Since this is such a small town and this store is utilized a lot, the company should upgrade their store to better meet the needs of the customers. Make the store larger and carry more items.

If I could choose no stars I would have. New Mgr is hateful, rude, sarcastic. I've complained about her to the district manager & waiting for a call from corporate office. The manager who left a couple months ago was so sweet & caring & treated with respect. If you don't want to deal with sarcastic employees don't go. Isles are always jammed up almost tripped several times.

I hate going to the dollar store in Carrier Mills rude employees and no one ever has a mask on!! Even the employees get away with not wearing them. I mean come on it's not that hard to do! Updated!! Tryed shipping a FedEx Smartpost package and was treated like a idoit, the store manager is so dumb she refused to take my package and tried to tell me it is a USPS package. I call and she was wrong FedEx told me she was supposed to accept my package. Pure laziness!!!

It was decent however staff needs to realise once ur shop tbete as much as my family and the staff starts watching u for retail theft and ur paying for ur shot and the other guy next to u is waljing out smiling then maybe staff should watch the obvious not the pay in ppl smfh

Not s bad place to stop if you're needing a quick item. They do have the best price in town on the Starbucks double shot canned coffee.

These girls down here are always on point when I am there. I can't find it they will show me and tell me the name difference between two items or just carry on a nice chat with you.,.....and always greet u and tell you have a nice day as leave!

The dollar general in carrier mills is the most junked up store i have been in, you can hardly get around in the store, boxes sitting in the way , card board blocking the way, I could not even get to checkout without moving stuff out of way. You wanted to know I I told you.

When I checked out I asked the girl if I had everything and she said yes, I get home and am missing a bag. And what really agravated me is that this happened to me at this store a week or two ago! Wow!

Store is cluttered and most staff is unfriendly and unprofessional, there are maybe three good employees and they all work evening shift I suggest only visiting during evening shifts of mid afternoon when their manager isn't present she's always on her phone and very rude.
