Left my dog there for four day and when I picked him up I had to take him straight to VET, he could not even walk. He has a rare condition called Addison's Disease and because the place was soooooo nasty and dirty and smelt so bad it cause him to have an episode. I mean this place was the worst I have ever seem, the smell was unbearable, dirty on a whole nother level. I wouldn't take a pig there to stay, please stay away!!!!UPDATE!!The condition that my dog was in when I picked him up on 12/27/2023 was bad enough that my dog passed away this morning(12/29/23)just two days after getting him out of that horrible place. Why wasn't I call when they saw my dogs health declining? Why, because they are never there to monitor the dogs. They come in maybe once a day to throw some dog food in the bowl and leave. I should have been contacted and I wasn't. They KILLED my dog by having such an unsuitable place for a dog that it sent him into an episode that KILLED him in two days. If you love your pet this is not the right place to EVER take them. Talking to a Lawyer........

Had the worst experience bringing my dogs here. Got a call a couple days before my vacation ended saying my puppy was limping. Finally was able to get her into the vet and found out she had broken some bones in her paw. How this happened I will continue to wonder because no one from pet palace seems to know either. Thousands on dollars later surgery is done and she is healing. Wouldn’t wish this upon anyone. Took my pets here feeling confident they would receive excellent care. Feel like they were neglected. Not only that but the response I received when I had told pet palace was inappropriate and careless.

This place is very unprofessional. It is also a very dirty,smelly place to leave your babies. They lost one our dogs the first morning they were there.
