This place is just so trashy and mismanaged. Always 2 cashiers and the long lines move at a snails place. The entire store is hot, cluttered, and dirty. They didn't have the several fitting rooms in the back, only the front two, despite customer comments, long lines, and multiple people actually going into single fitting rooms.It's just a huge mess of a store and it's clear their manager is either never there or just sits in the back room all day, otherwise you would see SOMEONE there putting in an effort.

Hit and miss lately, maybe it's just a matter of personal taste but the selection seems to have less variety, much more "trendy" and uh, strangely cut styles. Some gems thrown in the mix make it worth stopping in every so often.

The prices are a steal. Great plus sized selection! Awesome toys and love the household options. Although the clothing racks are so close together it makes it hard to get through with a cart or a wheelchair, or anything other than a basket.

I got some really great buys there! I got a $70.00 pair of jeans for $13.00 now that's a bargain anyway you look at it!! I love Ross dress for less! Can't wait to go back!

This Ross location was very cluttered and disorganized. The check-out line was super long and moved slowly. They only had 2 cashiers with a line of at least 20 customers. I seen other employees in the store stocking, maybe they should have come to help get the line back down.

Was greeted in a lovely manner, not too much, not too little. Was helped on the floor and in the fitting room, which was beyond expectation for this store. The process for checking out was good.

Excellent store Friendly customer service great low prices the only thing I could complain about is that they sell out of my particular shoe size very quickly I guess every average woman wears a size 9 in shoe LOL but other than that this is an excellent store as well wish we had one in Herrin!

If you're looking for designer clothes for about one third of the prices this is definitely the place. They get shipment of new clothes in everyday except for Sunday. So there is always something different. You do have to go sift through everything to find something that really catches your eye. On some days the store seems really cluttered. But it is a lot of clothes to go through and sort. They do have more women's clothes then men's and kids. They also have shoes, handbags, sunglasses and some home decor. Definitely worth going but be prepared to stay for a little bit to really look through everything.

The store was a total mess. Couldn't get through most of the isles with a shopping cart. The dressing rooms were in a horrible spot, they moved them to the middle of the store and only have two so people were waiting for them. I have a toddler and he has to be in there with me (being a single mom). He would mess with the handle (opening the door) and the whole store could see me inside undressing. The workers weren't very friendly either. This place has gone downhill. Used to be my favorite place to shop.

Great store.. sometimes it's hit and miss on clothes... it seems like I either find 10 things I love or absolutely nothing. Good selection of shoes... men's and women's.. if you need bigger sizes in men's shoes it's definitely worth popping in there...

Good stuff but store was a complete wreck. Several employees just standing around talking while only 1 checkout open. I waited nearly 15 mins to check out. I did get 2 pair of jeans 3 shirts and a jacket for less than 50 bucks! I would wait in line again for that deal👍

I really like this store. Today there was all kinds of items in the wrong places. I'm sure with it being Christmas time customers has picked up things and decided not to get them and put them down wherever in the store and I understand the employees are very busy at Christmas time but also at the same time there needs to be a little bit more of organization with the items that's not put up in the proper places. I've been there at other times other than Christmas and the store was organized very nicely I'm sure it was just a little messy from Christmas shoppers.

The place really needs a good cleaning, a new layout and to be reorganized. The staff are pleasant but the store is just a mess. They used to be somewhat cleaner and have a great selection of merchandise as well . Only reason I go here is because it's only place that has jean's that fit me length wise.

The store was kinda in disarray but with all the shoppers it's to be expected. I was absolutely thrilled that I found my Easter dress there and it was soooo cheap! They didn't have very many shoes at all. I did find a pair but they were tennis shoes not dress or sandals. My experience overall was great. They're only getting 4 stars due to no one being willing to help and a couple of the employees simply chatted on their headsets (I'm guessing they were talking about customers) and they wouldn't stop to help me. Oh well...I still found an awesome dress with a really great price!

They have beautiful clothes and other things too. a variety of purses i bought a comforter set there for 40.00 it is so pretty I go to the Carbondale, Illinois one. the workers are very helpful to help . I would recommend it to anyone!!

Got some fab deals on young men's clothing champion, Levi along w other great brands!! Great deals on pots and pans along w workout womens legging style shorts w smart phone pockets for a steal of a deal! I don't know the young ladies name at checkout but she was fabulous I was tired had allot of purchases two kids one younger one teenager and she saw I was overwhelmed and was so kind and helpful bagging things and wrapping things up well. A++++++++

I really like Ross' clothing prices. One surprising thing I found is the incredibly priced art supplies though. I was really impressed! The only negative thing about the store was the consistently small amount of dresses for young girls.

I visited the store on a Saturday afternoon with daughters and grandson.It was fairly busy inside.I didn't find much for my style (older woman), but my older daughter (late 20's) found several clothing items she purchased.

The products are cheap, and yes some are good and last, but a lot of the products here are cheap in price and poor quality. But the staff is friendly and courteous, and it was orderly inside (and appealing). But the products could be a lot better in quality. Like I said though, some things are pretty good quality for low prices, but not all. There's designer brand clothing here at great prices, though! Hard to find small sizes though.

Holiday time is a good time to hunt for discontinued toy lines. The security guard here is nice and seem diligent. He deserves a raise for his fine customer service.
