Awesome job cleaning my blinds. Extremely customer focused to work with my schedule at a great price. I love the fact they can clean onsite in the truck. It was a pleasure to receive estimates and work my schedule with Jon and Mike was Fantastic cleaning my blinds and even adjusted my patio blinds rod. Mike showed us all the options, helped us pick the right combination of products and installed them beautifully. He even came and put up some temporary shades on a series of new bedroom windows while his own custom window treatments were in production. My wife loved that he even helped us problem solve some older blinds and shade issues that weren't even his (and the solution fixed what we had...it didn't include buying new products)! To top it all off, right at the time of our scheduled install, we had an unexpected death in the family and Mike/Hang & Shine was extremely understanding, accommodating and made it easy to reschedule. We enjoyed working with this company and with Mike...and the window treatments look and work great!EDIT: We had a question about the mounting on one set and sent a picture on Monday (yesterday, as I write this). Got solution feedback the SAME DAY but couldn't seem to solve it myself so Jon came out the NEXT DAY (today) and popped the little extrusion back into the bracket. I feel guilty wasting anyone's time to come out for a little question and told them we'd be happy to wait until they were in the area but they insisted it was no bother. Jon wouldn't even accept a tip when, after watching him make the 3 second fix, it was clearly something I could've done myself.

Jon helped us choose the ideal products and he perfectly installed them himself. The Hunter Douglas blinds are a joy to look at and so easy to raise up. The room darkening shades make for great sleep and make our whole house more comfortable by blocking heat from the sun. And wonderful to open from the top and bottom. Great products and great service at a good price! We are very happy customers!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Hang and Shine and Mike Franzone. I had never used before but took a chance on the positive reviews. Called me back right away, showed up on time, and treated my home with respect. Extremely honest and because of that honesty was able to save me money which I truly appreciated. We had replace all the original windows and he re-hung blinds on 12 windows. Did the job well and quickly. Very fair price and excellent service. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Great experience and very reasonable pricing. Hang & Shine just cleaned all of the blinds in our new home with onsite cleaning and they turned out great! They took the time to walk around and explain the various styles and things to consider for each one (16 blinds, 4 different, styles across the 2 floors), had everything taken down and rehung in just under 2 hours. They provided guidance on some blinds with issues they couldn't clean, and I felt no pressure to purchase or do anything other than our original appointment. Definitely recommend.

Mike and Jon truly are a class act. I can’t share enough about my experiences working with them. While their premium products will likely cost more than others, they do an excellent job investing in the long term relationship of their customers. For instance, we purchased some new window treatments back in 2016. A few years later we ran into an issue with one our set of blinds not opening when prompted by the remote. I brought it in thinking it was the wand, but there was an issue with one of the motors that turned out to be covered under the warranty. Within two weeks we had it fixed. On a more recent occasion a few weeks back I was changing the batteries in one of the wands and noticed a battery had leaked out, which caused the wand to malfunction. I reached out to Mike and Jon asking if they could order me a new one and expecting to pay $100. Jon simply shared that he had one at the shop and would leave it there for me to grab at no cost. This is six years after they had done work for us! My recommendation is don’t always get caught up shopping price, because when you do you will likely be sacrificing service along the way.

The Hang & Shine team responded to my text for a quote within minutes. Their prices were very reasonable so I set the appointment right away. Came out a week later. We have very high vaulted ceilings with custom silhouette blinds. Came on time and were done very quickly. Very friendly and respectful. Even replaced some broken brackets with new metal ones which was VERY much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company for your blind cleaning. Excellent job!

Working with Jon at Hang & Shine was so easy! When we requested an at-home consultation to fit our main level with blinds, he accommodated our work schedules and was able to meet us in the evening. He quickly took measurements and offered us options along with recommendations as to what would best suit our needs. The quote he gave us was reasonable, blinds took just about two weeks to come in, and when he came to install he was in and out in a flash! He made sure to let us know he's there if we have any issues in the future such as things breaking or needed to be clean. We'll definitely be working with Jon again when it's time to do blinds upstairs. Definitely recommend!

They have a good selection of products, are very knowledgeable and have good prices for the full service they provide. They will come out to measure, provide samples and install. They always clean up after themselves and are very respectful of your home (remove shoes). If you have a problem, they always back up their products. Overall, nice, honest guys who work hard.
