The worst, half a hog ruined. I have never tasted such horrible, disgusting curing. Bacon was so bad nobody touched it and my dogs even turned their nose at it...no lie. I am afraid to even try the other cured pieces. I can't reccomed them for hog processing.

Picked up my half a cow on 11/11/21. I drove to Chadwick from Dixon. Got home, put it in the freezer and noticed I was missing a few things I ordered. Called them back and talked to Lucas. Found out I had accidentally picked up someone else's order. He was the nicest guy! He informed me that if I could bring back the wrong items he would make it right so I did. Not expecting anything much back in return because that's not who I am, he refunded me over half of my processing fee. I almost cried. These last 3 weeks have been slow at work and I used the last of my money to pay for it and what he did for me just proves that there are still wonderful people in this world. You sir are the reason why I'll continue to be a valued customer. Thank you so much!
