The lady was nice, but told me it wasn't worth fixing my dog toys and dog bed because those things are meant to be replaced not repaired. I insisted and still wanted them done anyways. She did them for me, they looked great. But she was right in the end, they tore them back apart very easily (i have big dogs). She was very honest with me from the beginning. Lady did good work and I paid a fair price. Came to check her reviews. To the people saying she was watching tv when they came in, she was listening to a audio book. She paused it when I walked in, I didn't feel like that was rude at all. Overall despite other reviews I'll come back with more items. (Maybe not dog toys)I was asked to put on a mask on before coming in, i asked why. She said her husband has COPD and is not in good health. My grandpa died of that so i know its a big deal.. It's not hard to be respectful and wear a dang mask. She also only takes cash.

The name of the business is misleading, because she didn't sew anything for me even though she had my clothes. Had them for months before I asked about them one day and she just gave them back and told me she couldn't work on them.

Just talked to the lady on the phone, and she told me she couldn’t work on my dress. I offered to bring it in without expectation, but she told me it was impossible without even seeing it. I understand if she thought it was beyond her capability, but she was super dramatic. Reading some of the other reviews I think I dogged a bullet. Overall she was pretty rude and unprofessional.

Called about a jacket needing a zipper... already paid $45 up front and that was way over a month ago. Said zipper not in yet. I can get a zipper in two days!! Going to cancel my order and pick up my hoodie. If I could give less than a star I would!

Needed two pairs of pants hemmed. I was told it would be two weeks before she would have them done and she gave me a guaranteed date. This date was a Saturday and I was not around to pick them up then. I went in the following Monday and she still did not have them ready, she told me they would be ready by Wednesday, went back in on Wednesday and they still weren’t ready. She then told me to come back in at closing. I came back in then and they were still not done and I had to wait there twenty+ minutes for her to finish. Extremely unprofessional. I was understanding that sometimes dates run over but a call or some sort of reimbursement would be appreciated. I did not have this when I needed it because it took so long.

Needed a patch sowed on and it was complete in less than an hour. The prices are fair and the owner is very sweet and friendly. If I ever need anything fixed this is the first place I'll head to. Parking lot can be easy to miss but that is the only negative I can think of.

Asked her to replace a zipper in a pair of jeans. She said she'd have it in 2-3 weeks. 4 months later I went and picked them up, not finished. Said they were on the to do track, but she's sitting there watching TV on her tablet! Will find someone else

Sue always does a great job and is mindful of the material. When I have gotten dresses back from her, you cannot tell it was ever worked on. I recommend her!

Never seems to have any help related to sewing and repairing things. What's the point of a sewing shop if you don't want to sew or say that you can't do it... At least name the place something relevant or provide information on services.

I would not recommend this business to anyone. They told our order, did not complete it on time, then had the nerve to refuse to give it back and then refused service to a military service member. Was rude to the family of a veteran.

Very rude and didn’t want to hem my pants the way I asked and instead of being professional about it she was mean spirited. I asked for my pants and left without incident.
