Ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket to go. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The order took only about 5 minutes. When I noticed that I had gotten 8 strips but most were quite small. I have good memories of DQ having large juicy chicken strips. This was not the case. Small dry and overcooked. The toast was dry and the gravy cup was only half full. Next time please do better.

Easily the cleanest fast food lobby I've seen in YEARS. Reminded me of Bushnell and Lewistown locations back in their heyday. Now they're both closed.When we were there an employee was wiping down the table leg. Who does that?? The only fast food restaurant that obsessed with perfection is Los Pollos Hermanos from Breaking Bad/BCS.I don't know what management is doing but keep it up!

Live an hour and some minutes out but stopped for a bite to soothe our bellies. Great job today DQ workers! The food was delicious and hot! Best fast food I’ve had in a while! Employees were very sweet and we were in and out that drive thru!

This is by far the best Dairy Queen in the area. Always clean, fresh food, and staff are great. They still tip your blizzards upside down.

I forgot how delicious Dairy Queen really was! It had been a while since I had had it before this but it was great! I will say that the rotisserie chicken bites are not as good as the regular chicken tenders! However they were still great! I also have to mention the service we got here, the workers were friendly and the bathrooms were clean!

My wife and I visited this DQ this last week with our 7 kids. The drive through line was long so we went inside. I was pleasantly surprised when the service was not delayed due to their drive-through business being so busy. Additionally, every member I interacted with was polite and professional, and they didn't get one part of the order wrong - quite the achievement given the amount of customization my kids prefer. Thank you DQ Carthage for your excellent service and delicious food!

In general this location has great food and frozen treats, but BEWARE of the STRAWBERRIES!I DO NOT recommend getting the Strawberry Shake from the Carthage, Illinois restaurant. I've gotten it 3 times from here in the last year.**The first time I got a Strawberry Shake it tasted like expired milk, I went inside the restaurant and asked for something else.**The other 2 times the Strawberries were disgusting! I don't even know how to explain how they tasted!**My husband always gets The Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard and his strawberries were amazing every time.So I guess just stay away from the "plain" Strawberry flavored treats.

This is the second time we were disappointed with the way the blizzards were made. Very little toppings or sparse if any. No chocolate added to the chocolate blizzard. Expensive sandwiches and sides. Better one in Hamilton IL. They are friendly....happy...helpful and are there to get it your way.

Cold grease soaked soggy fries every time 50/50 chance your gravy will be 75% water also will give you chicken wraps with frozen or cold cheese and either no sauce or just a dot

Love their ice cream cones!! Used to treat myself on my birthday with their largest size of a vanilla ice cream cone!!! Had a mother/daughter day together. She treated me with lunch and an ice cream cone. She had been given a Dairy Queen gift card!! A GREAT GIFT FOR ANYONE!!!

Fries are always oversalted - like licking a salt block. My father & I were both disappointed after receiving them during our stop last week. Him especially, considering he only ate 3 or 4 before deciding to throw them away after spending so much for our lunch.

Brian H was attentive, friendly, and most importantly accurate! Food was good, usual DQ fare. I got the $6 lunch special w sundae. I ordered a turtle sundae, they forgot to put in the fudge syrup, but no biggie. Burger looked better than the picture on the menu, most likely because I added veggies.

Ordered 2 bilizards one was soup guy working window got very rude because my friend that was with me reached over to honk horn at someone we knew and told me that if I didn't stop he was going to refund my money and ask me to leave. After I got my bilizards I should.of asked for refund. Everytime I go there the get the order wrong. Hamilton is a much better place never will I go to the carthage one again
