I visited this store first time and love the selection in all the department. Store is clean, wide isles, wide selections of produce as well. Easy accessible parking. I will definitely go back to this store.

Look, I just have to be honest here. The place looks amazing. Awesome, clean and huge! They do have a big selection. But, it stops right about there. The prices are very high on fruits, vegetables and seafood especially. You will notice unhappy employees who really don't care for their job, say a friendly hello to you when ordering food or checking out. They have a huge food area there and let me tell you, the ladies behind that counter had a bad attitude, especially since we place a $33 order for 2 sandwiches and some drinks. The food Looked good but I swear on Mother Mary that the burger had ABSOLUTELY NO TASTE. I passed it around to my family and there was no taste. The french fries were like microwaved and still somewhat cold. If you don't believe me, go in there and order something. Then paste your reply here. So.. again, the place LOOKS awesome, but looks are deceiving. Better selection and prices at Pete's Fresh Market for sure.

Amazing Meat & Produce!The best part about Caputo's is that they always have fresh produce and I have never been disappointed with the quality of the fruits and vegetables. The meat selection is excellent and there are many options. In addition to that, their deli restaurant makes great sandwiches for dine in or to go such as meatball sandwiches and chicken Parmigiana sandwiches.

From the short amount of time I spent in here I thi k this is a really nice store. We selected items we needed to stock the fridge for a few days. Everything we were looking for was in stock. Store is arranged nicely and is neat and clean in appearance. The only negative I experienced was the lack of cashiers working. Lines of people backed up.

Been here couple of times and the employees reflect a very bad impression about their workplace. Laughing at the customers, being not helpful when asked a question, very bad impression. I would guess with no concrete evidence that they are poor paid. Otherwise they would care. As a contrary place, please go to Costco to see how happy the employees are. Better pay, benefits and work environment

Placed an online pickup for groceries. There are absolutely no signs that I could see for where to go to pickup. Went into the store. Horrible layout, asked FOUR different employees. I could tell that all 4 had limited English. One sent me in the wrong direction. Finally found someone and I told him that there are no signs! Put up signs!

Best Supermarket in the area, especially if you are looking for Italian Specialty foods. Layout can be a little counterintuitive but it isn't too hard to figure out. Staff is nice and knowledgeable; especially in the specialty cheese section.

This store is beyond AWSOME!! Has everything you can think of and more!! Staff is very friendly and helpful. The in store café food is sooo good! You have to try the juice bar and at least one thing from the bakery! If you can't find what your looking for here, it probably doesn't exist..lol!!

Our favorite grocery store in town, I feel excited to shop there every time. They’ve got a great selection of fresh vegetables, meat and fish, and authentic italian cheese and pasta etc. The store is nicely organized and you can always find some new things to treat yourselves or some great deals!

The place is huge, the selection is more than the tiny Aldi nearby. Prices are as high as you might see in the Jewel Osco nearby. Quality isn't spectacular either. They do have a huge Italian and latino selection than Jewel. If you care about the ingredients, then you might as well drive an extra 10-15mins to the nearest Trader Joes.

Deli department is a joke!!!!The employee the one you can barely see over the counter started speaking in another language when I walked up to the other worker and all of a sudden he didn’t know where items were. That’s HILARIOUS because you never know what language a person can speak or when corporate will stop in. That is the headquarters corporate store Never would have expected the unprofessional behavior the store manger had to left for the day.

Anna working since 2006 is such a rude employee!!! I kept asking her if they take Apple Pay so I wouldn’t have to take out my wallet from my backpack and she ignored me the whole time, very rude person. Also seem very annoyed by her job. Do better Anna!!

I always forget how fantastic the bakery is until I visit again. I came for cannolis and left also with baklava. Then i turned the corner and found some pretty great cuts of meat and some soup to take home for lunch (i was hungry from shopping after all).

I absolutely love coming here after work to sit and the bar and enjoy a glass of wine, the bartender Billy is absolutely amazing, he goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable and suggests some of the best selections.

I couldn't buy olives from the olive bar because a lady with a Hijab put her hand in the olives and ate them. Please let them know that it's not sanitary to do that.

My Father-in-law, born in Sicily, and my Husband, first generation, born in the USA, visited the Carol Stream store and had a wonderful experience at the imported cheese counter. Thank you for offering a large variety of unique and old-world cheeses. Sherry was knowledgeable, patient, and eager to make their experience enjoyable. She went above and beyond to help them with their cheese selections. As a result, they are going back today to purchase even more cheeses to take home to Arizona to enjoy and savor my Father-in-law's long-overdue visit to the Chicagoland area. Sherry impressed them, and they've told everyone!

Was at Caputos this afternoon at 3:45 this afternoon and spent $21. on two large watermelon. I called and complained because both watermelons were overly ripe and mealy. I was told to bring them back so you could see what the problem is. Seriously?

It's huge and has all kinds of unique items from grocery stores all over the world.They need to have a cashier within the eating area since they have prepared foods inside what looks like a food court.💐 They have a huge assortment of flowering plants.I could go on but it is a place you have to experience yourself!

I went to get some fresh fish after seeing the ad. Usually they put Sale ad when they get fresh shipment of fish.It was whole white lake perch for $2.99/pound. They said they will not clean at all since it is on sale. In other words they are discouraging customers to buy on sale, so what’s the point?. I was willing to pay an extra dollar per pound if they clean. He was not busy but he said the policy is not to clean. I can’t scale myself. So I came back without buying any fish.I go there for fish almost every week.They don’t care for customer service or happiness.Very disappointed customer with bad policy.

I love Caputos. The location I go to regularly is under construction so my family goes to this one in the interim.This specific location, "their flagship," is horrendous. The layout is plainly awful. Everything is scattered throughout the store, employees don't know what is where, and while theres nothing they can do about it they're clearly tired of customers asking. Categorically different from other Caputos locations, terrible experiences here.

The produce in this store is always fresh and has a good quality. I can say that the store has the best produce section among all the grocery stores around the area because I've been to all the grocery stores comparing their differences and the store are just basically the best that I could find fresh and good quality produce at fair and reasonable prices. I do not pay much attention to their other departments but it seems organized and always on stock. The staff in here are also friendly and helpful. Sometimes there is a long line in the checkout and sometimes I would be able to check out quickly. I highly recommend the store's produce section especially to those vegetarians out there!
