Very excellent service - a young man - "Dee" - not sure spelling on that! but he was very helpful, very competent, and I was able to get a new phone - all set up - in a very minimal time, and a very reasonable price. Customer service was exemplary. This was the store on Bloomington Road in Champaign. Also want to recognize 'Cole' at the Meijer location - when I first went in there and they did not have the phone I needed, he called the other stores to locate the phone I needed, so that I did not have to search. Very excellent on the customer service by both of your employees.

Owner of store sold us 2 LG G Stylo smart phones. He told us it had 2 gigs of ram. It does not. When I contacted him less than 24hrs later asking for an exchange to the phones he talked us out of buying he sounded like he would fix his mistake and I assumed at no cost to us since the phones were the same cost. I go in and the guy we were working with was gone and I spoke to the other owner. He refused to sell me the phone at the discounted price and tried telling me that I didn't want 2gigs of ram what I wanted was storage space. And basically assumed I didn't know the difference between ram and storage or network connection. I told him that is what we asked for was 2gigs ram and we were sold phones as 2gigs when that was false so we just wanted to do this exchange. He tried telling me I'd loose my month of service or have to buy the phone at full price. They should have to discount the phone and exchange it at no cost to me without me loosing my month of service because they sold us phones under false pretenses. I will update this review if things get resolved but as of now I would never buy your phone here. Our family has bought 2 smart phones before this from this place in the last month and this is how they treat loyal customers?

This store is racist!!! ANDY has the worst attitude of all. I went in to pay my phone bill about two days ago wake up today my phone is off. Went to see about the problem he shoves my money back in my face as if he didn't not want to help me. I will not be returning back to this store. They need to be closed down

I went there Friday to see what was going on with my phone and the representative that was there on 7/16 was terrific we had excellent service there even with other customers coming in he was helping me while helping them all at the same time.

Recently purchased a Galaxy s2 cell phone from Premier Sound and Design. Everything was done quickly and competently and I was connected to Boostmobile and Google. Had the phone for a little over 2 weeks and had problems with it cutting out on me (going dead). I called Premier Sound & Design and they told me to bring it in and they would give me a new one to replace it. No heming and hawing or any arguments. Immediately went over and they had me on a new phone within 10 minutes. No problems since then. The folks at Premier Sound & Design are professional and customer oriented! I would recommend them to all my friends and definitely go there for my next phone.

They have the worst customer service and an arrogant attitude to boot! Basically, they made a mistake with my boost account and then told me there is nothing they can do for me. I tried to explain its their fault and they threw me out of the store. These people are thiefs... I will never do business with them again!!

Asked the guy for a smart phone with 2 gigs of ram and a sd card slot. Guy tells me all phones have sd card slot and swears that the LG G Stylo has 2 gigs of ram. I purchase 2 of the phones only to later find out they DO NOT have 2 gigs of ram. Doubt I'll be a returning customer.
