Great customer service! Jimmy came to our home personally to measure out carpet for our basement and brought us samples. Our carpet was installed in less than 2 weeks from when he came out to measure! He helped us choose and gave us different alternatives to the carpet we liked to get us the best deal and quality. Love how it turned out.

Our basement flooded (sump pump quit working) in January over a weekend and Kyle and his team came on a Saturday evening to replace the sump pump and clean up the water. They helped us throw out everything that was ruined and even hauled it all away for us. They made the whole unfortunate process a smooth, easy one. They came back to clean our floors after everything was completely dry and even cleaned our carpeted steps leading upstairs. So thankful for Four Seasons in such a horrible situation!

I posted on Facebook in April looking for recommdations for floor refinishing and a relaive recommended Four Seasons. I contacted them in early May and explained what I needed which was a hardwood floor sanded and stained. He quoted me a price and then I waited for a time frame. I reached out in mid May, late May, early June with him telling me to be patient as he was busy and would get to me. I've reached out 3 more times just asking him for a recommendation at least and he is now ghosting me. I have no idea how a company stays in business with this type of service. I ask you to stay away from this company as they don't deserve loyal customers., not with service and professionalism like this or should i say non professionalism

We had a huge storm and unknown to us our sump pump died. Thankfully Four seasons came out and did a fantastic job immediately removing 3+ inches of water out of our basement. Drying, repairing and painting. The service and quality of work far exceeded my expectations. This company is crooked. Vernell knew our $10,000 budget and reassured us that we would be nowhere near that threshold. We had water removal service and had to order new carpet for our basement and have it installed as well. We would have ordered cheap carpet because it is just for our basement, but Vernell himself insisted that we could order the more expensive carpet and still be well under budget. We repeatedly told him we did not want to go over the $10,000 mark so that insurance would cover it all minus the $1,000 deductible. Well, AFTER the carpet was ordered and installed, we received a bill for almost $3,000. When I called to inquire he had nothing to say back. In fact, he said "he didn't know what to tell me." He expected me to pay for his mistake. If it is not corrected, I plan on taking him to court because after I posted our situation on social media, it comes to find out that he's done this to many others. Two insurance companies in the area will not allow their clients to utilize his services at all because, in their words, he is crooked. DO NOT USE FOUR SEASONS FOR ANY SERVICES.Services: Flood restoration, Installation, Water removal, Flooring, Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Four season recently took care of our basement flooding. Overall they did a good job and managed to do it fairly quickly with a few residual damp spots. The workers were friendly and hard working. Based on work alone I would give 5 stars. However, I feel a more comprehensive view is more accurate.Our basement was 850 sq ft. We had to have 3” of drywall replaced that was behind the trim. New baseboards. Carpet water extracted and fans and heat for 3 days. They did leave the equipment for a 4th day but it wasn’t running they just didn’t pick it up that day. Our total... $6,822.00 (and this is after they said they took off $1,000 being generous... not something we every discussed with them).Our sisters basement is 930sq ft. In glen carbon and flooded the day before. They had to have 4” of drywall replaced. All carpet, padding, and wood flooring replaced. They had a few more fans than us but otherwise the same equipment running. 3 days for them as well. Their company... Pro Clean. Their total... $6,000. For everything to be REPLACED. This is crazy to me especially since four season said they deducted $1,000 from the total 😳. would be $7,822 vs $6,000...I had originally asked should we just replace it and I was told oh no you don’t need to do that. Now I am left wondering if this would have been cheaper and they just never said so or if the other company who also did an excellent job is just more fairly priced.While I appreciate the work they did and their friendly demeanors... if there is ever a next time (praying there isn’t) we will be using a different company.

Bernell & Barb are great to work with on getting thing completed in the house. Great Carpet Cleaning & Great knowledge of what can be accomplished. Installed carpet, Great Job. Next, having cork flooring installed.....
