Never enough Disability carts. If there aren't any on one Side they make Disabled and Handi capped People walk through the Store. To get ride on Scooter. And no matter what side of the Store there pn NO ONE will help you get one they make the Customer get them. Bo matter what Department you choose it's always the same I don't know it's not my Department. Or I don't know I'm on lunch

The man whose stocking this morning at the gold fish crackers isle was very helpful and friendly. I didn't get his name but he was wearing a white shirt. He knew what I was looking for. He asked if I was looking for the goldfish crackers and I said yes. He said I have it right here in one of the box.Thank you so much.

Don't mind shopping at Walmart, and you kinda expect rude shoppers, but the workers picking orders with the giant carts, blocking isles is just Damn Stupid and most of them are Rude

I love this Walmart they're never overcrowded they always have some unique items that I can't find in my hometown Walmart The only thing I can say is they only have one register that has an actual human being running it The rest are like a whole corral of self checkouts and of course there are plenty of Walmart workers at the self-checkout to help you That's not an issue I am just not one for taking people's jobs I'd rather see more helpful humans because I don't work there and I wasn't trained on their register and I get very aggravated when things won't ring up and I have to ask for help or when I ring things up more than once

Nice place . Needs a better selection. As busy as this place is you would think they would of built a Mega Walmart. I have to go to Centralia or Ofallon to get items that are not available in Carlyle.

I love how easy it is to shop here. I love how organized it is. I can easy go in and come out. I enjoy self checkout because it is so simple and the workers help you during self checkout. It is so easy. I needed help scanning fresh produce and the lady helped me. There is no employees to check you out. It is only self checkout.

They are all self check out and I personally dislike self check out it seems to slow check out down. Lady that runs self checkout is rude. Store is very clean, manager is upbeat and geared towards customer care. I believe their prices are higher because they serve a lake community

Bought a coffee brewer that was DoA. Teresa and Jason went above and beyond in getting its exchanged out and back to my morning coffee. Many things changed about Carlyle Wal-Mart over the years but great customer service has stayed the same.

I love shopping at the Carlyle Walmart during the summer. It's like going to a beach party, but there's air conditioning. People walking around in bathing suits shivering in the cold air while shopping for everything they'll need for the good times to come.The employee's deserve credit for keeping the shelves stocked as well as they do, all while remaining cool and keep.

Attempted to do grocery pickup. Took longer than if we just went in to shop ourselves and would've saved us the rude unprofessional comments from some of the workers. We will not be doing grocery pickup at this location anymore. If workers don't want to do their jobs they need to find work elsewhere instead of making statements to my husband.

Sat in pickup for over 40 minutes to recieve my order, watching other vehicles pull in after me and get theirs within 10 minutes or less. Yes, I checked in! Unsatisfactory!!! Could have went in and bought it in half that time!

Worst Walmart in the region. Good luck trying to call and speak to anyone. The cashier lets the phone right right at 5 minutes and then just hangs up on i to you. I can’t get the pharmacy to answer either. This place is a joke. Hope I don’t need any meds.

No one knows their job duties at this store! Seems like staff needs to be trained more, and a customer service in-service is much needed. The manager is only one person, and it takes forever to contact her when every customer needs assistance because staff doesn't know their duties...⁰

Was Riding Along on a Road Trip with a Friend and We decided to Stop here for a Break and to Stretch.Although I didn't stay long, I did find the Men's Restroom to be Clean and Functional, and at the Service Desk the Associate helped me to find a Card We needed to send to another ailing friend.I used the Assisted Checkout Lane and Amanda was busy, but remained Cordial and Professional...it was Obvious to me just how Hard She works and the Walmart Supercenter in Carlisle should Recognize the Ladies like Amanda for their Professionalism and Dedication.Bruno Biava ⚓

I had an issue with the self-checkout reading a card malfunction. Bob saw this and came over to offer help. He was very polite and happy to help. He managed the issue in a quick, timely manner. He is a great asset and role model to his team. Thank you, Bob!

My husband, and I would rather go to this Walmart than the one in Belleville. We live somewhat in between both. This Walmart is always well stocked, clean, and I love the self checkout.

Store was clean. An employee checked on us to make sure we were finding everything okay. Self checkout with beer is a little odd but no issues... "As long as you pay." Lol overall it all was fine.

I need to use the electric scooters when I go to all wal-marts.what I noticed,when I first went in ,was very long lines,and thought to myself ,that WOW,they must be very busy,that might have been part of it ,But the real reason was that,they, have only one check out with a person at it ,because all of the remaining,check outs were self serve.So,be aware of this.but they do have curbside pick up.

I want to let the Mgmt at Carlyle, Il WalMart know that Troy was very very accommodating today. My granddaughters wanted to go sledding and we didn’t have one. He went above and beyond by going and checking on inventory and retrieving the box of them out of storage and picking the perfect one for them. They left with HUGE smiles on their faces.. THANK YOU TROY!!!!! From 2 very happy little girls.

They had only one tent available and none of the safety grade life jackets. Hardly any camping anything.I find that pretty poorly on management, being that they are right out side of the lake.95% self checkout. Sad.
