4/8/2024Good afternoon, where do I start!!?? It's so hard these days to find help but to find it in the magnitude that I just experienced is un heard of. AUSTIN..AUSTIN!! This young man was nothing less than marvelous!! He was very down to earth, respectful and willing to let me walk along as he answered ANY questions I felt like sharing with him. He knew his job and done it EXCEPTIONALLY well. I pray I never have to use you all again, but if I do as I told Austin, he will be the ONLY person I would want to handle my issues!! We talked and laughed but he never stopped working very diligently to get my problem solved!! He also went to the extreme to even let me see into the sewer how the problem was being solved one step at a time!! There isn't enough time nor space to commend this young man. But I will say again, AUSTIN is the ONLY person I will accept coming into my home for any of my needs. Kudos to you young man..you don't find many with the raising not morals you displayed these days. I'm sooo grateful to have crossed your path! I pray nothing but blessings over you and your family. For you are such a wonderful hard working do right type of young man. Again your type is hardly seen anymore in this cruel selfish world. Ty again young man. Morrison Plumbing, if all of your workers do not portray the values that Austin showed on today, please let them ride along with him!! Because he is the epitome of what caring about your customers should feel like and these are the type of employees that will keep you in business for yrs to come!! Spencer was nice knowledgeable and got our heater up and running quickly would recommend to everyone.Update1: Joe was OK just seemed to be in a hurry. He came out and replaced the water heater for us on a Saturday. The price was high for a senior citizen widow on a fixed income at $2300. Water heater is not sitting on the base even, scratches on the tank with dents, expansion tank and flue not straight just seems like rushed work for the price. I do like the warranty and how fast it was put in just disappointed overall.Update#2: Billy came out today and did an excellent job fixing the problems with our water heater. Quality work will ask for him and recommend him to everyone.

Had a gas leak in my home that I just bought (as is) 2 months ago. Was looking for someone who could do the work needed and the reviews are what attracted me to Morrison and let me just say that the staff from the operators all the way down to the technician/plumbers were very courteous and professional. They installed new gas piping and a new water heater for my home. The work was fast and efficient. I loved that they were more than willing to answer any and all questions. 10/10 for sure.

The experience I had with Morrison was truly incredible. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the actual service call. Everyone was truly delightful. My electrician Angelo Gordon was truly the best I have ever had for servicing an issue. Get him of you can and you will see for yourself. Had Morrison out for a service call. Turned into purchasing a new HVAC unit for the house. All four of their employees we had out to the house were great! Knowledgeable but really just regular people you’d feel comfortable around. New equipment looks great, works great!

Aaron Hall did excellent at fixing my issue. He also told me what to do to prevent any future issues and gave me his card if I needed any assistance. He was very thorough and explained the process. I would highly recommend him for anyone! Definitely be my plumber for the future

I highly recommend this company. I heard of them from a coworker and reached out. Desperately needing a gas line replaced, they came out pretty quickly and did the assessment and quote. Best price I had received without feeling taken advantage of. They communicate very well with their clients, they showed up on the install date and got the job done. Even the Ameren guy who came out said "whoever put your line in did a fantastic job, that's some great work".

Just want to share a great experience I had today with a Morrison Electrician, Nick Rikli. He was very professional and listened to me explain the issues I was experiencing. He walked me through everything he was doing and answered questions I had. He provided me with options and pricing on 3 levels of service that he could perform. I would highly recommend Nick , he is definitely an asset to Morrison and he is the reason I will use them now and in the future!

Awesome service! The help I received from Sarah Wiley was amazing, she was truly instrumental in helping me get the equipment I needed to upgrade my system! Marc and Kyle came out 2 days later and did a beautiful install on a new air handler, heat pump and back up heat kit. They were quick and know their way around the equipment. Super happy with my install and their professional work ethic. Cleaned up and hauled everything away, great guys!

Jacob Durbin was at my house for the second time. He excels at customer service by knowing how to be professional, truthful, and courteous. Three qualities that are in short supply today. I've had the same service from the other technicians at Morrison as well but he stands out to me. Joe was amazing! He initially said he wasn’t going to be able to do the job till Monday but with 3 kids and water off he ended up doing it for us and he was fast an accurate and even went out of his way to do more than the job expected! So for more plumbing needs we will definitely call Morrison and ask for him again!

We are Morrison members because we just love the company. Every single person that works for them is 10/10. After a check up on our furnace, they noticed a crack that could lead to a possible carbon monoxide leak. Without hesitation they got us set up with a representative to talk about replacement options because it was already 25 years old. They were available to do it within a couple days but when they had a cancellation they called us to move up the day! Incredible customer service! The technicians were clean, quick, very polite, and informative. They tidied up after themselves and made sure I was up to date before leaving. They were absolutely amazing!

Nick Rikli is the reason for this 5 star review. Nick was personable, professional,& delivered top tier customer service. His knowledge for electrical and HVAC repairs was superior at best.
