I ordered 3 piece chicken tenders and I seen small potato wedges bigger. For six dollars you should get what you pay for. Another time I went there I had the breakfast platter and my bacon was black no flavor just brittle nasty bacon. Never again

Service was EXTREMELY slow. Food was definitely not worth the money. I ordered the new garlic cheese fries and I was seriously dissapointed. Picture included to show why. Cashier wasn't friendly, made no attempts at making conversation, did not apologize for our wait, NOTHING. Will not return.

Stopped in for lunch. 3-23-23 @ around noon. Only 2 cars in front of me. Waited several minutes for my order. The sandwich was decent fries were cold soggy and had a funny taste like they had been cooked in old cold grease and sat under the heat lamp all morning.

The staff were friendly and the place was clean when we were there. We were the only people in the place everyone else was using the drive thru. They were all busy and working together and they all actually were laughing and working together as a team to complete all the orders. The food was hot. Two people ordered curly fries and one ordered regular, and one of the people got a big mixture of curly and regular fries like they had forgot, but it was like hitting the jackpot because it was the best combo ever they should offer it on the menu.

Simply got a chicken sandwich plain an asked for hot sauce an was rushed to the paying window due to what i assume to be drive thru time. Cashier took my money an then proceeded to pull me forward out of the drive thru window to make it appear as though they had completed my order in a timely fashion. As to which I had the cashier knock on my freshly tinted windows, had my bag handed to me an she rushed inside due to the cold which as a result of falsifying times is their consequence they suffer. I simply just got a plain chicken sandwich an no hot sauce this seems to be a reoccurring event at all the fast food restaurants in the area.Parking: I feel like if they aren't getting the order in a timely fashion they should have not been able to pull a vehicle forward and park them to get other orders out

Okay so it’s a 200 character review not a 200 word. That’s much easier. Anyways it’s a Hardee’s. I’ve only gone through the drive through as old folk like to populate inside. Great chicken strips and apple pies. Not sure about anything else. They like fry it on site or something. Real tasty.

Been going here steady the past two years. I've been going off and on for 19 years. The workers there the past 2 years have been phenomenal and deserve more praise than I can do justice for them. I love Hardee's. Their chicken strips are amazing. One of my favorite things to get here is a vanilla shake. Overall there food and service are pretty good.

A woman taking the window orders this morning at 9:19am started talking about how an autistic boy made her feel weird. I have an autistic daughter and found this woman’s customer service skills made me feel weird

Waited for cold chicken. The bacon on our chicken was undercooked. Ordered bacon ranch fries and received half a portion with almost no ranch or bacon at an extra cost. Seems the owner or manager are too cheap to give the same portions as other hardees. If I was driving through town again I would starve until I found another restaurant. Never again.

Either they have a great day where there is no line or very little waiting, and the food is excellent. But then there's days were you wait forever and the food is too greasy and gross. It's about half and half really, but yet I keep going so I guess I can't complain that much. The only thing that is consistent is a polite and friendly staff, no matter the issues they're having.

Sausage was black in color, eggs were cold and gross. The cheese wasn't even melted and the biscuits tasted old. All of our potato coins were undercooked and full of grease. Will not be going back to this one, unfortunately.

The first year or two I got food from here it was always wrong almost every time. Other times the food wasnt up to par. The last 6 months has been better yet still get my food wrong. And its usually a really long wait. Which is ok if the food was fresh. Most the time my reg fries are mixed w old nasty curly fries.

The store was not very busy. The roast beef sandwich was delicious and my wife said the hot ham sandwich was also delicious. The staff was VERY friendly and they kept checking on us. A great restaurant.

Atrocious! I usually am very understanding with all good service places. I've worked them so I know things happen its understandable. But since I e moved here I have tried this place on 5 differant occasions. AMD 4 out of 5 of those times were completely terrible. I will say the counter and window staff is always friendly, but the food is horrible. Biscuits when they are cooked at all are hard as a rock. Tried the loaded omelet biscuit a couple of times and each time there was hardly anything in it at all. If you mess up and just order a sausage biscuit, expect the biscuit to be inedible and the sausage 8ce cold. Then tried the loaded burrito on one occasion I cam say it was at least decent. The next 2 not so much. On one occasion I was using their hot sauce 2 of the pack poured out looking just fine...the third when I opened and poured it you could tell the thing had completely soured. When I explained at the counter that they may wanna check the dates it was just shrugged off. Will not return for a sixth disappointment.
