This was the burger that my boyfriend ate. We were eating in the car and it was dark out. We got there an hour before close. We ordered a cheeseburger meal (includes fries and a drink, he had Coke), a large order of cheese curds, a side order of one piece of Texas toast and a cup of gray, a medium girl scout cookie, thin mint blizzard, and a banana split. It was over $!+and 30 and we were fine with that. We went overboard but we were very polite and they were not bad. But this burger is UNACCEPTABLE!I gave a 5 🌟 review last time because they finally had people who could make blizzards. Well that doesn't matter if you have to worry about food poisoning. If he gets sick I'll update.

This was a very unpleasant experience.But after speaking with Jason Young Manager Husband of the owner. He was polite and attempted to reconcile the situation of the poor experience that we had. So as for now, I am editing my review because of his outstanding customer service.Workers let this be a lesson that treating customers with respect goes a long way. That this one bad experience could have been avoided.Thank you, Jason and DQ team.

We do prefer this Dairy Queen over the one in Jerseyville. The drive thru is kinda tight, so be careful if you're in a big truck. We like that they still have a playplace (indoors). It's nice to have a place for kids to play when we get extended periods of bad weather.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this place. One of the few restaurants around that still has a play-place (and it's indoors).

Food was good. Didn't have to wait long to get it. Had a little difficulty with the self serve soda machine - could not get the Diet Coke button to work, so ended up asking a worker working drive thru to get me a glass of it. Some napkins were on the floor that needed picked up and pitched (I picked them up and pitched then myself). I'd go back sometime, especially since you cannot dine inside the Dairy Queen in Jacksonville (that's disappointing and not good business there).

I've been to two places Jacksonville and Carrollton. Both places have gone down hill. Carrollton location has an order to it and the food is not the greatest. Jacksonville has rude employees and the food sucks. Ordered a chicken strips basket the entire meal was cold. After that we took our residents there for lunch and they were rude to me because we didn't call first there were like 6 of us. Have not been back since

I feel like I should only give them 1 star, but Im giving it 2 stars because I've been here quite a few times and they get my order right during the day. I went there around 7pm a few weeks ago, and I ordered me and my friend the new A1 steak burger combo each with a blizzard. I live about 30 minutes away from there, and I got back home opened up the bag and we had 1 set of fries for the 2 combos, and we had 1 of the A1 burgers, and 1 small cheeseburger. So I called them, (again keep in mind I live 30 minutes away from there) and they told me VERY RUDELY that they had my burger sitting there on the counter and I could come back and get it if I wanted to...I told them I lived quite a distance away, and that I couldn't make it back that night. And they said there was nothing else they could do if I didn't come back that evening to get a burger that would be sitting on their counter for over an hour minimum by the time I got back there and hung up the phone on me. So yes, I only give them 2 stars because the day shift Is very friendly, but night shift needs to be retrained on how to talk and deal with customers WHEN THEY ARE THE ONES THAT ADMITTEDLY MESSED UP THE ORDER!!! NOT GOING BACK THERE.

I'll just edit this to make it clear what my issues were. I have a 4 year old with autism that just wanted some bbq strips and had a meltdown because we had to get fries with them. It shouldn't be that hard to toss 3 strips in sauce instead of 4. Whatever, but when there's a child with special needs having a crisis, don't stare/mock him. He clearly doesn't talk at 4 and is not just being a brat. I could hear what was being said and it breaks my heart every day for my son to get this, not just fom his peers, but grown teenagers. The food wasn't terrible, just not hot so i gave you 3 stars which is more than i feel the location deserves but I'm going to assume there are some decent employees somewhere on the schedule.

Always love going when bosses are there cause they can get a order right but unfortunately the other employees can’t seem to get anything right and I simply asked what I always get and lady working drive-tru had terrible attitude at 5:25pm on 5-24-23 didn’t say a word to me

Great locally owned establishment. They give highschool students jobs and work around their sports schedule. I eat there on a regular basis because it keeps money here in our town. Also if the drive thru line is backed up, workers will come to u in line and take your order so your food will be done faster. Food is always hot and have always received what I ordered. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everytime. Support your local business!

2018. Very professionally done! Food was stove hot. Employee very courteous and helpful. Need more employees like the ones I had encountered on my visit to this DQ. *****2019Changed My mind as 041319 employees very rude no smiling or suggestions just no can't do that and we'll have to charge u extra even for mayo and ketchup and mustard packets 50 cents. Will not go back.

Too damn expensive and they screwed up our order after waiting 10+ minutes. $25 for 2 burgers and a 6 piece chicken (only received 2). I sent my husband in, he's the level headed one. Came out with 4 cold strips. While waiting we watched the workers playing inside.

Just got held up at the Dairy Queen. Ordered what the sign said was $6 meal. 4 meals cost $40 because the $6 meal was actually $7 and to get a slushie as a drink costs $1.50 extra. So in turn it cost $8.50 for a meal. Thanks for taking advantage of Carrollton no longer having a grocery store and raising prices again. Next time I will go to a sit down restaurant and actually get quality food for the same amount of money.

They were a little slow on the drive thru today which isn't the norm, but the staff was friendly and the food as expected. I love that they have a seltzer water option for drinks. Not enough places offer it yet and should.

Had to wait 20 minutes for our food. The 1st order they brought us was wrong AFTER the 20 minute wait. When they finally brought us the correct order our food was terrible! COLD! Cold cheeseburger, cold fish sandwich! We have ate there many times but tonight was the absolute worst!!

Worked here when I was in high school and they're still going strong. Nice staff and the Malt I had was made with powder which is the only way to go! Clean as usual and still very fast service! Thanks!

If I could give zero stars I deffinatly would! This place is a joke! Came through to get icecream and not only was the person taking orders rude they are slower than molasses in January and NEVER and I emphasize NEVER get our order right. This place needs new management and new staff! If any employee of mine was as rude as these people are they would be fired with no question. If the owner of this establishment would like to contact me I will gladly chat about this anytime.

It's pretty nice. Sometimes they mess up and leave things out but they have good food and very friendly staff. They usually only mess up when it is crowded which is understandable because it probably gets crazy back there with all of the orders. The have okay prices but they are a little expensive.

It's the only fast food option in Carrollton. Also, I've never waited more than 10 minutes for my food/icecream unless it was the lunch rush (11:30-1pm) and this DQ has never messed up my order.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to get a blizzard I have to wait in line 15 minutes and by the time I finally get it, it's completely melted. IM SICK OF IT. Of you want GOOD icecream, go uptown to the place on the corner. At least it's still frozen when you get it.

We waited forever for 1 small coke, 1 plain hotdog, 1order cheese curds and 1 Swiss mushroom sandwich. Finally received order, got back on the road and hot dog was cold and no cheese curds. Waste of money.

Second time the order has not been right, it it was a simple plain cheeseburger. I have gotten a chicken from there that what's so tough you couldn't even bite into it. You can only blanch those so many times.
