So I went there for help to have business cards made and meet two of the rudest staff members that were very condescending and unprofessional. One just wanted to eat the food she was shoveling in her mouth were I couldn’t understand what see was saying and then passed me of with attitude to the next person who was very condescending like I was supposed to know staples policy on having business cards made. So I thought maybe it’s just me so I sent my wife to take care of it. She was meet with the same treatment. So if you don’t want to help local business owners then close your doors and move out of our community. Took me five minutes at silkworm and was meet by the friendliest people that were more than willing to help. Will never do business at staples again.

Applied and got turned down. Yet when i go in they got like 2-3 troglodyte excuses for employees just sitting there. No back bone or work ethic. Restaff immediately . Don't apply until this is fixed. For people looking for the ups, we need to petition to get this service moved out of staples into its own building and/or make a fund for the post office to have it implemented. That is if they ever hire more people besides the 6 they have consistently.

This place shows me why every place around is struggling to find people. None of these workers appear to know how to multi-task and show no efficiency, no sense of urgency. I'm waiting for help - with 3 associates standing there discussing their salary. One of them actually decided to shame me because I was curious why it was taking so long because I already had my label printed to ship a package, not a good look.

Pricing is high unless item is clearanced or on sale. I could buy ink online and pick up in store same day for more than $3 difference less. $20 and change online and $23.99 in store. Epson 502 ink refill.

They refused to print my urgent paperwork for an upcoming merchandising job before even though there’s a letter of authorization attached to the document at the bottom they must all new staff now, poorly trained and very rude and unprofessional and disrespectful towards a loyal business customer like myself. I will now go elsewhere to print my documents especially if I’m paying in cash. Their self serve machine doesn’t even have a bill accepted. This is ridiculous!

5 stars for Michelle. She was very friendly and professional. However 'security' personnel were unprofessional and unfriendly. Just going around giving people dirty looks. It's Staples, relax. Heavy set guy and short haired 'girl?' They can do better. If not, replace them. They give off bad vibes with uninviting behavior. Thanks.

This store can definitely use a landscaper. Overgrown brush, no outside lights at dark. Now it is the only ups drop off in the area so many people started going there. I think it is time to clean up. Other than that nice, helpful employees.

Item was "on sale" (reg. price $89) for $59, but it was the ONLY one available, (display model), and after I got it home, I tried to set it up, but it wouldn't connect to my computer. Therefore I couldn't use it and returned it the next day. When I told the associate (same associate from day before) that the product didn't work, he started to argue, and tried to tell me that "oh, it does work". I still got a full refund, and went to another store and got a cheaper one that works.

Staples almost always has what I came in to buy, or something even better. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. I never feel like I'm being pressured or talked into buying something I don't need.

1st time here! I came on a Sunday afternoon around 4 pm and it wasn’t busy at all. I needed to drop off a couple of packages to ups. I was in and out quickly. Definitely recommend if you need to drop off packages to ups since you get a receipt. Tons of parking available.

Staples usually has the office supplies I need. It is the only place locally to accept Amazon returns, and it offers coupons on a regular basis.

Just walked out, 4 customers enter the store, not one of us were spoken to by a single employee & we were unable to find what we were seeking. Very poor customer service.

Extremely disappointed. I previously had postcards made and they were cut horribly with varying amounts of whitespace around them, not cut straight at all. Then, yesterday, I ordered business cards and got a call today that their business card cutter was "down" and they could re-route my order, which would take 4-6 days, or cancel. I chose to cancel so that I could just order from somewhere else and was told that the charge to my card wouldn't be refunded for 3-5 business days. Needless to say, I won't be ordering any print services from this Staples again.

Went in to get something copied off my phone. The employee didn't seem to want to do it. More eager for me to leave. They surely weren't busy. Went to the ups store in town. They happily helped me and made it seem easy. Happy Thanksgiving!!

Very happy with my visit to staples today. I needed to get a new office chair. Ken stopped and asked if we needed assistance, allowed me to look around while staying nearby in case I needed something, and was very friendly as well as informative.

I had the best customer service at this this store today, I came in there with my 2 year old and immediately was greeting by an older gentlemen wanting to help me get a box. When he went to look for a free one for me another employee I think he was the manager offered me help too and helped me pick out the right size box to send. Never been into staples before but was definitely surprised with how much effort these guys gave me, I would have spent less than a minute in there had I not wandered around. Awesome people.

I needed to print my broadcast notes in a flash a couple of weeks ago, and Jacob, a Print and Marketing Associate at the Carbondale location was extremely helpful. Excellent customer service and helped me in a pinch. Thanks, Jacob!

I've never paid such a high price for printing. Well over 3X the price of any other office supply store I've used. Over $50 dollars for about 55 standard pages. Was greeted when I walked in the door which was nice, but I don't understand how they can stay open with these prices. Buying a cheap printer and throwing it away every time I print something would be cheaper than shopping here.In addition, there are extra hidden "convenience" fees for anything that you have printed in the store. Buyers be ware this place scams you out of money and doesn't tell you how much things cost until they do the work for you.

Extremely biligerant, aggressive, bullying behavior from a young male store employee who acts like someone with Napoleon syndrome. This male college student needs to educate himself about the mask mandate regarding those with respiratory conditions. The female store manager was very nice and told him to go away.

I picked up 2 writing tablets that were in the clearance isle and another 2 same exact one in the regular isle price make at the same clearance price. But the sales person said they are not on sale that customers just move them around. So hello the clearance price tag didn't prove it? The employees at staples do this every time I shop here. I will not be going back. Crooked employees. 😤

I have them 1 star cause there was no choice lower. I was getting labels made that I needed titre away had written down by their worker what I needed on them go to pick up 24 hours later for all of them to be wrong. Will not go back,do can get it done rite and cheaper down the road
