Should be 0 stars. Was contacted via text by the establishment to say that they lost my cat while we were out of state on vacation. They claim she "squeezed out of the cage" and that someone left doors open. Complete and utter negligence and incompetence by this business. Their timeline also keeps changing. Originally she was said to have gone missing yesterday evening, but now they are claiming a storm the night prior spooked her. DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE, they are not to be trusted and have no concern for the livelihood or safety of your animals.Update: it's been a whole day and Tammy and staff have not made any attempts to rectify the situation. She made my mom drive over 20 minutes to go wonder around the woods after they heard of a potential spotting. Where was Tammy and staff? Too busy grooming other animals as loss of revenue is more important than loosing a pet. I will be suing in civil court and have reported to the Centralia newspaper what has happened. This place needs to be shut down. This woman is a complete fraud and has no empathy or concern for my families situation.

Tammy and her staff are so caring and do such a good job. They have been bathing and grooming my 80-lb. Labradoodle for several years. The fact that Tammy is tiny and petite has never deterred her from grooming my huge dog. She has a way with dogs. All dogs!

My family has been boarding our dogs at the Doggie Den since I was a kid. I"m almost 40 now and Tammy has never given us bad service. I even brought her a spur of the moment, without any warning "project" dog which I practically rescued, and she transformed him from a matted mess to a practically brand new dog, even buying him a new collar on her own. I've taken my current dog to her multiple times and won't take him anywhere else. If you're looking for a safe, heated place where your dog will be well taken care of, the Doggie Den is literally the only place you should consider.

This is the second time that I have taken my girl to the Doggie Den. I am so very pleased with the work and care that they give her. Their prices are very reasonable and they are quick in their work! I don't have any problem trusting them with my very precious pet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

At the time of service my pitbull was 9 months old and it was her first time getting her nails clipped, great service she was very fast and gental and was very nice no one else in town will cut a pit bulls nails

Tammy has always treated our pets like family. We take long vacations and know we can trust our babies are well taken care of while we are gone. Her boarding facility is very well cleaned and maintained.

This is actually Shelley Dodson, not sure why it says Cooper. My parents and I have been taking our dogs to Doggie Den for as long as it’s been in business. Tammy grooms all 3 of our dogs, clips their nails and boards them several times a year when we go out of town. All 3 dogs love going to Doggie Den just as much as we love Tammy❤️ We would highly recommend Doggie Den!!

I've been taking my dogs to Doggie Den for 25 years and have been extremely happy with their services. They treat my dogs like family and they always come home looking great! Even my "reluctantly difficult " standard poodle is groomed beautifully! Hope I never have to take my dogs anywhere else.

I am late on this review ,but dog was well taken care of, had previously used a vet boarding and dog was skin and bones and acted drugged,so I know doggie den is the best, take your dog there

Trying to move out of my place to a bigger place need a washer and dryer in my unit and fenced in yard in the back for two little dogs I need to move out in a month or so near American Legion hall and Dairy Queen where I want to move to in a house
