We had a great experience with a large order with custom toppings. The staff and manager did a great job and were efficient and accurate! The custom cake was waiting for us and looked great with only an hours notice. Thank you to the staff working lunch Friday December 18!

Their chicken is amazing and so is their ice cream. Only complaints are that anytime it rains, the water falls directly into my driver's side window when I'm in the drive through trying to pay, and that the food is a tad bit expensive for not including a drink.

Great atmosphere. Love the people and food. When we walk in,most of them know our order and that we want it fresh. The only bad experience I ever had was last week..in drive thru 30 mins and all our food wasnt right.and our blizzards werent right either. Didnt get an apology or anything. 2 days later went back and went in and Jenna made it right....Libby is awesome too, along with the older lady who has been there forever..

Slow and rude service.Went there today and ordered my food in the drive thru at 12:05 p.m. and had three cars in front of me. At 12:20 p.m., I still did not have my food and I was still three cars out. Having only 10 minutes left on my lunch break and a five minute drive, I exited the drive thru and went inside. Upon entering I was greeted by a lady who was very rude over the fact that I thought it was ridiculous that it had taken fifteen plus minutes to get a cheeseburger and a soda. I would not recommend going to this FAST food establishment simply because it isn't fast. While watching on multiple occasions, the staff never looks organized and many times fails on their service. Highly disappointed.

the worst DQ I've ever been to. Food is always cold and looks horrid. they have have a hard time listening to what you actually order resulting in mistakes. I would sooner drive 45 mins to Alton if i wanted DQ than here.

Usually love this DQ but not this visit. Fish sandwich was over cooked on the outside but not done on the inside. The lettuce on the sandwich was brown and wilted. I also think they have drastically reduced the size of the chicken strips.

Always the worst experience. Wont let you customize ANYTHING. I told them I was allergic to peanuts and wanted the chocolate cake crunchies, I got peanuts and sprinkles. When I tried to contact the establishment it fell on deaf ears. Only come here if you're looking for disappointment

Used to work there. Quit because they cut my hours because I took a day off for my friend killing himself. Since it's been under new management its been god awful. Lots of people quit sooner than I did.

Bought my grandkids blizzards out of the 4....2 of them had chocolate chip mix with in cookie dough they wouldn't eat it a waste of money we were to far down the road to complain....... sure didn't get our money worth

I was in carlyville yesterday a little after 3:00 to get my niece and nephew and we decided to eat dairy Queen in coralville and I got food poisoning I'm really sick they said they had no complaints and they've had a lot of complaints about food poisoning and their chicken I would not eat here

Love the old style burgers! Update..... they changed from flan broiled to hot plate. Not near as good. Now it's just like every other fast food place

My order is more likely to not be correct than correct. Order no 1 no 2 what ever but dont say no onions just tomato and mustard. Dont ask for. Mr misty float half dont know what it is

I went through drive today and gave them a $20. The worker said that it was a $10. Be careful of this place they will stiff you and pocket the rest.
