Incredible vet!! We rescued a kitten that was scared, wet, and malnourished in the middle of the road. They got us in the very next day. Unfortunately he was to far gone. We had to put him down and they got us in the same day. They are incredibly nice and understanding! They don't try to do things that aren't necessary. I recommend them to everyone!!!

The Vet is very patient and kind and thorough and gentle.His receptionist is kind and considerate. She very much involved in assisting throughout all visits/procedures. She is very knowledgeable, together they're a great team and a true blessing to my dog Lola and my self. Also all nine of our cats.

The best vet I've ever had the honor to meet. Him and his staff are so kind and compassionate, I've always felt so nervous leaving my babies at the vets when they need overnight care but not with Dr. Sprague. Would recommend 10/10!

The first time we used all pets animal hospital was to get our cat fixed. They were very reasonably priced, and treated our cat very well. Now we got our dog his shots there and couldn't have gone better. They were right on time with our appointment and only took a few minutes.

The receptionist is the sweetest and most informative receptionist I could if imagined. They fixed and declawed both of my cats with no issues. The receptionist called me as soon as the surgeries were over and in the morning before I picked them up to let me know how they were doing! We are now starting puppy care with them and that too is going great. They don't try to sell you stuff that you dont need like some vets do. I love dr.sprague and his staff ❤

So far I'm supposed to have an appointment here for the first time tomorrow but it not looking good already. Busy signal on their phone for the last 45 minutes and then they're closed now👎so far,,not a good start. Hopefully I can change this review soon but I'm doubtful. Then when you finally get it to ring they're faxing stuff, not the first time this has happened when trying to call them, can't get ahold of anyone! Maybe you should get another phone line... !😠 plus, you can't even leave a message because there's no answering machine when it's a fax line! It's not looking good

Decent service, wonderful care when we took our youngest rescue in; but he pushes getting your animal fixed and I have been calling up there ALL DAY LONG trying to ask a question and nothing but a busy signal. Of all the times I have called, today and otherwise, they only answered their phone once. Overall, though, friendly staff and great care and I would recommend this service

Thank you to all pets animal hospital in centralia!!! I have called at least 15 vet offices around me and none of them would help. I called them and instead of just saying no we have no openings and no we don’t accept CareCredit and hanging up she asked what was going on with him and gave me advice on what to do and when/if we should go to an emergency clinic! They seem like they actually care about the animals.

Dr. Sprague was kind, soft spoken and correct with his diagnosis of Harley, my silky terrier. She was back to herself in 2 days. She got pain medication for her arthritis, and antibiotics for her diarrhea. She also got an exam, and her yearly shots, plus flea meds, heartworm medication. At a reasonable cost.

I have known and used All Pets for 23 years or so. Dr. Sprague and Katy are truly the best and most passionate. I have no fear of taking my pets there and being faced with an outrageous bill. they are extremely fair.

My dog had surgery and was in intense pain the first night. I called and asked for pain medicine and the request was denied. I was not very happy. Miserable night for both of us.

Dr sprague was so helpful to me I had rushed my kitten there after hrs and he opened the doors to try to help save my kitten one eye unfortunately everything I and he did wasn’t enough but I’m grateful/appreciate him for trying his best he is a wonderful vet I would recommend him to anyone that has pets thank u so much Nikki hays
