We came in towards the end of the night on Sunday, April 28th following the end of a visitation for one of our family members. We had the BEST service ever. It had been a busy day for them because of the motocross races and our server, Addy, was finishing up a 10 hour shift. She was PHENOMENAL and went above and beyond the call of duty. She always had a smile and was so patient with our group of 17. I hope she sees this and knows how much that meant to a grieving family. Overall, we had a great experience and it was because of Addy.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon with a party of 8 waitress took our orders and brought us our drink never seen her again until it was time to get a receipt. Had to take our glasses to the counter to get refills, the manager need some training in customer service because she has zero. On a good note the food is usually good thought except for the chicken Alfredo that's drier than the Sahara Desert and has about 2 pieces of chicken in it.

Pizza and breadsticks were great. We ordered 2 pizzas,a salad and breadsticks and cinnamon sticks which they didn’t have. We got the first pizza and had to go to counter to get plates and utensils, then second pizza came, I asked where the salad was and she said sorry we only have two cooks that it would be coming, finally after almost done eating I had to ask where the breadsticks were and waitress said oh you ordered breadsticks and had to check to see if we did and of course we did, they finally came out when we were done eating and she askedi if we needed anything else I said a box. Bad waitress but good food.

No clean tables or booths to sit at, had to be wiped down, then didn’t dry the tables or seats and had a wet table. Handed us our menus and the kids coloring pages, no crayons. So we asked for crayons the waitress says “well we don’t have any crayons.” Then we were waiting on drinks forever, food came out and plates were all dirty still. Waitress never came back to check on us even 1 time the whole time we were in. Will not be going back for quite a while.

Ordered a Crispy Crust Pizza. Generally at the Casey, IL location, these crusts aren’t very good and tend to be dry—-hardly any sauce. As they were sold out of the other crusts, I tried it again and it was, I’ll admit, better than usual.

Service is quick and the pizza is good. Restaurant appears clean. They stopped cutting the bread sticks and cheese sticks which is annoying. Also, ask for them undercooked or they will be burned.

I dined-in at this location a few days ago. It was an ok time. One thing I didn't account for (over look on my part) was the fact that they don't have cheese sauce. So, I didn't order what I wanted, I ordered something else. Also, I don't think they have beer here. At least it's not on the menu. My reason for giving a 3 star is simply the fact that I wanted to stop and have a beer and eat some cheese sticks with cheese sauce and marinara (it's my jam) and ended up receiving neither. I was treated very well by the staff and my server.

Sydney was the best waitress I have had in a really long time. Very friendly and very helpful. Food was great as well. Drove an hour so we could enjoy a sit down pizza hut. It's pretty hard to find them anymore. Thank you

just ridiculous, I call to order a a special for 17.99, they 1st said the computer said didn't match, didn't match what? then a young lady gets on the phone and asks what I would like to order ,I tell her what I want and she said she doesn't have that deal, she goes to get a Manger. get hung up on. 1st time I went to order from there in a year,year......yup they got even worse.... won't even try again, totally unprofessional, completely disorganized

The place looks kinda dead during the day, but I ordered 12 teriyaki wings and they were AMAZING. They were done in about 11 mins, so it was worth the wait. The employee was a young female and she was very polite and made sure I knew about how long the order would take. Definitely going back.

We had stopped eating there because the food was lousy and they always made mistakes. We decided to try it again since they reopened after remodeling. Glad we did. The food was excellent and the staff was friendly.

Place is still pretty good. So, this place has won awards back in the early 2000's, I thought all Pizza Huts were this good, nope just this one. Then I dont know what happened but, the quality and staff friendliness dropped off around 2013 or so. I'm please to say we were there around 17 February 2020 and they have brought the quality back. Right off I70, stop in and grab pizza and wings!

Pizza uncooked.waitress took order and brought back drinks.never returned to table.had to go to counter ask for napkins refills and a carry out box,also had to ask at counter for my bill.Teribly wasted 70Dollars..wake up management

This Pizza Hut has changed hands to new management, and it has turned into a BAD place to eat! We stopped by for there weekly buffet on Tuesday night the place was less than half full and after your first taste of the salad bar it was empty after everyone went through and was never filled back till we payed our bill 45 min later. The pizza here is really tasteless compared to other Pizza Huts we visit. The staff was friendly and helpful but we came there to eat not make friends. Please do your job manager and staff, it was a waist of money and time.

Food was fresh, however we were the only two people there. Waitress was wearing spandex. Why? This is a place of business not a fitness center. Go back to making the staff wear the correct clothing.

Ate here after the walk through the festival on Sunday. Couldn't have what I really wanted bc they don't and would not just add 1 more topping to a calzone. Other than that the festival was great.

Giving 2 stars only because the waiter was nice and didn't wait long for our service. If it wasn't for the waiter's part, I would give it one star. However, there was ants on our table, even on the wall. I ordered a medium pizza and the bottom crust was just absolutely soaked in grease. Worst pizza I have ever ate!

Not the best. Regarding the Thursday Wing buffet, you pay five bucks more for chicken nuggets to be available. The bone in wings were brought out five or six at a time every ten minutes or so - no exaggeration. Very disappointing. Rip off.

Actually this pizza hut was good one!! Decent pizza choice's and awesome salad bar. Great staff that we had encountered. Lady even helped balance a table. Good time.

we were at the wingstreet buffet last week. The pizza was cold & very old, breadsticks were hard, & we found a bug in the chocolate pudding. We did tell them to change the pudding out, sadly no one came to make sure things were ok. instead, we just paid our bill and left. We definitely will not be returning to this pizza hut.
