Went to pick up my medication at pharmacy that doctor prescribed due to miscarrying pharmacy tech had the nerve to ask me if I was pregnant and if so she could not give me the medication, she did this in front of other customers. Already am going through something painful and she had to make my experience feel worse. Denied my medication till pharmacist got off the phone to ask him. I honestly did not had to tell her my whole medical issue.

Staff is always rude. And they are always messing up my prescription and blaming it on the doctor or insurance. When I contact the doctor or insurance, they confirm that the order is correct and that is it definitely Walgreens messing it up. Today I was on hold for 15 minutes, they pick up and place directly on hold again. I went inside (while still on hold) and there was only one customer and two employees standing around behind the counter. Elaine was very rude when I asked a question.

Employees at the front of the store are nice. It's the pharmacy employees that earned this one-star review. Every time we've called, the phone rings until someone picks it up and puts us right back on hold. The last time they did this four times! We finally had to call the general number and ask a manager to walk back there and tell them to answer the phone. The drive-up is just as bad. We've sat there and watched them help 3-4 people at the counter and never even acknowledge we were there. Management at this store should be embarrassed (and replaced).

Absolutely terrible. We have been going here for years, thinking it would get better and to give it another chance. Medications are never available on time, always back ordered and never communicated of the delay. The app shows it’s ready for pick up, and after 20 mins of waiting in line, you have to deal with a rude staff member who gives you attitude for trying to pick up your medications. I would give this location and honestly all Walgreens a 0 if I could. You can bet that we will be transferring our medications outside of Walgreens.

The worst pharmacy in the neighborhood. Yesterday my Dr. office sent them new prescription for me (need to refill asap, since it help me to reduce serious pain). I call them yesterday and today - the answer was "we contacted dr. office for directions how to use it ". Well - directions is clearly noted on the box of meds, what dosage to take at each day and how many times during the day. Today I call them again - same answer. So I called doctor offices - apparently pharmacy never contacted them (yes, I trust my dr. office 100%!). After my request nurse contacted Pharmacy and they told her they will fill prescription. Hour late I call Pharmacy - they claim nurse newer contacted them. Of course, I contacted dr. office again and this time they tell her same, no problem. we have prescription filled. She sent me message about it. So I call pharmacy again. This time they claim they call me to notify - I just didn't answered. Really? Then she clamed it was incorrect phone number. When I finally get my meds I found out they actually have my correct phone number when it came time to check them out. Extremely unprofessional, neglectful people!

Not only a waste of time I just don't understand how you Google this Walgreen's it says the pharmacy doesn't close till 9 pm and you get there just for a big sign that says pharmacist not on duty can't dispense meds? This Walgreen's needs new management to take over asap also not only is the staff rude slow and flat out ignorant but you go start your car waste your gas because everything on there home page says the pharmacy open till you drive up n see a sign that it's closed completely ridiculous I can't say false advertising but they need a drastic change I'm done with this place

I am truly disappointed and disheartened by my recent experience at this Walgreens location. The staff's behavior was not just unprofessional but also shockingly condescending and rude. When I sought assistance, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a complete lack of empathy or willingness to help. This kind of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the values that Walgreens claims to uphold.

Be wary and actively look at expiration dates on products.I recently bought some food and drinks from here without looking at the labels…they were expired by 6 months. For some products this would be very dangerous.This could be indicative of how the store is managed and does or doesn’t do thorough inventory checks.Exchanged expired items at a closer store to me without issue.

The worst management I ever see in my life. We have to wait one week for prescription to get refilled and when I went there to pick up the prescription they told me they’re not ready yet. Can you wait like 10 minutes outside?Very unprofessional rude. They have no idea. No clue what they doing.

I wish I could give 0 stars for the pharmacy. 1. They keep you on hold for a very long time, even picking up the phone, putting it back on hold, and hanging up again. 2. They LOST my prescription (a controlled substance) and told me to come back the next day. I told them that I need my prescription that day, it’s a controlled substance, they lost it (not me), and they need to find it or refill it. I had to wait there for an hour until they found my prescription. 3. They changed the directions on one of my son’s medications messing up what he takes for a very serious condition. The doctor had to call them and tell them to fix the directions on his medication before he ended up in the hospital. 4. They put the wrong medication in one of my bottles. 5. When I get upset because they make serious mistakes, they don’t apologize. They yell at me that they are busy. Yah. We are all busy at our jobs. If I messed up as much as they do, I would be fired. And they hold our lives in their hands. Losing controlled substances, messing up prescriptions can kill a person.

I just found out I have an auto immune disease, and needed several vaccinations.One pharmacist told me I couldn’t get a certain vaccine. Another pharmacist said that’s crazy. We can give it to you, so I ordered it and went to go get vaccinated today.Now they tell me I can’t get it again, although they have the vaccine there.Of course, I was extremely disappointed I couldn’t get it, but I was more aggravated that the pharmacists didn’t have their story straight!I don’t usually go to this Walgreens, I go to the one on 72 and 31 which I absolutely love. The staff that works at this Walgreens doesn’t smile, can’t seem to get their story straight, nobody seems to know what’s going on. They always have to consult with like 1 to 2 other people. If I don’t have to come back, I will not! Somethings should really change, but this Staff go needs a meeting desperately to figure out why they’re not friendly, why they one more don’t smile and make people feel welcome, and why they don’t know what the heck is going on.

Honestly this is the worst Pharmacy that I have every been too. They have dispensed me the wrong medicine several times, Filled scripts instore that I have on auto home delivery, and are extremely rude and unprofessional. They are flat out mean and have zero compassion. The way they speak to people is unacceptable. last week I setup my script for pickup giving them 3 days to fill it, went to pick it up and they said give them one hour. When I returned they told me that they had dispensed it to another patient during that 1 hour window and I had to wait 3 more days for them to reorder it for me. When I explained that I have a negative reaction if I stop taking it, and that I would run out, they told me that's unfortunate but there is nothing they could do for me. it was almost as if the employee enjoyed my discomfort. I asked them to cancel and allow another location to fill and they refused, stating that it could not be done. I called the1800 number and within 20 minutes I had my meds from another location. My favorite part is that the district manager was supposed to call me the following day to discuss and I still have not received that call. Steer clear of this location if you can, everyone I know has the same negative opinion.

This pharmacy is soooooo slow. The drive thru pickup gets 5-6 cars deep and doesn't move for 10 minutes. It's unbelievable. Do not use this Walgreens for your pharmacy !

Woman at pharmacy typed in my name wrong for my insurance, which I found out from my insurance a week later, and said it wasn't covered when it should have been and so I had to pay out of pocket at the time and trying to work with my insurance for reimbursement has been a nightmare. One quick spell check for my name could've prevented this. It's not long..

This Walgreens (pharmacy) is always delayed. On average the drive thru has 3-4 cars waiting and it takes forever just for one car to be processed. Inside isn't much better, seems to have very minimal staff for the amount of customers they help. Normally has between 2-5 people waiting to be helped. Most of the staff is friendly enough, but they are over worked. If there was another Walgreens closer to me, I'd definitely choose the other store. Only thing this site has going for them is location. No other pharmacies in the immediate area. The rest of the store is great! Never really any lines at check out, and the facility is neat and orderly. Staff is always attentive. My review is solely based on the pharmacy.

The other day we went to this store since it is the closest to us and we wanted to see how vaccine scheduling works so we can get an appointment. It says right when you enter too to speak to an employee for a covid shot appointment. Pharmacy line was steady. Probably 2 cars in drive thru and there were 2-3 people in front if me in line. We waited till our turn. I asked the tech if we can set up a covid booster shot appointment. He was like let me get someone. The other lady without listening or asking in a rude tone said you need an appointment for a covid shot you cant just walk in. I was like i know i am asking if you can help book an appointment. “You have to do it online”. I know the employees can reserve a spot for customers but in her “im too busy” tone and body language she repeated book it online and moved on to the next customer.How rude! I get busy. I get short staffed. I am pregnant and uncomfortable and still waited patiently in line to talk to someone only to get this kind of treatment.Even when we called once previously the Pharmacist there was rude and spoke in a very dismissive tone. That is after being on hold forever. They didnt even answer to address me, just put me straight on hold for 5 mins. Ill prefer driving farther but wont be using this store or Pharmacy again.

This is the worst Walgreens on the planet if you need a pharmacy. Not only have they screwed up my prescription 3 months in a row but this month is the absolute worst. Because I know how much they mess up, I phoned two days early to confirm that my prescription could be filled on Friday. The woman I spoke to assured me that it could be. Then I called Friday morning. After waiting on hold for a half an hour, someone finally answered the phone and assured me that my prescription would be ready that day after 12 noon. Turns out, that my prescription was not filled. When I got to the pharmacy at 5 p.m., they told me that it could not be filled because it was a day early. When I told them that two separate people on two separate days assured me that the prescription could be filled Friday and the woman I spoke to on Friday assured me that the prescription would be filled on Friday by 12 noon, the woman said that they knew at 11 a.m. that it could not be filled. When I asked why nobody called me or texted me, she said that they were busy. This is the third months in a row that this Pharmacy has messed up my prescription. I don't understand how the same Pharmacy can do their job consistently so poorly. If I did my job this poorly, I would be fired.

The absolute worst. Currently on hold AGAIN after trying to get through 8 times. I have been at this for 2.5 hours. I can't believe the pharmacy AND STORE do not answer their phone! These people are responsible for prescriptions that people rely on. Unacceptable. I will be changing pharmacies.

Pharmacist Joseph is amazing. He knows his job, the system and is always able to resolve my challenges. I have recently switched to Cobra insurance, unfortunately....and he knows how it all works.It's unfortunate Walgreens corporate does not throw some much needed staff there way. Their business is crazy busy and you will wait, but they will help you get your meds!Drive up etiquette: If you have a quick pick up, use it. Otherwise, get outta your car and walk inside. Thanks!

I went to this Walgreens to get my COVID-19 vaccine. The pharmacy staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got me in and out. Shout out to Alex, Mary, and the pharmacy manager- Sylvia! Great team!

This is a busy Walgreens and I've never seen a staff member just standing around. You are greeting with a cheery hello when you walk in and they have been incredibly accommodating with our family's prescriptions. They go above and beyond to fill them on time even if you just show up and need something right away. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

It’s a shame. I’m type 1 diabetic so I have to visit the pharmacy frequently and there’s times where I feel like I’m treated as if I’m trying to steal from them or I’m a criminal...There has been numerous times where I’ve felt this way due to the pharmacy technicians implicating questions that they ask that have nothing to do with what I’m calling for...or the male pharmacist grabbing the paper bag with my insulin in it, that the technician is about to hand me, tearing it open just to “triple check” and the technician having to repackage and give me a apologetic look.I don’t understand. I will be switching pharmacies for these reasons. Just because I have a chronic disease does not mean I need to be treated like this.

Hispanic tech did all she could to prevent me from getting my blood pressure medicine. Finally had to state "I'm a physician" I will prescribe it myself. Even then she was against that. I will use Jewel Osco for now on. Mind you not a controlled substance, something I need.

Pharmacy is ridiculous every time my wife or I go to this pharmacy to pick up antibiotics for our kids they don't flavor it. This has happened several times and my youngest will not take her medicine. All they need to do is put the flavor in but they don't tell us or even offer. I would pay extra if it costs extra. Get your act together.

They do not issue COVID Replacement cards. Various lies - do not have Vaccination cards (there are plenty of them with all Walgreens), do not have records (it's in their online system) , not issuing vaccination cards due to lot of fake cards (do you issue fake cards, really?), corporate said 'NO' but corporate said 'YES' to come in the news to offer a replacement card... Just Lazy employees in the pharmacy department. Probably bcoz they do not get $200 for giving a vaccination card which they get by giving COVID vaccine.

Silva in the pharmacy has not empathy or compassion towards women trying to conceive. I was hung up on by her today when asking questions in regards to my medication. A troubling time where lots of people are looking for work I’m surprised this person is employed.
