Be careful when you return anything. They will not scan all of the items, not give you receipts and keep things to themselves. If there is a next time, I am not leaving without receipt.

I went in store to pick up an online order. Kohls was very busy and the cashiers smiled and were very polite. The store is clean and although the pick up is at the very back of the store, it's well organized.

Deals are always there to be found at Kohl’s. There is allot of variety, good prices, & excellent customer service. Then on top of that, you get Kohl’s cash. It’s pretty hard to beat!

Everytime I go shopping there the clerks are so friendly and helpful. Their prices are reasonable if you are a shopper because they have great sales. With so many stores closing in our area they are my go to store!! The clerk Ben is always so cheerful and greets you with a uplifting mood and you can't do anything but smile.

Friendly service and great shopping experience at the Carbondale Illinois store. The one thing that upset me was No discount on the toys! It is Black Friday shopping and no discounts? But, still had a great time shopping!!!

I ordered these shoes on line. They were shipped from the Carbondale, IL store. I was excited to wear them today, but was unable to since they were two different sizes. The associate that picked these obviously did not check the shoes to see if they were the correct size that was ordered before shipping. I love on line shopping, unfortunately I have lost a little faith in it today.

The prices are too high for the quality of clothing. The deals are good if you can get to them before they are combed over by the early birds 🐦 😉 😎 update I bought champion clothing here and in less than 2 months it started de-threading at the seams!!

I love the fact I can return AMAZON prime things at Kohls.Kohl's returns are easy too.Clothes are a good quality but I often order kohl's items online.Good sales at store in Carbondale.

Wide selections of clothes for everybody. Can be tough to find larger sizes though. Super friendly employees. Lots of bargains when using Kohl's Cash and coupons.
