I was impressed the first time I ate here but the past 2 times have changed my opinion. Extremely disappointed. The food came out semi-cold, very greasy and the nachos/tortilla were soggy, dripping with grease. Also the customer service was unfriendly, walked away while I was trying to talk to him, wouldn't respond to anything, never smiled or refilled drinks.

The restaurant was a bit empty as it was chilly outside, we were seated and waited for around 15 minutes prior to waiter attending us.The food was great as the service was a bit under manned.We ordered a variety to really capture the full flavors of the restaurant.We had a great experience and highly recommend the Taco Salad, shrimp chicken and steak cooked to perfection.Vegetarian options: Plenty to choose fromParking: 20Kid-friendliness: Not so muchWheelchair accessibility: Yes, available.

Stopped in here after checking out all the big things around town… we had the biggest lunch platter I’ve ever seen. It was yummy and there was plenty for us to share!! The service was fast and friendly. Would return if passing through again.

We live a block from the restaurant, when they first opened we were so excited. It was amazing for the first few months.Now after this evening and past experiences we will no longer be giving them business. The staff if the #1 issue. Naturally if they know you, they will give you special treatment. Watched a tabled of 5 come in 5 minutes after us. They had their drinks and orders put in all before our waiter even approached us. Then had to wait 20 minutes for ANYBODY to notice we had moved our done plates to the other side of the table to let our waiter know we were done eating. Only for a completely different waiter to come get our table and ask if we needed boxes 10 minutes later. Which we did, I told him and the check as well because our waiter was gone. Never got the check! Ended up with the manger bringing our check, when he noticed we didn't have one but had boxes to go.Never got asked if we needed refills on our drinks, or if our food was good, or even correct.Then as we're leaving and I'm checking out the lady comes to take our plates before we even leave the table completely. So you were watching that we were leaving but not the 20-25 minutes we sat with nothing in front of us trying to get our waiters attention.P.s. waiter was more interested in other tables to even meet eye contact with me or my guest. Never spoke to him after he took our order And walked away, saw him serving almost every other table tho.Felt bad for not leaving any tip but I felt he didn't deserve one AT ALL.Parking: You HAVE to get there before the dinner rush which I would say is about 5. There will be NO parking unless if you get lucky.Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in the door and just about anywhere in the restaurant, as long as they are not super busy because they put the waiting customers right by the front door and it's often hard to even get out the door with the waiting customers blocking it.

Great mexican restaurant! Food was outstanding and the service was fast and amazing too. We ordered a chicken taco salad, a chimicanga chicken dinner and one steak taco. We asked to sub spicy chicken in both entrées. They did, but offered to spice it up even further with sliced jalapeños. We took them up on the offer and glad we did. The jalapeños added the spice we needed without it being to hot or overbearing. The steak taco was delicious as well as the chicken taco salad. The flavors were super and both dishes had a lot of meat. It was a huge taco that came with a side of spicy salsa that I poured over everything, It was that good! Perfect amount of spice. One of the best Mexican restaurants we have been to in a long time.

I love that Cilantros has such a large selection on their menu. Service is fast and all the servers are polite. I ordered enchiladas supremas and the food was hot when it came out and everything was fantastic. We had a large group and everyone ordered and received food without any delay.

My husband and I just ate here, and we were pleased with the service! The interior design inside is gorgeous, and the food was absolutely delicious! We both agree that this Mexican restaurant is now our new favorite! If you are a local or visiting be sure to stop in, you won’t regret it!

Excellent food and plenty of it for the price. Will add it to my places to eat when in the area list. Wife did order a med-rare cook on her steak and it came well done but the quickly apologized and replaced it appropriately. Servers staff were all very friendly even though it was just as the end of the after church rush. (Photo of my sreak & chucken fajitas plates) about $13.

If you want better Mexican food, go to Taco Bell, it will be better than food served here. No one in our party of 8 enjoyed their meal, all the meals were bland (even the free chips), service was mediocre and the place wasn't that busy (late lunch on a Sunday). I really like the town (our second visit here) but other than fast food, this was the only other sit down restaurant open on Sunday. Knowing what I know now, I could have saved $98 by ordering fast food and enjoyed it much, much more. Trust me, save your money and go elsewhere. Oh, and if your looking to open up a Mexican restaurant, and can make decent meals, you could clean up in this town, trust me, it's a slam dunk.

The margarita was delicious 😋 the kids loved the environment. Overall we had good food and a good time. The picture of the salad is the taco salad with chicken after I had already mixed it together 😋

This was my husband and I first time visiting Casey IL area. We were having a wonderful time laughing so we decided to visit Cilantros grill. We entered with smiles on our face and two waiters approached one with a smile the other very mean. So the not nice waiter seated us right at the bathroom door way. We felt this was not a good place to sit and eat but we just stayed and continue to enjoy one another. The waiter was so rude and served us and our food was not right we were not happy about this. So my husband said something the guy said I will change it. I touched my husband hand and said that's okay. I made this statement to my husband because I didn't know what they would have done to the new food they would have made us. The waiter continue to ignore us and be rude. This ruined our food experience in Casey IL. We paid for our food and did not leave a tip. This waiter did not deserve it at all. My husband and I are an interracial couple and I'm staying positive that this was not the reason for the bad treatment. My husband and I left and went to get ice cream and continue to enjoy our day despite our experience here at this restaurant.

Overall, mixed experiences. Some loved their food - they got the steak fajitas and quesadilla. I got the chalupas and was disappointed. The shell was soggy by the time I got it and it had a single tomato slice on it. We waited a really long time to place our order, to the point where we had drink refills before even placing. We had two different waiters try to take our order and two different bills brought to us so there is communication problems between the staff. Once our order was in, the food came out very fast. One of us was gluten free and it was unclear what was safe and what was not.

Food not piping hot, soft shell chicken taco were not at all spicy, but big portions, priced reasonably. We were there early so maybe they weren't quite ready for the day. Other visits were better.Still a good local place to eat.Features: As required, nothing I could see.
