Really impressed with the store today. Very accommodating, clean, friendly, and inviting atmosphere. They have a ton of Halloween out already and their displays gave a little vision for us wanting to style their home on a budget. Will be back soon.

This place is one of my favorite places to shop for my family. With a tween and a husband I can find everything for a cheap price. I even got an iced coffee brewer here for $17!

One of the worst locations I have been to.The store was hot.Turn on the air conditioning.Take a page from Home Goods and BBW a few spaces down, I’m not spending money in a store that’s hot. Blanket didn’t have a tag, all the other similar blankets were $16.99 but no, they decided this summer themed hanging in the clearance section blanket was $24.99. Summer when Fall items are being put out and summer clearanced. I couldn’t even find a blanket the same size on the website for $24.99, they were all under $20. Do better.

Honestly love this place. Good to find name brand items at discount prices. I head there and find colognes that would normally run 90 to 100 dollars at prices of 40 or less.

First-time shopper at T J MaxxThere was a wide variety of items on Saturday afternoon of visit.I purchased 2 pairs of women's dress pants, a top for teenage daughter, along with a Dallas Cowboys blue tooth mini speaker (EXCELLENT sound), a mini wallet and a large bag of individual bags of gummies. All this was under $80My older daughter purchased a skirt, outfit for son, and a gorgeous, larger pink heart-shaped pillow.Can't wait to go again.

Confused, disappointed, and upset. Looked online to verify hours. Says they close at 9:30. Good enough. Drive the 20 plus miles to the store only to find the front door locked and carts blocking said door. I get my phone and call the store and go through the menus to find store hours. It verifies they are open until 9:30. And then had the opportunity to go through some more menus to request to speak to someone. When someone finally answered I asked if they were not open until 9:30, and she responded that they were. I said well I just drove quite a ways to get to your store and found it locked. She then hung up on me. 😑

I realized that most of my Christmas shopping was done at TJ MAXX!!! I got the best deals and also my favorite lipstick in the whole world by Lipstick Queen, was a fraction of the normal price!!! Needless to say, I am well stocked!!!! As a matter of fact, it's after the new year and am on my way there today....

I had the sweetest young lady assist me in finding things I could wear. Her name is Lilly. In store at 5:30 Jan 5th. Made my shopping pleasurable, because I hate shopping n am nearly 81 yrs old. Kudos to her. If not for Covid I'd probably hugged her.

T.J. Maxx, pretty much a hit or miss. The prices are usually good, but sometimes you see tags that are maybe marked down $5 dollars from their original price. It does have a nice house-wear section which is great for this college town. The racks are usually organized, unless it's busy in the store. Usually understaffed, but the associates are always friendly. This store is pretty alright, offers a broad range of products at a reduced amount.

We always discover fun finds @ the Maxx. Everything from seasonal decor, nice, thick towels/beach towels, dog and cat supplies - and cute clothes. Employees are friendly - but the wait line to get checked out can sometimes be lengthy!!

I just had the best experience at TJ Maxx in Carbondale! Chris heard me talking about a coffee I couldn't find and looked through the new shipment of coffee to make sure I didn't miss out. I felt so taken care of by that short 2 minutes he took out of his day to help me. Good people still exist! Thanks Chris for your amazing customer service!

Conveniently located in Carbondale, IL., near Best Buy. Plenty of parking. A wide variety of products for all ages especially women. Reasonable prices and friendly staff. A mecca for college students, too! Management is excellent.

I was annoyed that all the Cgristmas stock was marked down except the living things. The live trees were at full price and just left to die. I bought what I could at 7.99 each. I would have taken them all if they were priced down. The ones I did buy are nursed back to health and will be donated and planted in the yard.Stop leaving them to die like that, donate them to a park or something!
