I’ve been taking my dog here for years. Al is so kind and clearly treats the animals with love and gentleness. He has reasonable prices and he even offers to bring my dog to my car when I have the baby with me. My dog always looks and smells so good! You won’t find a better groomer.

I just took in my cat for his first grooming experience. He has been on crate rest up until a few weeks ago from an injury and compiled a bunch of grime that brushing wouldn’t get out. A&B Scissor Hands was so gentle with him and did a great job. His fur has never looked better. I also really appreciate that they only book cat appointments before the dogs start coming in early in the morning so there isn’t any stressful barking to make them nervous. I would highly recommend them to any cat owner! I had a great experience and customer service was fantastic! Very kind people.

I’m extremely happy with the service we received. I brought my Aussie in for grooming and our experience was absolutely fantastic!My Charlie had a not so great experience at the last local groomer so I was nervous. The first thing that impressed me and made me feel comfortable was the requirement of proof of vaccinations, that alone indicates professional and proper care. My Charlie was comfortable almost immediately and was not unhappy at all when I picked him up! Additionally he looks so good! Price was more than fair. I only gave 5 stars because that’s the most you can rate. We’ll be back.

It was our first time here and we love the results! The first picture is before his grooming. The second through fourth pictures are the end result. We loved how Al was able to do the cut and styling that was exactly like the picture we showed him. His fur is so smooth and soft! We also were happy to see how calm our puppy was when we picked him up after his groom. The staff and place were great at keeping our puppy calm during the process and limiting stress on him. We will definitely be back for his future grooms!

I needed my dog’s nails trimmed. I’ve been trying to do it myself, but she flips out. I’ve tried to do it with people helping, others tried. Needless to say, we needed help.I had been trying to find a groomer in my hometown that would clip her nails with no success. Living here now, I looked into groomers and saw good reviews for this guy. Good hours for working people. No appointment necessary for a clipping! I had to hold her at the desk and he showed me the best way to do it. It was over in like 60 seconds and my dog was pretty calm! $8 for a clip. Very, very happy with this service. I will be back.

We love A&B! Al is so kind, knowledgeable, and honest. So happy to have found this groomer, service is top-notch and prices are reasonable. My dog always comes out smelling and looking so good! Her coat is always so soft and shiny after visiting Al. She can be a handful, but Al is always able to get all grooming done in a reasonable time-frame, and even lets him do her nails. My old groomer used to keep her for about 3 hours and I always worried that she was just kept in a kennel for too long… Al gets the job done quick & right. I highly recommend A&B to anyone that is anxious about the well-being of their pet, I can attest that I never worry about dropping my dog off at the groomer anymore - I know she’s cared for here.

They have really nice staff! My cat had a lot of matted hair and they shaved him without any issues for a reasonable price. I definitely recommend it!

I appreciate how my dogs are not in a cage for hours waiting their turn and they always look and smell so GOOD when they leave! They are well cared for at A&B Scissor hands. ❤️

Would not visit again. Took my one year old cat over for a bath, she came back with blood spot and bruises on her face. Here is a comparison of her exactly the night before and after bath (less than 12 hours apart). The bruises look like a circle, so I doubt maybe so was muzzle. My cat is a very gentle cat. I saw the blood spot and went back in to ask about it, groomer says he forgot to tell me that the blood spot was already on her head before bath, which I don't believe. Not sure what happened but won't visit again.

Groomer is nice, price is very reasonable ( $50 for my muddy doodle). We brought 4 dogs in for bath after a play date. They are all very dirty, but groomer did a great job in cleaning them up. He even worked over hours to help us got them clean.

They are very trustworthy and if they notice anything abnormal with my dog (skin tag, behavior, etc.) they always make sure to notify me. They are the ONLY groomers I trust with my dog. I am not personally a customer, however I work in the veterinary industry and have seen A LOT of dogs that have been groomed by a lot of different places. The dogs that I have seen groomed at A&B Scissor Hands looks AMAZING! I haven't seen dogs groomed as well as this place!

This place is great, it's locally owned, and they handle the dogs very well. My great Dane is terrified of strangers, and when we took her here to get groomed she was happy to see us, but not afraid. They also accept all breed sizes, which is nice, because we own a very large dog. Supporting good local businesses is more important then ever, and this clearly qualifes.

This place is amazing, I have been taking my Alaskan malamute here for months and it only cost $45 for bath and full fur blowout. I have never been disappointed and well as getting my cat nails clipped. He is amazing and very willing to work with whatever you want. He keeps it very clean and never smells
