I had my friend pick up for me. They were listed on the pick-up. However, you have to call because it goes by the location from the app on the person who made the orders phone. My friend did call the number on the sign when you park but no answer on 2 different calls. He waited about 30 minutes. I called and was able to get an answer, and it figured out.

Always have a pleasant experience at the anna il grocery pickup. All the workers are very nice and get my food in the trunk quick and are always so courteous. Anna pickup usually always has all my wants on my grocery list.

I love anytime I can avoid a crowd, a line, or having to SEARCH for something 😭😓. As long as I am able and it's available, I will use Walmart Grocery Pick-up FOREVER!!!💞💞

The employees are great. Trying to check out is a nightmare. The service is getting worse due shutting down the checkout lanes. Gets worse everyday. People complain Walmart wants you to use the self check. Sam Walton must be turning over in his grave to see how the stores are so miss managed. All stems from Arkansas.

I’ve done pickup here twice. The first time was alright but they did not give enough instructions on the replacement item if they don’t have it and I got the notification but it didn’t explain how to swap out items. This second time was awful. The app wasn’t working at all. I could not put that I was on the way. Could not put in the parking place or say I was there. I was not notified at all that one of my items was not available. So both times I ended up not getting one of my items. I called the store to let them know I was there and where I was and hit the option for pickup, heard the store back up noise and then heard them hang up on me. Terrible experience.

The services at their pharmacy are impressively prompt and courteous. It is also the widest variety of food choices for any budget. I have no car. There is no other one stop shopping that can compare. Thank you Walmart!

It was perfect, but it wasn't a pick up, I had to go in the actual store. However, it was the tower inside the store which is contactless, even better. Order came right down n it was quick n very easy!
