The store could be a little neater than what it is and they too high on a lot of the things they have in the store to be a big lock they need to work on a lot of things in the store and the customer and the reception and the cashier

Big Lots had everything I needed to decorate my home at a low cost. I also noticed they stepped up their clothes game by adding new name brands to their collection at a low cost beating their competitors prices. The store stays clean and shelves stay stocked for a nice shopping experience.

Cool little store that takes ebt for food items. Some of those food items are really popular on tiktok and social media! Gummies, cookies and chipsThey even have plus size clothing that is super affordable.A little bit of everything. Overall a super cool little store.

Any visit to Big Lots is usually a chaotic experience. You'd expect it to be more so during the holiday season. Not today though. This morning i went in there and was greeted by Robyn who asked me if i needed anything. She showed me what i needed. We chatted a bit about the Big Lots ad and she went on her way. All the products were laid out nicely and the aisle ways were clean. Even the customers were all pleasant. When it was time for checkout the line was very long and the cashier was getting overwhelmed. Then Robyn came over and opened another register and things were humming again. My visit there today was short and pleasant. They had a lot seasonal Christmas products for gifts so i can recommend a visit there.

Not what I would expect from the Big Lots Brand. The store was dirty, shelves were sparse, the front facade of the building needs repaired, out of date food items being sold. The floor needs a really good cleaning.

I use to love going to Big Lots many years ago for their great deals. But now the store sells all their products basically for what I can get them at Meijer or Target. I mean at least I can use coupons along with weekly deals at Meijer and Target. Not to mention that Walmart is cheaper than Big Lots. I still gave it 3 starts because the employees are always great. Thank You

I have found some very nice things at this store, including home decor. Be careful when shopping for food items here, though. I have seen expired items on shelves more than once. Their furniture selection is surprisingly very good!!

Pretty darn impressed with the selection of food here. I had never been here before and found more than I was looking for. I even bought a bed for my two pups! I will for sure make my way back to this store.

Glue sticks rang up as $1.50. I said they were marked 1.00 so I wanted to get something different. Cashier walked back to isle to help me. Cashier said it's marked $1.00, but someone had filled hook with wrong product. Sold item to me for $1.00. very nice, polite.

Big lots Champaign is always the same year after year. Every time you go always something different if you see something you really want get it because it will not be there if you wait. Always a terrible layout and overstuffed yet empty shelves.But great customer service . You can count on it to be a place that really doesn't change with time .

Selection is very limited. The prices are not that much lower than a regular groceries store. The parking lot need some work.

They have really nice seasonal stuff. If you wait till the end of the season, you can get things at 80% off. Love their Christmas decorations and ornaments!

They run out of items and encourage you to come back, not knowing if the items will come in, or they have been discontinued. More sections are being emptied, some items overpriced, but you can get food here that is hard to find in other locations. If you are a fan of canned food this the place for you. Also has home items if you need on short notice and is open later than other locations. There is not a lot of lights in the parking lot but is lit by the number of nearby places. The location has been a mainstay in CU for many years. There are staff changes but they seem to know where items are located. They will open another check out lane to avoid long lines and will ask about the store rewards system.

So much to see! This place has everything! From mattresses to cans of pineapple to potting soil to diapers. Good place to shop for a gift for someone. Although I did buy some pillows and I wasn't completely happy with them. They were name brand and promised to never go flat, but they require a lot of plumping up each night to stay fluffy. Since I go to bed a little later than my husband sometimes, all my fluffing wakes him up. :(

They have a lot of great cheap items if you're looking for a place to get all the little odds and ends for a new apartment or house. The staff seemed annoyed and evasive when trying to get help with furniture.
