This is now a laundry mat.... I went to the store behind it. Put gas in the car. And did my laundry. Unless there a mix up. Save-a-lot is directly next door. Same building... I'm confused how this even came up. I'll get new pictures when I drive by again

Great location near campus.They have everything here.Just saw a locally made kombucha called Kombuchade.Kombuchade is Made in Illinois by Matt Lancor a U of I Graduate in MATSE.

I had a lot of groceries to bring to the car, but for some reason I found myself stuck in the door because there was a metal rod attached to the cart. I had to do make 5 trips back and forth, in a snowy blizzard. There was no assistance given and I almost fell multiple times.

Did not allow me to purchase alcohol when I was with someone that is underage even though he will not drink it. But thats not the reason for the 1 star. I was not able to use the shopping cart to bring my heavy groceries to my car. The grocery cart have a metal rod so that you cannot bring the cart outside.

The store deserves 0 stars. The positive reviews are not true. The prices are hiked up and I think it's terrible that the students are being taken advantage of. As well as us who live in the neighborhood. The staff is rude and discriminatory..They go out of their way to ignore you, will not greet you, or ask if you need help but will WATCH and racially profile you the entire time...The customer service desk associates act like you're inconveniencing them to ask for help. It's just really awful.

Bright and open. Good alcohol selection, but prices are higher than Schnucks or Meijer. Always clean when we've been there. Caribou/Kaldi is no longer there, but there's extra tables + seating upstairs.

I went to County Market today and the cashier Serena T was friendly, answered my question about the weird poles on the cart, and complimented me on having my cart loaded in a way that made checkout easier for both myself and her. Very good experience overall

Told them a unsweetened tea was missing its plastic wrap come back the next day they have removed them all to hide that one was missing it. You don't remove any wrapping that seals the product and try to sell it. (See how the sweet tea has the wrap there on the left)

For being near campus, this grocery store is well stocked with all of the basics for cooking and cleaning. This has a much wider variety than any other stores in campus, but at "County Markup" you are paying for the convenience of staying close to campus. I would avoid this store if I have the time and transportation available to go to the other grocery stores outside of the general campus area.

Used to go there as a student since I didn’t have a car. It was great for it’s convenient location on campus but a bit more pricey than other grocery stores. Overall still a good store and has a wide variety of products.

Customer Service was terrible.Stood in line for probably 5 minutes to get change. I decided it would be faster to purchase something, so I grabbed something in 2 minutes, and went to checkout. Self-check wasn't labeled, but would neither accept nor give cash. So now I had cold items that were getting warm, and again waiting on Customer Service.There was one individual in front of me, but he was talking on his phone. The one employee in CS was also talking on the phone for about 7 minutes. Then, she proceeded to tell her coworker about the phone call she was just on. There's another 5 to 10 minutes gone.Now she's off the phone, but the guy in front of me is still talking to someone. Instead of helping the next available customer, she very slowly dealt with this guy, whoever he's on the phone with, and who knows what else.I finally gave up, leaving without the one item I wanted, change for a $20 bill.But in their defense, the store seemed well stocked, and if you could check out without the need of an employee..... you would possibly be okay.

It's a really convenient location. The prices are relatively high though and there are few cashiers. One entrance and set of check out machines of the store is closed at night. There lacks a good selection of healthy products (for example there is almost no whole grain pasta or no sodium beans offered). Overall it offers a good way to get items you can't get on Amazon pantry since it's in walking distance of a bunch of apartments.

Overpriced produce, but everything else is fine. The store is clean and has its own parking lot so you don’t have to pay for parking.They sell personal care items and some limited cooking supplies as well.The sushi counter and ready-to-eat foods also taste great at an affordable price.

The store is very well stocked considering the massive demand of all the students on campus, with a little bit of everything. The shelves and produce are always neat and tidy. A huge selection of liquor for obvious reasons. The prices are a bit high due to being the only grocery store on campus and the staff, specifically the cashiers, leave a lot to be desired in terms of customer service. Overall, a good place to stop in and do some light shopping but I try not to do my regular shopping there.

High prices for items kept in store days before their expiration date, food items moldy in store and not good to purchase items that are revealed to be moldy upon opening. Location is good, hence the additional star

This review applies to the County Market on Springfield Avenue in Champaign, IL. I'm leaving prices out of my consideration and focusing on perceived value that I derived from my experiences shopping here. The selection is good. Deli area exceeds expectations (always great pre-cooked products such as rotisserie chicken). They offer a nice variety of baked goods. Produce selection is fine. Checkout service moves quickly. The location is convenient to work commute and proximity to downtown and other nearby businesses. The store is maintained well. Great job!
