy beforehand and the auto responder prompted me to “alert the pharmacy I was on my way.” By the time my sister got there, they said it wasn’t ready yet and would be ready in 15 minutes to an hour. When she gets home, THEN I get a text that the prescription is ready. This is insane! I waited all morning, called beforehand, and if they could put the prescription together in the time it took my sister to drive home, why couldn’t they just fill it them and there? Or CVS should just remove that option from the auto responder because it seemed like the prescription would be ready since I “alerted” them we were on the way. I understand pharmacies are extremely short staffed but this is just bad service.

They get the job done but they're quite rude; I just had a conversation with someone who kept cutting me off and said "I'm too busy for the story, I'm going to cut to the chase" (I had been talking for 5 seconds at most, and I wasn't telling a story.) I don't blame the pharmacists though; they're obviously very short staffed. Management, please do better and give them more staff.

CVS have raised the bar on customer service and coupons. I have had very pleasant experiences in all different stores I have visited, all employees have been very well trained and have helped me every time I need help.

I hate coming here for my prescription or having to call for anything (which I sometimes need to do because this pharmacy tends to not fill things for no reason) because of Stephanie. She should not be in a customer-facing position. She has a problem with anything you say & speaks condescendingly to me. I tried to give her more information & she yelled at me "WAS THAT MY QUESTION? THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED." at the pharmacy. Ive never been treated so horribly by someone at CVS Pharmacy CONSISTENTLY.

I was desperately looking around the area for a medication that my Walgreens and other Walgreens in town did not have. I called this CVS, and was immediately able to talk to a pharmacy employee (stark difference from waiting 30-45 minutes on hold with each Walgreens!). The woman I talked to was super helpful. My insurance doesn’t cover prescriptions at CVS, so they had to fill it in a roundabout way and I was able to use GoodRx to get a better price. That took some extra time for the pharmacy tech to handle. Every employee that I talked to was super helpful and patient. I know pharmacies are absolutely swamped right now, and struggling with pharmacist shortages. But this pharmacy staff was really great!

Every single time I call the pharmacy, the lady named Stephanie answers and every single time she has the absolute worse attitude. I tell her what I’m calling for and she replies with, “well I need a name” in the most negative tone. I’m not sure if that’s how she just speaks to people in her day to day life but if it is, someone should have taught her better speaking skills and not allow her to answer the phones. This is peoples lives here and she can’t have a bit of decency to speak like a normal human being. I had to hang up the phone on her because her attitude was so bad. Be a little more courteous Stephanie! And CVS, please find someone else to answer for the pharmacy. Thanks

I am not one to post negative reviews. But every time I call this pharmacy I have the worst experience with the pharmacist named Stephanie. She cut me off rudely in the middle of explaining a problem with my prescription location by saying "NAME. What's your name." and after she explained what I can do, I asked her what her name was (because she gives attitude to me every time I call and every time I just ignore it because I figure maybe she's having a bad day) to which she responded with "i've worked here for 30 years i know what i'm talking about." Basically assuming I had a problem with what she was saying about my prescription rather than the rude tone she was using. If you hate people please don't work in customer service ❤️

I scheduled a vaccine appointment here (for a particular vaccine). I received email confirmation, and then a text message confirmation about an hour and a half before the appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that the pharmacy was actually out of the vaccine. I was disappointed.

Stephanie was awful. Absolutely terrible. I asked how long it would take for my medication to be done and she then went on to tell me they do over 500 prescriptions and answer the same amount in calls that she did not have a time for me whatsoever. Also asked me if I wanted to come in the back and see “how she does her job”, ended up calling the customer service line for cvs to make a complaint and she told them I’d have my prescription in 1-2 hours (definitely before the end of the day) - my prescription was ready 4 hours later. When I did pick my prescription up Stephanie had just left and I dealt with Izeli (spelling maybe off) and he was good to me. But other than that the whole trip was a complete nightmare.After the phone call with the awful Stephanie I feel like she purposely pushed my prescription back. I would NEVER go back nor recommend this pharmacy. It was also very disgusting in the store/bathroom.

Pharmacist Stephanie might be one of the nicest people I’ve ever spoken to. Kind, careing, and has no issue answering any questions. You could try to find a CVS with kinder pharmacists, but I don't think it's possible.Seriously though, Stephanie is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this pharmacy. She has helped me so many times over the past few years. I don't know what the person who posted the mean review I was parodying was, but I can assure you they were mistaken.

It totally depends on the person you get. About half of the staff are amazing and make you never want to go to a different pharmacy, and the other half are inept and rude at best. It's pitiful when you have to start talking over someone to try to get their attention because they assume they are infallible and won't listen, and you're just trying to figure out why their system made a mistake and how to fix it so that you can get your prescription. It's even better when you request the same fix to the problem that another employee at the same location figured out, but are told it's not possible and that their decades of experience supersedes any knowledge that you have. I've had better luck in the afternoons and evenings, and the good employees truly are phenomenal.

Very unprofessional and rude pharmacy staff (Saul on name tag) On my first visit, I was given someone else’s prescription bottle in my bag. My second visit, I double checked before I left the store and one of my bottles was missing. Saul was unapologetic and acted inconvenienced when I returned to have it corrected. Will be taking my business elsewhere

I used to love this pharmacy. They had great employees and always had things ready on time and if you were coming in with a script and waiting they would have it done in no time. The past few visits here to the pharmacy have been very disappointing. And the pharmacy says that they are low staffed and behind. That's what I've been hearing from the last three or four weeks. Hopefully today makes some changes soon.

Ridiculously unreliable. I waited on the phone for about an hour and a half to try and get into contact with a pharmacist to discuss a prescription, before finally giving up. This location clearly does not care about answering or addressing patient needs. The most utterly horrendous experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Try your local crack dealer before doing business with these numbskulls.

Incredibly RUDE and unprofessional employee answering the phones to transfer a prescription for my student. Ended up putting me on hold several times to answer 2-3 other phones at the same time…I could hear her partially getting info from other calls and then coming back to my call and helping me then going back to other calls to get more info from them and then back to me…very unprofessional and untrustworthy as she was collecting info from 3 phone calls at the same time…instead of helping one call completely before moving on…ended up hanging up on me because there were “too many students by the same name in the system and she didn’t have time for that”. Said she’d “wing it” and call my student when she had a chance. Needless to say I called back and cx the transfer and will pick up his prescription and mail it to him myself. Def do NOT rec this pharmacy.

This location advertises that it performs Covid testing, but when I showed up for my scheduled appointment I was told that the only person authorized to perform tests no longer works at the store. The pharmacy employees were also quite rude. I'd give this store zero stars if I could.

I used to visit this pharmacy and people in store are very polite but today they were extremely rude over the phone. Even though I understand they might be understaff but the person I spoke to yelled at me and hanged up before explaining to me what was happening. I felt very uncomfortable and strongly advice others to avoid contacting via phone calls if possible.

Very rude pharmacy. We are traveling thru and my 4 year old special needs son is needing meds. Pharmacy was rude to me on the phone and to my hubby in store. We had an issue with the script being sent over and they said that's not their problem.

Was seeking a new pharmacy and choose to try this one for the walkin covid vaccine. They gave me the one requiring 2 doses without telling me until after they stabbed me. I return 4 weeks later as instructed and now that are appointment only. Phamist manager was antsy and pushy to get me to leave. Even though i showed up when instructed and even when they opened and was thier first customer...
