I am so pleased and happy with their service. After being put off for 3 months from the place I purchased my dishwasher I found Gibbel Appliance on line and called them. I called them on Thursday and they were here early Monday morning. They had to order a part so they came back today (Friday) and finished up. Shawnaessy was our service man. Very polite and professional. He explained everything he did too. Call Gibbel Appliance and not the other business that advertises 1-800-god help you. We will be telling all our family and friends. Thank you again for a great job!!!!!!!!!

Super friendly and helpful staff both in the store and the worker that installed our new dishwasher. He was very quick installing it fully in about a hour and super helpful in running through the settings and functions. It looks beautiful and we are excited to use it!

We had an outdoor LED dusk til dawn light put on our garage. The technician was very professional and thorough. I was called during the installation with some questions about some details of the install so he could get the job done just like I wanted. I believe in giving props where they are due, when the power lines where ripped away from my house Gibbles was quick to respond. They lent me a generator to keep my refrigerator cold so my food wouldn't spoil.The job itself took much longer than I felt it should have to get the work completed (a year and a half) and the lack of communication was a big issue for me I kept calling and leaving voicemails and messages with the secretary with long periods of not getting a response.This has been a very disappointing experience. While I do appreciate them for finally finishing the job it took a lot of contacting on my part to get it completed.

Scott was great and very knowledgeable. Fixed the problem and was very nice. Whole experience was good except having to pay for the visit on the spot without even getting a receipt. Just think it is a poor way to run a business in a small town. My solution would be to have all new people pay in such a way and also those who have an outstanding balance with your business. Rick

I called this company because of their reviews. I had no idea who to call for refrigerator repair. They were better than their reviews . Scott was very knowledgeable and knew immediately what the problem was. Very professional and friendly. He took his time and did a great job. He informed me of everything he was doing and up front about cost. I highly recommend this company for any problems you encounter . They did everything they said they would do and they were prompt. Good help is hard to find but not at Gibbel !! They have a great team !!!

This driver was driving very aggressively. Tailgating, swerving back and forth before speeding past a car on the shoulder. This driver needs to go back to driving school. Around 9am on October 31 by an elementary school.
