I will never take my shih tzu puppy here again. I picked him up today and never got the chance to see the person who groomed him as they leave and there is a younger person sweeping floors that does the transaction and hands me my dog. He was completely shaved down with patches of longer and shorter hair everywhere. His face looks like they didn't wash him at all. His earls were completely shaves off and I specifically stated to give him a shih tzu teddy bear cut and I got a dog that looks like he is been put through the ringer and does not look like my dog!!! By far the worst groomer around. The first two photos is what he looks like after sending sending him there and the last was taken before he went.

I volunteer at the local animal shelter, and Patty is so generous to donate her services. Every week, she donates a spa day to one of the Shelter dogs!

Have been taking our hyper dog here for over 4 years. Patty and her team always do a wonderful job. They fill up fast so we always go ahead and book our next appt when we check out.

Although I was pleased with the grooming that my dog received. The owner is extremely rude with no customer service skills. I will not be taking my dog back there and certainly will not recommend this establishment.
