I've had unpleasant experiences with trying to find cars over the internet and then driving two hours to a dealership only to find that the car wasn't at all as expected. Not the case at Jansen!! This was one of the most pleasant vehicle buying experiences I've ever had. Skylar was very helpful and texted me good pictures before I drove 1 1/2 hours to the dealership. Denton was very professional. Courtney was a pleasure to do business with and I feel Jeff gave me a good deal on my 2021 GMC used truck. I wouldn't ever hesitate to do business with Jansen in the future. The whole truck buying experience was absolutely perfect from start to finish.

Purchased used vehicle in mid-June 2023. Around October 1st, the vehicle had some issues and quit running, stranding me nearly three hours from home. I contacted the Manager in Carmi who stated 'sorry, can't help you'. We have taken the vehicle to another dealership, and they have diagnosed and fixed the issues with the vehicle (a bit over $8000 later (transmission and rearend differential)). RUN from this dealership, as our experience was that they cannot stand behind their sales and customers.

My wife and I drove there to check out and purchase a used Ford Escape. We drove away with the car and a smile on our face. Everyone was very easy to deal with and they all made the buying experience enjoyable.Skylar Harrelson was our Sales Associate and he was very helpful in getting us a great deal, and in completing the initial paperwork.Denton Weiss, the Finance Manager, made financing very pleasant and satisfying. He explained all of the details and never pressured us during the process.The Sales Manager made a very reasonable and fair offer for our trade vehicle.We would highly recommend the Dealership to anyone that is in that is in the market for a new or used car.

If I could give them zero stars I wouldTook my truck for an oil change they said it would take 45 minutes and they would call when done. Three hours later I went to see what was going on. Truck was still not done, all it needed was the oil added but the mechanic left it and went to lunch. Someone else added the oil and when I went to pay it was $270 for an oil change? Asked for manager who did nothing but tell me it was that much because of the oil they put in. Well they never called to check with me before putting the most expensive oil in.I have been to a lot of ford dealers in my time but this by far was the worst experience Ive had. Guarantee I will not be getting my truck serviced here again

I went to Jansen to purchase a used Ford Maverick that a little over 4,000 miles on it in November of 2022. I had been waiting on the wait list for a long time for one and a friend pointed out this dealership had one so I just decided pull the trigger and definitely paid over MSRP for it. I have just got done paying $1300 for brand new tires and an alignment because Jansen never made sure the truck had proper alignment after the lift kit was put on the vehicle. The worst part is that the vehicles previous owner was an employee at the dealership. It was very disheartening to hear from Vogler, where I had the alignment and new tires put on, that my vehicle was unsafe to drive. I do not recommend going here for any services.

Best car buying experience I've had so far! Drove 2 hours to see a gently used Jeep with specific features I'd been looking for. It was super easy to get a hold of someone on the phone before I went there. Car was clean and well cared for. Jeff made the entire purchase process super easy and stress-free. They work with a good selection of banks and credit unions and they were able to get me financed at a really good rate without running my credit multiple times. Also, they're pet friendly! I didn't want to leave my puppy home all day, so they let me bring her with me. The entire staff had a blast with her. All in all, definitely worth driving 2 hours for a special Jeep from a great dealership.

What a poor experience! I would give less than one star if allowed. The online photos of the vehicle where taken to insure the rust and gouges in the paint would not be seen. Prior to arrival, the salesman assured me the vehicle was sound and the truck would be sent through service to insure there where no problems with the truck. After a 2 1/2 hour drive to Jansen Ford, I arrived and immediately noticed all of the blemishes on the body and interior not shown in the online photos, exhaust pipe was broke off after the muffler. After a short test drive, the oil light and check engine light was on, left front wheel shook while driving and considerably more under braking. Typically I would understand that buying a 14 year old truck will have some concerns. My problem was asking 3k more than perfect condition retail for less than moderate truck. Reputable Ford dealer, no way! Jansen ford in my experience is more like the car lot that is there one day and gone the next. I have been purchasing Ford trucks from all over the country for the last 25+ years and have never been deceived as I was with Jansen Ford! What a waist of time!

I am leaving 5 stars, but they really deserve so much more! I am from oklahoma and was travelling and my vehicle broke down off of 64, it was the transmission. So it would be a few days to fix. I was freaking out and not to mention had my 8 month old son with me. No body would rent to me due to out of state and no credit card. These amazing people showed me kindness is still out there. They not only let me rent a vehicle but let me rent the new 2018 chrysler pacifica van! And they did so with such niceness. You guys will never know how much you helped us out!!
