I had a difficult range of colors (wood, carpet, counters) to match my new flooring to and Michael worked with me patiently as I went through and took home dozens of samples so that I could find just what we were looking for. The installation was great and every part of the process was professional and streamlined. I'd definitely recommend them.

A little before and after of one room. We had carpet replaced throughout our house just outside of town. The carpet selection, scheduling, and install were all seamless and very reasonably-priced. My main contact was Michael Ujcich of the Champaign store. He smoothly handled all my inquiries and coordinated the installation. Donovan Burton of Carpet Weaver's carefully measured and took photos of the areas to be worked on, and Chris and his crew of CH Flooring did a terrific job on the installation.

Fantastic service! Michael Ujcich was a delight to work with--it took me longer to decide on which awesome flooring to choose from than it took to get the work done at the house! We replaced the floor in the kitchen, utility room and 2 bathrooms. Everything looks so nice--it really updated the look of the rooms.

Great service!! Our neighbors recommended Carpet Weaver's and I am glad we listened. Michael helped us out and guided us to an appropriate carpet for our Master. Donovan was in and out of the house quickly taking accurate measurements and quote was to us within a day or so. The installers arrived just as scheduled and did very quick work. The carpet we picked was available in their warehouse so from the time we went to showroom to carpet installed was about 2 1/2 weeks. Hardest part of the whole process was us moving the furniture.

We used Carpet Weaver's services to purchase and install carpet throughout our new house, as well as bathroom vinyl. Michelle was great through the entire process and always available for questions. She took the stress out of deciding what products to go with and made it fun. The installation for carpet went so smoothly and the finished product was beautiful. (haven't had the vinyl installed yet so can't speak to that at this time). Everyone we dealt with was professional, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. We will never use another flooring company ever again, and would absolutely recommend Carpet Weavers.

Very disappointing and unprofessional attitude from Stuart. We had a flood in our basement and scheduled a removal of the carpet. Once Stuart found out we were not using them for our new carpet, he cancelled our removal 15 minutes before the scheduled arrival time. We were never told that we had to use them for new carpet for them to remove the old, as we were paying for the old to be removed and told them we were shopping around for new when we scheduled the removal, which was totally fine at the time. We would have understood why they cancelled our removal if it was the rule that we had to buy new carpet from them, but it isn’t, he was just mad he wasn’t getting the commission off of the new carpet. We even would have understood if he had just spoken to us in a professional tone when he cancelled. As a business owner myself, I was shocked at his rude attitude towards us. I would never think of speaking to one of my customers in such a manner, so beware if you’re using Stuart.

As a first time homeowner moving into somewhere with 20 year old flooring I desperately wanted to replace, I wasn't fully prepared for how much goes into replacing your flooring. Luckily Michelle's help at the Champaign location was basically exactly what I needed. Michelle was proactive and able to give me some great samples based off of a very brief discussion, and despite me taking my time to make decisions and exploring all my options, her first recommendations are what I consistently went with. She was, thankfully, very patient, accommodating, and willing to help during that process. Installation was handled by the Toledos, and they arrived on time, finished quickly, and did a great job. I know some normal wear and tear on walls is normal during an installation, but I was impressed with how much care they took and how little touch up was needed afterwards.Since this was my first experience I don't have much to compare to, but I know that I was happy with every step of the process and would strongly consider Carpet Weaver's for possible future renovations.

I recently had an area rug made from a carpet roll. I worked with Moses and he was extremely helpful and very patient. My rug was probably a small order compared to people buying carpet for a house or large room but Moses treated me like I was the most important customer. He was patient, friendly, and very professional. And... I love my rug!

Choices, choices and more choices! The difference between Big Box stores and Carpet Weavers is the BB stores employees really don’t have a lot of knowledge about flooring, as compared to Carpet Weavers. My wife and I did lots of reviews on different brands, and we felt if we were going to replace our flooring, we wanted the best options available. Carpet Weavers by far surpassed our expectations!! They also had large flooring samples we could take home to look at rather than a very small piece that the BB stores have. Face it, when looking at plank style flooring, one little piece will not give you the true colors of the type of flooring you want to consider. We took home 6 large samples of each that helped us to make our choice.Thank you Michelle for assisting in our search for the perfect flooring! The personal assistance you provided helped ease the headaches of making the final choice!

She helped us find great deals and followed up on every visit. The person that came out to measure for the carpet was very personable and knowledgeable. The installer came when he was scheduled and had it done within 2 hours. This experience was great from the beginning. We can not thank Michael enough for all of his great help in picking out our carpet and coming to our house when I was stressed out trying to picking out a color. He helped me convince my husband that we needed to paint our one bedroom a different color. He helped us pick that color also. We cleaned closets and also got rid of stuff that we didn't need which was another plus. The Toledo family came to install our carpet. They were the nicest group ever. They moved our furniture room to room and they were very careful not to hit walls or anything. They were very professional.

We purchased wood flooring for our entire first floor along with the stairs and second floor hall. Our salesperson Todd was extremely helpful and worked extra hard to correct a very minor delivery snafu. The installers were excellent and the flooring looks great.
