I was not greeted when I walked in. Waited for several minutes for someone to wait on me. Ordered my food, i ordered chicken strip basket, 2 chicken sandwiches (made with chicken strips) and a hamburger. There were several chicken strips precooked and still had to wait 20 mins. finally got my food, drove 4 minutes to get home and my food was cold. The gravy for my basket, was VERY cold, not even a little warm. Do better!

I ordered and received a chicken strip basket, which was pretty good, fresh and hot, with gravy to dip the chicken strips. My wife ordered a classic single cheeseburger. The meat was a cold slab of meat with a cold slab of cheese slap on it, and an old hard bun with ketchup and mustard and pickle. Not very good. I know it's hard to find help nowadays and i'm sure they were trying, but the service was very slow.

Supposed to be "We’re moving full speed ahead through the chocolate jungle; passing brownie pieces, ducking under choco chunks, and wading through cocoa fudge. With every spoonful, we’re closer to choco-topia. Choco here, choco there, chocolatey flavors everywhere. And look! We’ve arrived at the deliciously rich fudge center, and it’s every chocolate lover’s dream", per their description but only a few brownie pieces....that's it. Very disappointing!!!

Kudos to the gang working here on a holiday. They're patient with me while I tried to give my order while a car screaming kids kept yelling louder and louder that they wanted something different than they had said 5 seconds before. They did forget something but I felt bad so I decided not to say anything, even after we came back through a second time for dessert - despite the fact that a couple of the rear seat passengers did not deserve it. I do wish they were open inside. It looks like a very nice Dairy Queen and we ended up eating in the car.

Ordered chicken strip meal. Gravy was nothing but cold white looking water in a cup with a broken lid that spilled out of the box. The fry’s were cold. Hubby got flame thrower it was cold with sauce dripping all over it and very few napkins. Sodas had no fizz and tasted weird. Never again!

My mom enjoyed the flame thrower burger and fries I got her. I enjoyed the new sinner berry/cherry slushy. I'm enjoying how our DQ is being all kinds of new flavors to taste! My only issue is, the orders are never repeated back, and no one ever says thank you when you pay. I'm always saying thank you and telling the cashier to have a nice day or evening. A thank you goes a long way. Just sayin.

Can't ever get an order right... burgers always dry with no flavor, once the make your sandwich they put it in the microwave to heat it up because it's been sitting out. I only go for the ice cream and they haven't flipped a blizzard for me ever. And half the time it's halfway melted. Honestly any other DQ around is night and day difference. The food actually taste good anywhere else. I would drive to Mcleansboro IL or Mt Vernon Indiana DQs before I will get food here.

Terrible. Customer service is the worst from The manager down to the worker. Expect them to mess up your order and do not leave the window until you triple check your order. So expect that your food has probably been under a heat lamp for hours. This is the place to go if you want a cup of Vania soft serve anything else they will screw up.

Stopped tonight to order a sweet tea and blizzard. I ordered the sweet tea and the girl told me to pull around. I said I wasn't done ordering. She got a attitude so I pulled away and went to McDonald's. Not the first time dealing with the ignorant work staff at night. I won't be coming back. Mcdonald's don't have a great selection of ice cream but their service is better with much more respect for customers.

The cashier was helpful. we had to wait in front of the store, then after receiving our order an employee came and checked on us. The people were nice, but the food was mediocre and not fresh. We asked for several items, of which they were out of stock.

It's really went downhill hill over last few years. Fries are always soggy and cold. And the Buns are gross. It's not as clean when u look in drive thru window as it was when the dad ran it. He made sure we kept clean

My fave is the chicken strip basket w gravy and most all the blizzards rock. It's usually got fresh food, so I can't complain. If the service is slow it's usually because they make the food fresh!

After many visits to this location, we've had the following issues: long wait times, missing food that was paid for, smashed and limp fries from being stacked in a bag on top of each other, and very overcooked burgers. The last time my daughter's Sierra Mist was nothing but seltzer water. I'm hoping the owners take these reviews and make changes.

For a place thats main thing is ice cream. I'm disappointed. To go down to selling chocolate ice cream two days a week is a joke. There are people that don't like your blizzard's because they are not thick its liquid. Its bad when you can drink a blizzard through a straw. But come on really vanilla and chocolate ice cream are the two main flavors. You guys can do better than this. I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking it.

Ordered 5 blizzards, all were terrible! Way too much candy, runny ice cream. Blizzards from a different location were all perfect 2 days earlier. Need to follow the directions and maybe service your machines. Kids were disappointed which is a hard thing to pull off when giving them ice cream.

Although we usually check our order before leaving due to constant mess ups, tonight we did not. Ordered our meals and after arriving home, realized we did not receive anything we had ordered, correctly. All 3 meals were wrong, fries were cold, and were also missing 3 cups of cheese. Sadly, our disappoinment in the service from this restaurant continues.

It is super clean and nice that is why I gave it 2 stars. Bread on our buns were all stale 5 of of us ate. The lady who brought out of food sat it down and walked away. 2 of the 5 burgers had nothing on them except ketchup and mustard we ordered everything on ours. Very disappointed. Won't eat here again.

It was clean and staff was nice but I'm giving only 1 star because we have sat for over 20 minutes in the heat and they didn't even bring everything we ordered which was only 3 burgers and a fry. I mean how hard it's it? 25 minutes later we're STILL sitting here! Ridiculous!!

They never get my order right. Like EVER. Definitely check your order before leaving . They usually forget toppings on their sandwiches even if you request them. Food is good if they get your order right.
