I bought a pvc fitting for my primary water line. It was wrong. I called and said I would be there in less than 5 minutes (4:58pm mind you). They said they have to close EXACTLY at 5pm. They would not help a guy out. Otherwise, great store. Prices are a little high.

It is sooooo nice that our little town has a True Value store. I went I miss the gift section. They're great for having some tools or parts you need for rent. The help is always friendly, and they have very pretty fresh flowers to buy!

Don’t buy gift cards from this place, they’ll never let you use them. Been trying to use them for two years now. Got $250 worth of useless plastic. Not blaming employees, they have been really nice trying to use them, it’s not their fault it’s true value’s.

Tried to use a True Value gift card here and they wouldn't accept it even though my son bought the card there at Christmas time and I used it 3 weeks ago. What's up with this? Can I get a refund on the balance?
